Room is clean , dryer breakdown , number of breakfast menu , employee's obsession , checkout is about to be charged the refrigerator drink price by mistake, luggage storage after checkout , luggage takeover Shower service .

A good place to stay if you are on a business trip in Gurgaon!

It is very close to signature tower, with valet parking available. The coffee served was really good, but the service was slow. There was just one vending machine for a guest list of over 300. The buffet had a long queue as there were not enough counters set up. Everything else, like staff and cleaning was good.

We had awesome office award celebration and had a party. Nice staff well behaved.

Nice hotel... Food was good and ambience was superb.... DJ with video wall was excellent for dancing.

Great place to stay for small business trips and hosting events.

It's has a beautiful gallery with a reasonable priced cafe.

The location of crowne plaza is very good, but entering has become a little convoluted because of all the new construction. The ambience, quality and food is absolutely top notch. We went to celebrate a birthday at the cafe/restaurant, and the staff went out of their way to make our outing more memorable. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and dear ones.

The best thing I like about Crowne plaza is their warm hospitality. Even the lift operator leaves behind an everlasting impact with his warm hearty greetings, which is a rare experience in this part of the world

Very surprising, I bought candy jaggery at bakery shop at hotel some days back and was charged Rs 20 the MRP mentioned on the packet of Kiwa brand, yesterday I again went to the same Crowne Plaza Gurgaon outlet and ordered for 50 pcs, to my shock the attendant this time was a Senior employee of the hotel ,he asked for Rs 50 a piece, I protested as the printed price on the packet was Rs 20 and why should I pay Rs 50, he then told me he can charge Rs 35 , I reminded him regarding my purchase at the same counter for Rs 20 some days back but he didnt agree, this is my experience at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Gurgaon

Came for dinner at the FANTASTIC Brazilian GRILL they have on site. I really like the style from the grounds to the bar to the restaurant and lobby.

Great place for hosting social function and corporate

Great hotel, i would say only 5 star hotel in the area which actually gives 5 star facilities. Room service, Room size, facilities, decor, food quality taste all are up to the mark. I would recommend everyone who are looking for pleasant stay.

Any place that has pork belly in their buffet gets 5 stars from me. Pork ribs work too
