horrible customer service. I notified them about people walkong around the hotel with no masks and still saw people walking around with no masks for days after. every. single. day. Dont come here, they dont care about Covid 19.

Not worth the money...... live grill section is something which should attract people but it's not that much tasty food. Chicken which i ordered, there was blood in that which makes my mood very upset. Dessert counter was good.

I attended the hotel for a work conference. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, the restaurants are very good and serve excellent quality food. There is a small gym and a nice pool for relaxing in. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful.

My family stayed at a suite here for 3nigjts in March 2920.
The suite bathroom showed very poor maintenance ... the shower drain wasn t working.

The shower flooded completely and overflowed creating a slip and all hazard..toilet flooded and was smelling of sewage..after bringing this to the attention of the manager it was repaired ..for a few hours..it flooded again in a few hours, overflowed with a big puddle on the bathroom floor.

I visited hotel regarding official presentation of hotel Brij Rama Varanasi at conference area. Being from LPTI a DMC, we gets invitation to visit such events and to help promote the property.

Coming back to hotel, from Int'l Delhi airport by car it will take about 20 mins approx. to reach the hotel. It's 5* Deluxe hotel, next to IFFCO chowk. Great location, food is good, highly recommended for family with kids and business traveler.

Hotel is on nh8, well service, good food. Party was in lawn and there lot of attendant, food stalls and crockery.

I lived here for a night. Its a beautiful place where you can relax and enjoy the pool view. Food is quite okay. People are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are equipped with IR remote facilitiy and they are really spacious. One can really enjoy their time here

It was a very pleasant stay for a week. Good service staff were very nice. Without knowing the system of the high-class hotel chip, I put a chip on the bedside every day, but I didn't touch it at all. It was cleaned cleanly every day.

Food was nice and ambience is kind of OK. Ample parking space with easy approachable location.

5 star hotel, 5 star ambience, much better than Oberoi, Westin, Trident in Gurgaon.
