Top management, indescribably great and good staff. A very well-kept complex with several great restaurants. Is located directly on the sea and has its own beach. Feel completely at ease from arrival to departure.

Unfriendly staff, were there for a week on an all inclusive, but had to pay for so many supplements.
Why then call it all inclusive?!
The room we had wasn't cleaned every day as it was supposed to be. My mother's room also not cleaned for a day.
Also no clean, dry towels for 2 days.
They did not refill our mini bar or water for 2 days after several calls as well as visits to the main reception.
We couldn't book snorkeling or glass bottom boat trips as it was always full or the boat house was closed at random times.
We also couldn't use our towel vouchers as they never had towels!!

The food was good.
The service and food at both the French and Asian restaurants were fantastic!
Great staff.

The Spa personnel and therapists were very friendly and we enjoyed our visit to the spa.

Beach service is included in the All Inclusive package, so what else do you want to get served on your lounger on a white sand beach with coconut palms and a pina colada :-)

Food, well - is a mixed bag, sometimes delicious, sometimes bland, overall i would say average.
Quick access to the beach.
Disapointed by the fact that the landscaping staff made a lot of noise one morning disregarding everybody that was supposed to be relaxing around the pool.

Very far away from city centre and has absolutely nothing nearby, however the ocean facing suites are lovely

The bedrooms are spacious. A large bathroom with tub and shower.
A pretty terrace. The park is filled with flowers.
The beach is beautiful. You can snorkel there to see magnificent fish.
You can paddle, kayak, pedal boat.
The bars and restaurants are at the top! The staff are friendly, always smiling and attentive.
They go out of their way to make us happy with our stay.
This is my second time there.I recommend this place.

Without doubt this hotel is one of my favourite hotels I've ever visited. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staffs. The hotel is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. (supervisor), (mini bar attendant) (waiter) (room attendant) and (supervisor) deserves secial thanks for their lovely hospitality. Throughout our stay, they guided us very nicely. The rooms were beautiful spacious and the facilities offered were excellent. The bar provides many varieties of drinks and the food is just wow. When I say this hotel is great and their hospitality is awesome, I mean it :). Overall experience was superb. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families. You won't regret, just be there:)

A heavenly place. Hotel very good. Everything at a high level: food - international cuisine, every day a different country, large and very comfortable rooms, great service, top-level massages. Daily gymnastics on the beach and in the pool - great. In the evening performances, music, dances. The ocean is the greatest. The water is warm, CLEAN, emerald and salty enough to lift itself. Swimming is a delight. Diving, snorkelling and other water delights. But be warned, there are, though rarely, sea urchins. The hotel cares about the environment. Ecological water by advertising on the bottle is to make the traces of your feet less visible. I've been drinking 2 weeks and nothing. the traces have not slackened wine from South Africa

Really nice hotel with really friendly staff. A special excellent mention for the front office team. The only improvement needed would be the food variety & taste.

The pleasant hotel is a pity that kappa club does not keep its promises in terms of atmospheres reception of the animators especially the kappa manager on site "Julie" makes all the customers lie

After a long time... Choosing your resort for our family vacation was the best choice ever. Your staffs made us feel comfortable with their warm welcome.
The wonderful room service, delicious food, amazing bar service, night shows and the atmosphere as a whole made our weekend memorable.

Need improvement on food varieties, should also have more fans or AC in restaurants especially during summer

Place is good,people is good but for packages there is half board package where breakfast and dinner is included now they say no liquid included at dinner how food can be served without any liquid even water and coffee also separately charged.

The service at the restaurant and bar was excellent. Special thanks to Ms. Jameeta. The room was ok but require pest control. The experience we had at the boathouse was awful. The manager was very rude and no proper instructions were given by the staffs which was enough to ruin my and my families' day.

Great place to be, excellent service and food! A must to visit!

Arrive in Mauritius in fine weather. Was picked up by Sega tours which was Ibsen Reiser's partner on the island. Nice driver who liked to chat and even wifi in the car . The reception at the hotel was ok, with drinks and cold cloth to cool us down with . Was then followed to the room which was over 40 square. Shower, bath, porch and KING size bed. The room also had its own router for wifi, so d was very stable all the time. Beach area was great, never problems with parasol + sunbeds . Drinks were d only to order from solsenga vi had allinclusive. Good selection on the food side too and drink the food. The hotel had its own taxi desk which you could book across the island. We took a trip south towards Chamarel and Grand Bassin with a driver who was terrific. The trip cost 3500 rupees about 500nok for 10 hours very reasonable you can say and then you get a guide on the purchase. If you are satisfied and d, we were the tip. Was also on a hiking trip to Le Mourne with a guide. Great experience . Also had two trips to the "paradise island" Isle Aux Cerfs .... should be experienced ... all inclusive by taxi / boat / lunch / all drink to 6000 rupees about 1500nok for 2pcs. Used the hotel sources and taxi to get the best tours. Very happy with everything

One of the best properties in Mauritius.
They have their own private beach and a lots of amenities. Daily evening Entertainment is arranged by the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, friendly service, but a bit slow, not very big making it easy to move around, and many available activities. Food could be a bit better though.

Room service leaves a lot to be desired. Towels change needed to be ordered.
In existing restaurants the food is consistently repeated. Whoever comes with half board is best to continue like this. The presentation of the drinks is horrible! Anyway for next I choose another hotel.

Nice and good hotel, clean beach which is maintained in contrast to the neighboring hotels. The food is very good, even if it often goes in the Indian direction. The staff is friendly and courteous. Actually, the hotel deserves a 5 star rating. What impressed me to this review are the Animatioren which flirts very penetrating with the female guests and harassed them. The animators therefore had to be often put in the barriers.

