Nice place for holding official celebrations and parties. Can be also booked for personal parties, but they primarily cater to office parties. Nice ambience, decently spacious rooms

Had one of the great experiences here. There attention to every detail. Staff are very polite. It's clean and neat. Rooms are spacious. The only problem I can see is location. Its in sector 29, there are no good views around and when I was there , there was digging going on nearby.

Fav place for a cup of coffee. Lavish buffet. A bit tricky exit from the highway due to latest construction but best place to hang around if need a quality place for family.

I went there for party and really had a pleasant time. Full of ambience. Food was awesome and the way they were serving alcohol was perfect. Snacks were delicious. Waiters were cheerful. And there was a perimeter of security too so that outsider cannot come and spoil the mood.

My stay in the place was awesome. Spent a weekend and relaxed right in the middle of town. Quite and cosy place.

Overall it's a decent Hotel and management is good . But hussle in the lobby could be cut down.

I have attended a party in Crown Plaza. Every thing is perfect but the variety of snacks are not as per standard of other Star Hotels. Space in Hall is also slightly short for a gathering of 200 persons. Other services and staff are superb. One more thing waiters for picking plates had to be trained to clean the table immediately after picking the Plates.

I was here at crown plaza for my friend s birthday party. It was an amazing experience. Their staff and services are amazing. When we returned the next day, in the evening I realised that my ring was missing. I got really worried and called the manager of crown plaza to look for it in my room. The hotel staff looked for it and found it. That evening was really intense for me but thank you crown plaza for finding my ring. I will never forget this. Thank you so much for your wonderful services.

One of the good hotel in the Gurugram,having much more space,good and spacious lounge soft-spoken staff, quick response by the staff, noticable from the highway,but not easily accessible as the main entrance is facing highway which have not easy to find the entrance,food quality is very good, famous for marriage and parties.

Enjoyed ,every moment.Only one thing why two huge stage ws made ,may be one for displaying pre wedding photo shoot but warmala happened there ? In my opinion that was dining area.
