Team is very good at reception. I would name a few Manju, Joel, Suresh, Sachin, Priya and Naresh from F&B. I have stayed at this hotel for good 09 days and felt like a home. I will come back to stay here and would recommend this hotel further.

Great service. Nice rooms. Excellent restaurants and bar in the main floor off the lobby. Minus one star for horrible wifi service.

Robin was extremely professional at front desk as he helped me alot during my stay.

Last week we had a wonderful 2017 New year's eve celebrations, dj Gala buffet dinner & so much. Mr. Sandeep had given us a package in which had exemplary things to do. young children got themselves busy in their kids zone along with their variety of snacks & dishes they liked were provided. Mr Vijay sharma Restaurant manager took avid care of us & all his guests with a smile.
Head Chef Nilay showed us a variety of scrumptious chinese, continental, Indian & array of sea food, we also had delicious snacks even some of them prepared by him. Bakery & Breads served were awesome & fresh. Appetizing desserts added to the taste.
Room stay was comfortable & staff was very courteous & helpful.
Would highly recommend as one of the best places to stay

As my flights got delayed gotta stay a night at Crowne plaza...Huge rooms with all facilities.Entire hotel was calm and quiet Awesome buffet food ..Staffs were polite and friendly..

Best 5-star...indians will not water at toilet... Really.... But hotel is awesome

5-star hotel. As expected. Nothing to note specifically from my last visit.

I have a long association with IHG group hotels and regularly stayed in crown plaza Gurgaon through company as well as my personal stay . I am also member IHG..
During my personal stay Mr Balram Raghav LM was always a great help in looking after us, his courteous and friendly nature always brought a smile on ours face .
He is very efficient in his job in the hospitality service like in a five star hotel.Even in the Spa i had a good time during my last stay.
Will certainly stay CPG .

Client meetings, seminars and conferences often bring me to this place. I believe that they have a great hospitality and food better than most of the other over rated 5-star or 7-star hotels in Delhi NCR region

Good food..but it was a lawn party. Arrangement looked more like a 90's wedding..not recommended for an office party.

Ambience was good but apart from the snacks food was disappointing
