Just left this location! Maggie is the sweetest most accommodating person! She greeted me with a smile and spoke to me by name both mornings I was there. Hang on to her right as competitors may try to snag that one! Thank you for a wonderful stay this week!

Don t stay in there if you can.

Don t stay in there if you can.
Worst trip ever.
I required early check in at 11:00am 05/26/19 when I booked the hotel. But when I went to the hotel at 11:30 am it wasn t ready at that time. And they told me to waited, so I waited it. But until now is 3:35 pm 05/26/19 and I am still waiting for my room to be ready because it s still not ready. And the guy from the front desk told me I maybe need to wait until 4:30pm or even after 4:30pm. It s not acceptable. Me and my husband with young kid just waiting and waiting in the lobby without anybody s help.

I am member Marriott but I am not satisfied with the service.

Great hotel for a good price. A little bit out of the way for seeing all the tourist hotspots - about 45min by public transport or 20min by car - but well positioned if you're driving yourself and don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of staying in the city. Lovely staff who are very helpful and a fantastic housekeeping team too.

My friends and I came here for a little girl's night. The staff was friendly and engaging. The location is prime considering target is walking distance along with good places including Friday's. The hotel was clean and had a fresh smell. They offer free parking which is always a plus. I would definitely come back

Ok....where do I start? Let me first say thank you to Mr. Robbin for displaying hospitality I was expecting, #1 because that's what hotel staff are supposed to do, and #2 it's the city of brotherly love right? He focused his attention on the guest he was speaking to at that time, and was always positive when I saw him. As far as the rest of my experience at this particular hotel...I will NOT be staying there again. Dirty shower, unchanged sheets, and unresponsive staff. The first night was fine because I didn't know what I was getting into. I did however notice that the shower floor was dirty. You know, the kind of dirt that accumulates after a week of use. It appears as though it had not been clean. I left a note for housekeeping asking if they could scrub it with bleach (OR SOMETHING). The trash cans did not have liners inside - so I used my own bags from store purchases, and were left on top of the toilet and desks. In trying to keep my check luggage under the max weight I did not bring my own towels - big mistake and yes I realize bringing your own towels is hotel stay 101. The towels were rough like SOS pads and had hair embedded in them. And on the second to last night I was there, they didn't replace any towels - although I placed them on the floor as the instructions requested. I can only imagine what lived in the carpet so it was socks - which I wore anyway - from there on out. One day when I arrived back to my room after being out for several hours in the morning and afternoon, I returned to my hotel door being ajar. Not open because we know the room doors will close on their own, but the lock had been manually placed in position that prevented the door from closing. Prior to finding my room like that I passed two female housekeeping staff in the hall who were quickly making their way down the hall opposite of my room. When I mentioned this to the hotel staff downstairs, their response was pretty nonchalant. It was like "oh yeah they should make sure the doors are closed when they're done...crickets...". I kept my suitcase locked in my absence anyway because after the first night I just felt I needed to. So if their intentions were theft, they came up empty handed. My experience actually started with the reservation agent before I travelled. She responded to my questions as if I was bothering her, and travelled every week and should have known the answers to my questions. I always speak with a smile on my face over the phone and in person so in no way was I rude. So long rating short, find another hotel. I was very dissatisfied with my stay in the end. Hotel management ANYWHERE, please realize that your cleaning practices are the difference between fostering, causing or preventing diseases. Too many people of various hygiene habits pass through and it's important to keep the hotel as clean as possible. Lastly, there were two other hotel staff I wish I had encountered at the beginning, and that was the young lady who checked me out, and one of the bistro employee's serving the breakfast buffet shift. They were very pleasant to encounter which at that point was foreign for that hotel.

Horrible!!! House keeping is non existent in this hot l. For 2 nights in a row our room wasnt made. Not even with clean towels. Forst night we artived at 10 pm and we had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring clean towels. Second jight we left hotel at 10am and arrived at 9:15pm and room was dirty as hell. Imagine 2 days in a row!!!! Went downstairs and talked to he manager Kanul. Gave him 15 minutes to fix and clean the room. 50minutes after room was fi ally clean . Still 2 empry wine glasses and a bottle of water in the room. And bedside table with wine spots. So theymade the beds and clean the bath and left. No attention to details. I asked for a fullr efu d ateastforthis night and he offered freebreakfastfor the nextday. ja! What a joke. I said we dont want any freebreakfast we wabt outroom to be done and clean. 15minutes afterward he call iconplai. About the dirty wine glasses and dirty bedside table...he just apologized and said the night was going to be comp (because i asked him 3 times- remember he just offered breakfast). This hotel in cleanness SUCKS!!!!

It can be sustained here, bathroom was a bit battered but the queensize beds very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, but seems partly dissatisfied with the working conditions.
The breakfast you can try as a European, but already on the second day missing the change to greasy and sweet. In Germany the hotel would have 2 to 3 stars.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here not to long ago and we had a great time for the most part!

Pros: The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Everything was very clean, it's away from the busy city and right next to a few stores. And the room pricing is very affordable!

Cons: For the most part everyone here was very nice and helpful. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was one of the front desk gentlman's continuous flirting during my stay. I believe he had a shaved head then and glasses. His comments made me feel uncomfortable to the point I didn't want to go up to the desk Anymore without my boyfriend.

Stayed just for the night. Checked in late night and checked out early morning. so couldn t enjoy the amenities. But gym was decent with enough weights and machines.

Room was also decent sized, clean and typical courtyard Marriot standard.
Decent place to stay.

Main benefit is, onsite parking is free, which is a rarity is Philadelphia.

The hotel was nice and the beds were comfortable. The shower gets hot within seconds. The only small thing was that the ice machine on my floor was not working so I had to go to the bar to get some.

There was a big misunderstanding when I got here which confused the price that I was suppose to pay. But the staff here were nice enough to give me some discounts anyway for my trouble. There's no complimentary breakfast and my room didn't get cleaned the next day which I was upset about. However other than that it was a good experience nothing too fancy though