Been here twice, unfortunately very very (very!) slow service, and the internet availability is really annoying.

I really enjoyed the holiday here with my family and would go there anytime again. The staff is very friendly and you almost always have a job. The entertainers create a good mood and the children can go to one of the "children's clubs". The food (especially in the Asiarestaurant) was very good and I always found something in the al-you-can-eat-buffet. The beach is gorgeous and you can go for free with one of the rowboats on the sea. There is also the possibility for "standup paddling". The hotel also has a Padi dive center with good equipment. For courses for Germans however somewhat difficult, since only English and French is spoken. The condition of the room was a bit disappointing compared to the rest. The room had a great view of the sea with its balcony and you did not have a long way to the pool, but the one faucet, the bathroom mirror lamp and a bedside lamp was broken. In addition, the hotel area was about 2 days no hot water and showering made it a torture. However, you could also find a lot of companies outside the hotel such as the Krokodil and Turtles Zoo, which left a lasting impression with its giant tortoises and the impressive crocodile feeding. In addition, you could walk in the zoo through a kind of jungle and admire the complete splendor of the Mauritian flora (also seen in the attached photos.). Gris Gris is also an impressive place. I've never been there as long as just stood there and only looked at the open sea (also attached photos).
You should have visited Mauritius at least once in your life and the Maritim Brach Hotel is not a bad place for it.

Dream stay
Very nice establishment on a human scale.
Welcome staff are friendly and attentive.
The rooms are large and clean.
A magnificent beach a few meters from the hotel. The hotel's two pools are generally fairly quiet.
There is no war for deckchairs !!!
The animators of the kappa club are great, they are discreet and not over excited like in some clubs and that is a plus.
Regarding the children's club, the animators are very good, the children have a good time, taking care of the little rabbits present in the club's yard.
The only downside that I have, the choice of the buffet is not wide enough and the quantities are correct.
However there are two themed restaurants: French gastronomy and Asian specialties and a grill bar
The images on the site are truly consistent with the service offered.

The rooms are clean, the beach is beautiful and the food, even the food on the all inclusive tariff, is perfectly fine. There are a few lapses of detail but the staff are friendly and the children (as well as the adults) enjoyed themselves. It has a small watersports club type thing semi detached near the beach; they were practicing scuba diving aqualung technique in the hotel pool at one point. Good fun place.

Mauritius yes - this hotel a definite no.
The beach is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful on the island, the complex is well-kept, but that s about the positives. The service leaves a lot to be desired - we were often not served and had to get our drinks ourselves. At breakfast something was missing every day either cups, plates or glasses. Many plates are chipped and cups / glasses were dirty. On the beach you get plastic cups - unfortunately you could often taste what was there before. The selection at the buffet was rather small and manageable, the dishes were changed weekly. The taste of the food was not that great. With a 4 star hotel you can expect a bit more. When we were in the hotel, many guests complained of gastrointestinal complaints. We were also affected and had to spend some time in the room. The rooms are okay at first sight. If you take a closer look you will find dirt in the corners - dirty bedclothes including. Sometimes the rooms smell old and musty. With All In, the minibar is free - unfortunately we forgot to fill it up several times.
The animation tried harder but not - it was not even tried to involve the guests. It's a shame we were looking forward to a vacation in paradise and were disappointed.

I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The sometimes bad reviews about this hotel are incomprehensible to me.
We arrived as a young, demanding couple with a focus on a relaxing beach holiday and got our money's worth, but singles, families, or older men and women with a different focus are also at the right place at this hotel.
The hotel is modern and elegantly furnished and is located directly on a white sandy beach that I am not even starting to rave about with numerous opportunities to relax and do sports that are included in the hotel price.
In the hotel itself, there is good entertainment for every age group.
The hotel rooms are remarkably large and tastefully furnished and meet high European standards in terms of cleanliness, workmanship and condition. Just like the rest of the hotel complex, everything is very clean, well-kept and lovingly designed.
This is primarily due to the extremely friendly, multilingual, helpful and attentive staff.
The food is very varied and offers every day a good selection of well-known delicacies as well as the opportunity to broaden their culinary horizons.
My conclusion: I can recommend this hotel to anyone without a guilty conscience and I would definitely like to go back there.

Nice hotel, decent rooms. The bathroom should be refreshed a little due to water infiltration. Staff attentive to customers. Ok buffet meal without fuss. Correct cocktail and alcoholic drinks.

Average hotel for a 4 star, I am really disappointed. I will not make any further comments because it does not deserve it. Personally, I won't set foot there anymore.

This 4 star hotel is actually only barely 3 stars.
The quality of the facilities is seriously lacking in maintenance. Shower that tumbles, toilet with questionable hygiene, DIY chandeliers and lighting, faulty lock, mismatched curtains, overly worn furniture. Flooding of the bathroom after a thunderstorm.
As for the food, in my opinion it only exceeds 2 stars. It's more of a very good canteen, but a good buffet anyway. Very disappointed with this formula we opted for the themed restaurants, the food is better but you have to pay a supplement (approx. 50 / pers.) Unfortunately! For an all-inclusive plan, it is disappointing to have to pay on the spot. The drinks are well offered at all times and it is efficient, by the way "could do better" the quality is not there!
Good points:
The friendliness of the staff.
The well-maintained beach.
The gardens always clean.
Well-organized entertainment and excursions.
Despite the lack of quality, we had a very good stay but unfortunately I will not come back because there are better in real 4 stars.
