Horrible experience, The fruits served are rotten. Be careful. The generator doesn't take over instantly and imagine sitting in dark in a five / four star hotel. The TV set top box would require a reset every time the electricity went off. Gave a small task to the guy in porch to inform me when my vehicle arrived. When i reached there the guy said he had no clue as he had just taken over. Hence i had a bad experience and would opt for a hotel with better service and staff.

Good hotel with a good location without the hassle of parking. Interiors are impressive

Terrible internet, customer service lacked to fix the issues we were having during the week stay. Positive things were breakfast selection and room site, gym was decent too.

Amazing stay! The staff was extremely courteous & the warmth was palpable!! This goes for the staff at the reception, the in room dining, laundry, house keeping, restaurant, gymnasium etc. The culinary skills exhibited by the Chef was fabulous!!! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience!!! Strongly recommend!!!

The ambience is pretty good but food is not up to the mark

Stayed here couple of times as Reckitt guest. Their reception of guests is simply awesome. Convenient location, strict security checks, nice ambience, great bar area, fantastic pool & gym, sumptuous cuisines are mention worthy. They had a fleet of Ford SUVs for pick & drop, not sure if the fleet is still surviving. Good venue for large private parties as well, we saw couple of programs taking place during my stay here.

Great place...had my marriage reception there...it can accomodate upto 1000 guests...very close proximity with NH-8 and Metro Stations...

Fantastic service overall! My plane was late coming in, yet their shauffeur, Ravinder who came to pick me up paitently waited for me for almost 2 hours. Thank you Ravinder! I would definitely like to visit again.

It has one of the mose advanced washrooms, very uniquely desgined lavish ambience, fantastic service and the excellent food. I visit many five star hotels around Delhi/NCR, this is one of best......love to come again and again
