Infrastructure is good, good interiors and design. For professional events, space was not that big. Its good for gathering of around 70-100 people only. Besides that the starter arrangements,i found to be slow and clumsy. Also i found having dinner is also a challenge as there were no table arrangements. Maybe only i felt it as event i attented have more than 150+ peoples than the spaces allows.

I ve been a regular at Crowne Plaza for over a decade. Right from their inception, they have been brilliant in all areas viz. food, client servicing and personal touch. They have gone beyond expectations every time in their approach in handling a customer, whether a first timer or a regular.
Kudos to Mr. Vijay Chouhan, Chef. Nishesh Seth and the entire team in doing a fabulous job always.

I had a great experience with Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram. Cafe G & Banqueting facilities at this hotel are worth appreciating. The food is amazing & the staff is definitely one of the best. Would love to visit again.

Nicer location. Nice rooms we did even got a complimentary usage of club room for business meetings. Restaurants are good.

Good business hotel, right in the middle of Gurgaon. Very accessible from all parts of Gurgaon, located in the main hub of Sector 29.

Located near to Delhi Airport. Been there for a gathering. The staff is very cooperative right from reception to lounge area and even the persons who serve food. They have very good facilities for conferences, parties and corporate gatherings. Nice atmosphere near pool side party area. Quality of food is excellent.

Bad experience in their banquet.<br/>Attended a gathering of around 300+ in their banquet. The waiters were like untrained labourers. Food spread was elaborate but taste was pathetic. Few items were like even the cook has not tasted it once. There seems to be a stark difference in the service and food quality in hotel area and in the banquets.
The appreciable thing were the ambience, cleanliness and location.

Crown Plaza is Amazing. Food is great. Auditorium is Great. All in all a great place to have an event!

e had dinner on 4th August in coffee shop. We were five. Four of us had buffet and I ordered for Fish Fillet. It become a horrible experience after having fish. Till today i.e 6th August I am down with the acute stomach in -faction. Authority of the Hotel is totally responsible for serving stale food to their Guests. And one must complaint to the concern higher authorities to take the legal action. If someone knows the procedure please let me know.

Hotel, Staff, Accommodation, food everything is good.

Very good property, new and well maintained. Lobby level bar and coffee lounge is very upmarket and stylish. Conveniently located for most of the corporate offices located nearby. Bar and general eating is little on expensive side.

Amazing place and amazing food! We visited the hotel for a Sunday brunch and was impressed with the spread and the knowledge of the server. The food was very tasty and left us wanting more.

This is a 5* hotel now mostly popular for weddings, the facade looks dated from outside, but the inside is plush. The rooms are big and interior is pretty good. Although on the expensive side, as you can afford any other five star for this price, which are new and more plush. The staff is very courteous too.

Good ambiance. Great dining area. Had very nice promotion at the bar. Not much variety in food items but the quality was good. Had great time and this place is also recommended for those who want to spend quality time talking while dining. Otherwise places are crowded and very noisy which was not the case here. Fire restaurant is also very nice. A must visit place once. And location is also very good.

My friend was staying there and I had gone to visit him. Overall it was a great experience although at one point we asked for cutlery and it took in room service a long time to get it to us. Apart from that absolutely great experience.
