Stayed here for 4 nights as an anniversary getaway with my partner. Beautiful entrance as you walk in with immaculate facilities. Room was perfect size and bathroom huge! Only negatives were the noise early mornings of sirens, WiFi quality, price of room service and our room was too hot despite turning off the heating. Would stay again and recommend. Staff were very helpful and polite :)

Hotel a little dated but with all the comforts expected of Crowne Plaza. It is attached to the metro station and you can easily reach any area of Brussels. Overall acceptable

A superb hotel, with a staff very welcoming and attentive. Spacious rooms, very clean and in perfect condition. Breakfast very complete, both on the salty and sweet side. All with an affordable price for the benefit. We will return on our next trip to Brussels!

This was once a spectacular hotel with interior that made you feel like royalty.. sadly this was back in 1910 when they opened. Nowadays it feels like it could use an update. The location is what s keeping them going without upgrading. The room sizes are quite small for 4* hotel, I have visited 4 times and one time I got a junior suite which was nice size but all other rooms including family rooms are small.
Comfortable beds and pillows, liked the soap/bath products (mild green tea/aloe scent), not thrilled with the restaurants - decent food but slow service and sometimes limited options due to business conferences. Free WiFi but frustratingly spotty signal in my room.
Professional reception at the Palace room. Good service and beautiful room. Food was ok, but not great.

The service is up to expectations. The comfort of the conference rooms is exemplary, the friendliness of the staff, flawless.
Hotel of 4 stars of quality. The beds are fantastic. The rooms have full service and delicatessen (coffee, tea and chocolate with kettle included).
Hotel well located for visiting the city. About 6 minutes walk from the Brussels Nord train station (I traveled by train from Brussels-BRU airport to the station), and with the metro just next door. I was accommodated with breakfast which is sufficiently well supplied. Hotel / room clean.

It is clean, staff are nice and rooms are okay. Things are a little dated, sound travels too much between rooms or corridor and the lifts are old. For the price and location, the value is good. I would stay here again.

Freedom courtesy acesible even his money on condition of being present, I have had a good time, I use the computer without having to pay a sub. Collar what (but still provide flus if you want to eat or telefoner (gastronomy of four etoile) unpec service by the chef of the sur measure! I have no real complaints, nothing was missing and if something would have been missing I'm sure they would have done everything to solve it, but... this hotel is OLD. It's like Ikea from 20 years ago. Also, it would be nice that if I have to give my ID card to check in, that they could at least correctly copy my name from it, which still seams to be a challenge.
The service is outstanding. Competitive prices. We used their small conference center many times with a great pleasure.

Good hotel close to to North train station and Rogier. Breakfast is OK but a bit pricey, 27 is a bit to much according to me. Rooms are what to expect from a hotel of this standard.

We stayed there for 2 nights. It is a very nice hotel. The rooms very clean., The staff very friendly. What I really liked was the bed .. you could sleep in it very well, the cover and pillow top. The breakfast was okay so far just maybe could have been more choice. The scrambled eggs were kept warm, but not warm. From the coffee machine hot milk was not hot or not warm. But otherwise I was very satisfied. If we are in Belgium again will book this hotel again

Air conditioning doesn t work. Odd smell in the hallways. The shower head in in the middle of the tub on the wall. Odd. Lots of vagrants nearby. I would not stay there again. The breakfast buffet was good. Staff were very nice.

Horrible experience and worst night ever on a New Year s Eve! The next door occupants were too loud and kept opening their door, after every few minutes, which closed with a loud bang - quite annoying when you are trying to get some sleep after a tiring day. Moreover the walls should be sound proof. The bed in our room was squeaky, and made creaking noises when turning sides. Such a bad night!

There is an unpleasant smell in my hallways, the room no heating (amazing) !! Glagla fridge that makes noise, and I am a little old etc ..
Not open, booked it on Booking.com paid upfront, arrived at reception and was told we were staying at their sister hotel next door hotel Indigo, the room was dirty, shower had not been cleaned, went back to reception and the arranged free drink and organised another room, had to sign a form to have the window open in case I jumped, no bathrobes or slippers, had to request it, 4 small bottles of water in the fridge, not impressed

I've stayed here on several occasions now and the staff have consistently offered excellent service. That has been true throughout the hotel but especially the front desk. Bar food is good while breakfast is average. Rooms are classically decorated befitting the building and a good size.

It is located next to the train station, the shopping area and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the Grand Place. It has several parking around 14 per day.
The room was spacious, with a coffee machine, a bathrobe and it was well soundproofed between rooms, it was only heard when someone passed by in the corridor. We ordered it with views of the park and it was a success because the others do not have good views. The staff is very friendly and attentive and some speak Spanish. Recommendable.
