Clean and friendly staff.
It is not possible to use the US Dollar at the restaurant in the hotel but it was convenient to get a Rupee exchange from hotel front to US $ 80. However, the exchange rate is a bit more expensive than the exchange rate at Delhi airport.

It was very helpful for the money exchange reform in December 2016 to do the hotel front, and the exchange of rupees was not good.

At the lobby floor, the wild fire restaurant is open until 23:30, with a Brazilian menu and an Italian menu. It is also available as a buffet, so you can eat Korean food without any problems. Beer and other alcoholic beverages are also available.

There is no restaurant around the hotel, so it is practically difficult to eat out at night.

The security check from the entrance of the hotel is very thorough and all the luggage to the hotel should be put on the x-ray search desk such as the airport search desk, and all visitors must go through the metal detector to go to the hotel lobby.

Compared to a 5-star hotel like the whole hotel, it seems to be about the level of Plaza Hotel in Seoul.

People should ask for Smoking / Non smoking rooms. Had got Smoking room and it was nasty.

Toilets could have health faucet too.

Attended an office conference here. Ambience is really good. Food was also of top notch quality. Staff was also very cooperative and courteous. Arrangement of conference in their huge conference hall was of high professional quality. Parking is also easily available.

The food is good and the variety in the buffet we had was even better. In buffet you can have pan asian, indian, continental etc etc

Brilliant service, very well maintained despite being little old now. They were very cooperative for giving me a early check in. All in all a very good experience. Only thing in which they need major improvement is in food taste.

Crown plaza is a good place to have a function or an official get together.. the vibe is very upscale and premium, we went for a wedding function and the food was high on quality and taste.. the rooms were well serviced and well stocked! The huge reception area is a plus !!
