Crown plaza has good ambience and good suites for living ...great hotel

Attended a conference there. Hotel is good ,off course it is a five star hotel... it has maintained that stars. Gallery is having lot of fine arts sculpture, portraits. You can enjoy the view and buy if you want. Wash rooms are clean and nice. Overall good experience. Go and feel.

Management is not good. The facebook event organised here on 26th November 2019 was the worst managed event I ever attended. Visitors were protesting with invitations in their hands.

They have very large space for corporate lunch and dinner. Food is good but not like you can say delicious. Staff is very good.

Had a haircut and he did a fantastic job. My husband had a deep tissue massage neck and back massage was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here. You need to catch a taxi to most places. Amazing rooms.

The garden is large enough for an open function at medium scale and decent facilities provided but the buffet food was quite average.

Been here for an event. I'm rating it on the basis of the food, which was pretty average. Some dishes like tomato soup, sambhar we're not good.

The hotel looks amazing and for sure has class and high standards. It is easily accessible but the Gurgaon traffic is a hit or miss. Was there to attend a business meeting, I found the staff quite courteous. Also the ambience of the place is very elegant and clean. Located in the heart of Gurgaon and just few hundred meters away from the NH 8 road and all the major pubs, bars and discs are just 2 to 3 km away.

Good place to visit, however, the vegetarian food items served were not up to the mark. Had a pizza and found that even that wasn't tasty.

Scrumptious breakfast, good spread, beautiful ambience and excellent hospitality.

Beautiful property, good location which is walking distance for Sector 29 market. Interiors are high-tech. Bid swimming pool and area around it. Has Sauna, Steam and Spa as well. 3-4 restaurant options from Indian, Brazilian, continental. Whatever suits ur palette. Don't let the exterior discourage you, the interiors are far superior to any hotel in Aerocity.

I visited this hotel in gurgram because I was impressed by the Crowne plaza in Bratislava. However, this gurgram hotel was not at all good. The room had really bad odour through out my stay. This left me with a allergy when I left the hotel. The security staff behave really weird as if they are constantly monitoring you. Very uncomfortable place to stay.
