The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near other stores and restaurants. The Bistro restaurant prepares meals to go which is very convenient. I thought the design of the lobby and immenities were nice.

Hotel is fabulous. Whether you are looking for a business or pleasure trip, this hotel is the place to be. The staff is very attentive and helpful... If your interested in booking an event, the sales staff (brenda and laura) will go over and above to make everything perfect... seriously, if your looking to book a hotel in the philly area, this hotel is the place to be!!!

Very nice hotel with nice staff. I would have given 5 stars except when we were packing up in saw something behind the little stool. Well let's say I ended up grabbing someone else's dirty underwear! Also the bathroom and entryway tile was sticky feeling under your shoes, so no bare feet!

The hotel is nice and modern inside. My room was clean and ready upon arrival without any wait. There is a nice little bistro restaurant inside and a lot of other dining options off-property. I used the fitness center on site and it everything I'm used too and all very modern. All the staff I encountered made sure to greet me and say hello or ask me if I needed anything. And the room rate was very acceptable. We had a good time staying there.

My stay review at this hotel 12.26.18 - 1.2.19 (6days). I travel alot, so I know this is not a 4.5 star hotel. It's a decent hotel. They do not have a microwave in the rooms, which is ridiculous and a major inconvenience. I shouldn't have to go down to the lobby to heat up my food (it's 2018 right). Everyday, I would have to ask the cleaning attendant for toilet paper. (KUDOS to the cleaning ladies they all were respectful). My biggest pet- pive why, why would the hotel engineer/designer install 49inch TV right over a computer desk work area (REALLY). Bed is very comfortable, hallways & elevators are clean, front desk staff does not acknowledge the guest after check-in. No one said hello, good mrng, good afternoon, nor smile when I walked pass the front desk for 6days. Then the breakfast is $16.00 plus tax for powdered eggs, dried up pork bacon strips, chicken & pork links etc (ugh). NOT EVERYONE EATS PORK, WHERE WAS THE TURKEY. Please consider serving Continental
Breakfast lots of other hotels do. Would I stay again, most likely I would NOT Thanks.

Check in was a breeze. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. Lots of comfortable gathering places in the lobby without feeling exposed. Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Added bonus were the fluffy comforters.

How long should we stay in a call to talk to an agent???? I booked reservation and stayed in this hotel and while booking i gave my email id. However after 1 week i called this hotel to send my folio. I have to wait in call for more than 15mins. Dont you guys have sense to send folio ???? or dont u guys have no management skills and you make customers wait for more than 15 mins??? After 10 mins one lady attended my call , took all my details and again kept me hold for more than 10 mins. Do you think customers are fools to waste their valuable time with you people. If you dont knw how to treat customers and give their folios in time please go and learn

I have to say this is a very disappointing experie...

I have to say this is a very disappointing experience. The hotel seemed just went through renovation and it looked nice from outside, even in the hotel room. However, cleanness is definitely the downside. The bath towels and bath tub were dirty. After we moved to another room, the bed sheets were apparently not changed as there were multiple hairs on them. Furniture paints were not completely dried or it might be some quality issue, but they will leave marks on your arms. I have to admit this is absolutely the worst experience I ever had with Marriott, as I personally consider Marriott a premium brand and this should not happen at all. Many people reviewed here seems very happy with their experience. Hopefully ours is just an accident, but what the odd with two dirty rooms in a row :(

I called the hotel to book a reservation. I was transferred to reservations and asked about the Jefferson College discount. I was told that I got it and when I checked in I mentioned it and the receptionist said that I did not. She said because I booked you a third-party I could not get it. I told her that I called the hotel and she said that I could not get it because I booked through a third party, which does not make sense. She seemed bothered that I asked and no attempt was made to make it right, enough of a reason to stay somewhere else next time, poor customer service!

The in room TV had Netflix and Hulu but in for you to login and watch streaming TV. I wish every hotel had this nice a setup. Staff was helpful and friendly and beds were comfortable. Great stay.

Staff want tho welcoming, the room wasn't thoroughly clean .Not enough towels or cups for coffee. The air conditioning wasn't that great, alot of money for alot of not good service at all then at City line. Best thing was the shower items.

Called the hotel and was sent to reservations. Asked about the Jefferson College discount and was told yes that it was applied to my quote. When I checked in they said I booked through a third party, huh? I called the hotels number and got reservations.

The woman behind the counter said that sine I booked through a third party I could not get the discount. Wait, I called this hotel, the woman on the phone confirmed that I was getting a Jefferson discount and then the front desk said, NO!

Clean hotel, nice rooms but not even trying to make it right is a reason to not return and give 2 stars.

Front dest service was good and room was pretty big, but my bathroom in the room was uncleaned with the bottom of the shower having caked on dirt and mold streaks along the walls. The complimentary lotion was used and the tissue box was empty. I advised the front desk manager and was told someone would be up to clean it. 1 1/2 hrs later, no one came. I called front desk again and was told the maintenance guy was on break. It was late and I needed to take a shower so I had to use a towel to step on in the shower. So disappointed. If not for that, they would have gotten 5 stars.

The room is extremely comfortable, bed is great and there is a desk setup in front of the TV at the foot of the bed with a very comfortable reclining desk chair. The location is good, near several major arteries through the city. I was a little disappointed to find that there was no complimentary breakfast offered.

The lobby smelled strongly of cologne, initially i thought it may be due to a guest, no, it appears that's their deodorizer. Instant headache due to sensitivity to strong odors. Then surprised to find out they charge their guest $10 per night for parking, a bottle of water was $4.00 and worse, had to call upon my return for clean towels, the room was not cleaned or beds dressed while out during the day. First and last time ill be staying, have even stayed at a Hotel 6 in the past and was provided better service.

I attended a church service there. It was my first time in the hotel. It's a beautiful space and the staff was very friendly. The only critique I have is that the staff did not provide accurate information about their policy regarding food in the conference room we we're using.

Great welcome and check in process - exceptional name recognition as well as clear communication. I had several TM's arriving later and check associate remembered my reservation and called me in my room to resolve a spelling issue on one of the reservations. Was very impressed. Rooms and property are clean and stylishly appointed. Everything was clean and gave a well maintained appearance. There are TM's in the lobby walking around addressing guests with smiles and hellos. Great business stay with plenty of attractions within walking distance.

+Elevator with card access (gives you an sense of security)

Cons
-Bathroom door has gap when closed
-They dont have a complimentary breakfast which sucks
-Bed wasn't comfortable (at least for me it wasn't. I woke up sore everyday)
-Parking is hard to get later in the day because all the TGIF customers take them
