High standard hotel, friendly and professional evening staff, rich and delicious breakfast served during the Ramadan period, spacious and clean room, excellent wifi connection, I will only stay at this hotel if I am passing through this hotel.

Great 3 night stay to visit brussels, Gante and Brujas. Beds are of a good size and the cleaning is 10/10. Bathrooms need a serious update. Easy access from public transport for train/metro/bus. Breakfast is expensive but its brussels so...
Comfortable, spacious rooms, carefully decorated, wooden floors. Welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast and great gym. A little more care could be taken when dusting the ceilings, there were large cobwebs. The rooms are not well soundproofed. But I will definitely come back with pleasure!
Good place. Got upgraded to executive room so very nice. But there were issues in terms of wifi and electricity. Wifi signal was very bad. Electric outage for about an hour was there in 2 of my 4 days stay there..
Clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly, especially the reception staff, always willing to help. The hotel is close to the train station, public transport, shopping centers and the Great Plaza.
The staff is highly qualified 4 star hotel located just in front of the beginning of the rue neuve (shopping artery) Parking just in front of the rear exit (Paid parking, ticket to be validated at reception to get the flat rate) Direct accessibility to bus, taxi and metro at 25 meters. Spacious and luxurious interior 7th floor bedroom upper range: high luminous ceiling large double bed; round table, buro, smart tv, telephone and fridge bar, bathroom with tub. Nespresso coffee machine Iron and board Air conditioner Strong points: impeccable service and free multimedia area, fitness sauna (separate men and women) Weak points: for a famous Crowne Plaza hotel the rooms are not renovated or luxurious poorly insulated from the cold and inefficient air conditioning Fridge bar without more just cola water and beer (not justify the high-end prices) No USB cable in the room to charge a smartphone.
All the same, it remains a high-end hotel (excluding single rooms) with impeccable service and staff and a rich and varied breakfast.
Very good hotel I don't consider it exceptional because the views of the room they gave us were to a wall, which gave a bit of a feeling of being locked up.
Very nice hotel close to the city center. Two minutes walk from the famous rue Neuve. The metro station one minute walk from the hotel. The room was very nice and spacious. We had a free upgrade to the room and the view was fantastic! The staff was very kind and helpful from the reception to the girls who where cleaning the rooms.Except one-two persons in the breakfast hall who were very rude when I took to taste some tea bags they told me that It wasn't allowed and "ici ce n'est pas un magasin".Their behaviour was unacceptable as they should respect more their clients. We aren't friends..All things considered except this incident I reccomend this beautiful hotel and we will come back!Thank you for a nice stay!
Comfortable hotel near the North station in Brussels. It is a large, updated hotel with meeting spaces. The rooms are spacious and clean. The assorted breakfast. The location is central and very well connected, although in those streets there is not the best atmosphere of Brussels is very close to the center.
My family stayed there for 4 days. Excellent Staff & General Manager. Good Hotel, nearby North Brussel Trainstation(10min. walk). We got a nice Family room with BedSofa(although the Sofa could have been a bit better)
Good location for sighsteeing& travel around city. Public transportion is very good.
Huge "City2" Shopping Mall across the street, with a lot of shops& restaurants.
Only beware: Brussel Trainstations are not the nicest areas to go around after dark.
the service is really bad, especially the front desk receptionist Christophe. they oversold the room, and lied to me by putting at the other hotel who didn't know a thing and no preparations for me.
BEWARE the week after leaving the hotel I started receiving charges on my credit card after paying the bill. A billing disaster that I'm still trying to solve.
V nice hotel, everything is available in ur room, staff are v friendly, its located in city center. Breakfast is tasty! I was there Dec.2018 it was a nice trip
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Bruxelles-Nord. It is recommended to exit out of the west (centrum) side. The atmosphere on the other side is very weird. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful, especially the newly arrived Taiwanese staff. I was upgraded to a room with a view on the botanical garden. The bed is very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks in the fridge. Also, the hotel is fragranced by the subtle and elegant scent. I would like to know What aroma is that.
It takes about 10 minutes from Brussels North Station to the hotel. It is recommended to take the exit from the station west. The atmosphere on the east side is very strange. The counter is very kind, especially the Taiwanese staff who have just arrived. I was promoted to the room facing the botanical garden. The drinks in the refrigerator can be enjoyed and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel has a faint scent, which smells a sense of quality and doesn't know what perfume it is.
It is peaceful and beautiful. From the location, interior design, reception, the smell inside the hotel corridors, carpet, room and room service are excellent. The ideal location for any tourist who would love to visit Brussel because it easier to access every major tourist attraction. The parking is easy and cheaper if u using a car.
4.8 / 5 The location is very good, it is next to a busy shopping street that goes further downtown. The room was nice nothing special, no negatives. And the service was good, helpful staff and nice breakfast.
The rooms price is high, but is similar to the other hotels prices ( which are also expensive ). Unlike the others, the breakfast cost is lower and also there have a free internet available. The hotel restaurant have a good reputations, but I never test it. The bar is very nice place, there have different types of Belgian beer.
Good location to visit some tourist sites. For example, it is one block away from the hop on hop off stop. Easy to walk to the fish market. There is a square (Caterina) where there are several restaurants, with very good food. The only thing is that the girl who receives the guest at breakfast is not friendly, very sharp and not at all helpful.
Excellent! Our stay was very pleasant, has all the necessary amenities for travelers in a beautiful space, remodeled and adapted to new needs, we will return !. In the photo the views from my room
Great hotel, very nice staff, nice, attentive and attentive. The rooms are clean and very well equipped. The breakfast buffet is just wonderful, fresh. Everything was perfect. Thank you, see you soon.
Crowne Plaza hotels are always excellent, and this one is no exception. The lobby looks grand and you immediately feel welcome. The hotel staff is very friendly.
My room on the club level was spacious and had everything I needed to relax after work. The bar/restaurant downstairs is medium-priced I would say (then again, it did not seem to be inexpensive outside) , but the quality of the food is very good.
There is plenty of paid parking around the hotel, though Rogier seemed to be the best parking garage as a hotel guest. At least for this garage you can pay the parking fees at the reception and have them add it to your bill. Very convenient.
Highly recommended Spacious room with lots of light and views of the Botanical Garden. The bed is large and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast Located next to the Rogier station and near the North Station. The decor is cozy and the staff friendly and helpful.
