Amazing service. Rooms were lovely and big. Concierge was the best. Always willing to help us out and made our stay in Lima a lot better.

Great hotel with some peculiarities. Location is great, there's three large grocery stores, multiple restaurants, stores, casinos, etc... Service is amazing. Most employees spoke some English, a few employees spoke fluent English. I tried speaking Spanish to all of the employees, and even the ones that spoke English were kind enough to entertain me and speak Spanish with me. Reasonable price, US style outlets, nice rooms with a mini fridge. Only complaints were that that shower was a bit temperamental as far as temperature adjustment, and there was no microwave, so we could not heat our leftovers. There was also a small coffee maker but no tea kettle. I like having a cup of tea in my room before bed. I don't think that the minuses are enough to subtract a star, as the service was exceptional.

Very good attention. Its location is central in Miraflores, but the traffic generated to get there is a weak point. Once inside, you are very well attended.

I expected more from this hotel. The pool is not a pool it is a 1 meter hole ... Normal for a 5 star hotel. Common breakfast.

It was a very good place to walk around. Underground Mall, Lovers park and the best was going down to the beach for surfing and have romance with your love bug.

The worst in hotels ... bad treatment does not help at all .... they restrict the visit to the room ... janitors and security thug ...... The worst of the experiences ....

It's okay. The detail with this hotel is that it offers everything well but nothing extraordinary. Everything you expect is fine and works normal. Maybe because of the cost / benefit ratio there are better options.

Being from Iowa in the United States and having never been to Lima before I was very concerned about where I would be staying as I am here for 11 nights. I called and spoke with the manager Jose and he assured me of what I needed to hear.
The Hotel is very, clean and friendly. However, the staff here is extremely good at what they do. Possibly better than most resorts I have been to. I have looked around while here and know that I made the absolute best possible choice for staying in Miraflores.
