Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre Review

Good night's sleep, food was good helpful and friendly staff with 24hr room service on the docks and all located all 10-15 minutes walk from Liverpool one and city centre.

Nice hotel in a very good location. Parking available at additional cost.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast excellent!
Leisure facility needs refurbishment as it is shabby.
Restaurant chairs also need good cleaning.

It was the first time my partner and I had been to Liverpool and the staff at the Crowne Plaza made us feel so welcome and suggested things to do and places to eat. It made a memorial break even more enjoyable.

Really amazing staff, five stars across the board there. Fresh infused drinking water around the ground floor. Great location. Pool area OK, but could be updated. Would be good to have late spa appointments. Room was of a very good standard, would have liked slippers. Bed very comfortable. This Works pillow spray provided - fabulous. Branded coffee after 8am, would have been great to have this earlier - staying for business. Overall, would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful location at Albert docs. Huge hotel with everything that you can think of. Hospitality from LFC is a must have experience at Crowne plaza.

A good place to stay when you are in Liverpool. Location allows you to enjoy all local attractions.
Great SPA and fitness section helps you to relax and well equipped bar allows you to spend nice evening without leaving hotel.

I don't mind treating myself but for the cost of the food and drinks I did not feel like it was justified. There are superior places to go to in Liverpool. I won't be going back.

Stayed here for 3 days and the service never faulted nothing was too much trouble for all the staff the breakfast is well worth the money I would definitely stay here again when visiting my family in liverpool. And I would like to give a big thank you to kady in the dining room at breakfast for taking the time to make sure everything was ok and also taking the time to talk to my granddaughter. Kady is a credit to the company

Great hotel and within a few minutes walk to Liverpool One and next door to the Liver Building.
All the attractions are just a short walk away and would recommend the Beatles museum and the Tate gallery.
Breakfast was complete and plentiful.
Staff great.
Room was good, clean, with view overlooking the Mersey but possibly needs a little updating.

Stayed here after coming back after a year, with family. Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities are good. Food is expensive but think Liverpool in general is dearer than some other cities. Kids loved the pool. It has a very good gym. Only let down was bed I slept on had seemed to dip one end hence 4*

Good car park(expensive). Close to albert dock. Good view. Large selection of breakfast. Good food and drink. Walking distance to city centre. Good spa.

The rooms are spacious and homely. The venue rooms are clean and there is a lovely bar.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff were lovely and very happy to help. Gorgeous breakfast. We also ate in the restraunt in the evening and the food was delicious. Lovely rooms very clean. Pool was great and had a jaccuzzi and sauna. Think it has a gym to but didn't get to use it. Would definitely go back!

Lovely place to stay it's a shame the water was cold in the morning so couldn't have a shower or bath

Absolutely fabulous experience through and through. We will definitely come back. From the door man to the receptionist to the entire staff, we had a warm and lovely experience. We were even upgraded free of charge to a room with a view. Excellent !!

Hotel near the pier head. Nice and clean. Lovely views. Breakfast was usual buffet but had large selection of fruit and vegetarian sausage with was a bonus. The staff at breakfast were excellent quick helpful and efficient. Shame about dining room in the evening, poor service, place was empty, so no excuse for long wait to order. Food and drink overpriced. Moved to the bar where bar staff were very good. It's quite a walk uphill into town centre but a taxi ordered by reception arrives almost immediately. There is a pool and also spa treatments. Definitely a nice place to stay just give dining room a miss.

Just completed a one week conference at the hotel. The venue and all the staff were amazing.

Pleasant stay. Well appointed rooms with comfortable bed. Personally would prefer a top sheet to just a duvet. Good buffet breakfast to set you up for the day. Convenient parking and a stone's throw from popular sites.

Pretty average considering the price. Stayed in many equally good hotel in the city centre for 2/3 the cost.

Great position on the waterfront and a short walk into the city centre. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable even if it was a bit compact. Lovely swimming pool. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in I'm my life rooms were incredible food was incredible room service wonderful this was the best hotel ever 100% worth every penny I'm dying to check me back again next years definitely recommend it

What can I say? Amazing hotel, staff and surroundings

Beautiful hotel throughout, the bar restaurant and spa facilities are also finished to a high degree. The bar, (although slightly pricey) served a wide variety of drinks and cocktails. Overall a very pleasant experience, would highly recommend.

The hotel stay was lovely although when we checked out we had left our phone chargers in the room, we called straight away and was told they would be posted to us. 10 days and 3 emails later i called again to chase them up, i was again told they would be sent to me. Another week later and still without any phone chargers. Will not be staying here again if it is so impossible to receive lost items back!

Came to Liverpool one weekend for a wedding and everything here was lovely rooms were clean and tidy staff were friendly pool and hot tub were very nice as well.

Conveniently located by the historic docks it has reasonable facilities. The rooms are well a pointed if a bit tired. Service in the bar was OK but range of drinks poor. Breakfast not really up to crowne plaza standards. Chaotic service and not particularly well cooked. Felt as if it catered more for passing trade than repeat business.

Stayed at the CP Liverpool during a Christmas night out in Liverpool. Great service, really lovely rooms ( I get a free upgrade as a frequent customer) Plenty of parking including disabled parking right at the entrance.

Bitterly disappointed with the pool,the chlorine was so strong it burnt my skin. Also the cooked breakfast was bland and tasteless although the continental breakfast was ok. The room was tidy but not clean, there were chocolate buttons under the bed! For the amount of money we paid I've stayed in much better, I won't be coming back here! We were kept awake all night by traffic it sounded like the window was open.
