A good hotel The room was comfortable and bright. The air conditioning made quite a noise. The cable TV service had good channels but very low quality web for a 42 "TV." Adequate furniture "Internet works regularly at times Restaurant with varied menu and reasonable prices Food, tasty.

The attention is first, we went to celebrate with the sisters of the Women's Union of the Royal Arch an exquisite lunch for Valentine's Day.

Good gym Near places to know, near the casinos. In the very heart of Miraflores. The restaurant offers a good menu with a very good taste. The bar has a very nice atmosphere.

It's a 5 star hotel with all the amenities. The service is excellent and the suite is superb. The location is also good.

It is a good place to organize events, the attention is great because the staff is super friendly, if I'm not wrong in the two events where I've been there as a guest, I went to the Mozart room.

I have never stayed in any of their hotels. They are equally beautiful hotels. Good prices. I've only gone for events.

Lovely hotel with very accommodating staff.

I made the mistake of trying to have my laundry done on a Saturday at the Laundromat that is 200 feet from the entrance to the hotel, and they couldn't take my stuff. Dropped my laundry early the next Monday at the hotel because I had to go to work before the little Laundromat was open and I was out of clothes. I was charged USD $72.00 for 4 days worth of clothing.

DO NOT USE THE HOTEL LAUNDRY.

My wife and I stayed for one night. Check-in took longer than expected although staff were pleasant. The bellboy was very polite, spoke good English, and had map of area in his pocket and offered advice on where to visit. His service was exceptional (shame I can't remember his name).
Room was comfortable but strange, plenty of space in bathroom but was basin and bench outside bathroom.
Bed comfortable, good internet, and quiet.
We had a drink in lobby bar but it was so cold so we only stayed for one drink and decided for room service.
Check out fast. We stayed September 2014.
