Great hotel walking distance from city center. Very nice place
Interesting place for a cocktail. Waiting for a rooftop and the smell in the hall is stale. The historic hotel on the new Rogierplein takes you back to the past.
Very good conference center, with bright and spacious rooms, good catering and great coffee. Well located, an easy walk from the Grand Place.
I had an unpleasant situation - I could not pay off the taxi .. At the hotel, the administrator organized payment through the hotel. I got a large ... huge room, spacious, spacious, though cold, but there was a stove ... and it turned out to be for disabled people ... The next evening, after my request, my room was changed without question ...
Breakfasts are delicious
rooms are cozy,
there is tea, coffee, a kettle, water in the room,
in general, everything is fine.
Location - metro in half a minute,
train station to the airport - in five minutes,
the center is very close.
Near the park. It closes at 17 o'clock, so it was not possible to take a walk in the park.
We are stay just for one day and its loud like a disco, the bar wasnt open, because a military party is more important than their guests.. The rooms are already old and used. The bathroom is not 4-stars like. We payed about 115 Euro and it's not worth it. The staff is very friendly and nice, the hotel is also near the centrum, but i dont think we stay another time in this hotel in Brussels.
Great location and beautiful but not enough heating.
Super great location..Nice size room. Close to the market and city center is a walking distance.
Nice hotel, great service and good breakfast. Had dinner at the hotel bar and was excellent. I highly recommend this place.
Better rooms the others less good. Good social spaces. Some art to appreciate.
badly soundproofed, woke up the moment the people above me walked around the apartment. The whole floor was squeaking then.
Good hotel, old glory, good sleep quality, expensive
Business hotel. Perfect area in the center Nice rooms, clean and neat.
Hotel staff very helpful in this central hotel. I was unfortunately robbed in a pedestrian zone late at night. I returned to the hotel and the night staff were amazingly helpful. So grateful. This was July 2014, I won't forget their help
Great location! Few meters from Brussels North and Rogier station. Close to many shops and walking distance to Grand Place. The breakfast is good and convenient.
Great location, average breakfast. Standard of the room 4 *. Clean, quiet.
Very nice, clean and near the centre/station Nord. Nice meals, friendly and helpful waiters.
Pedestrian area within walking distance
Staff nice and accommodating
Amazing hotel, the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful.
Excellent stay. Staff were first class and very helpful. Perfect place to stay for marathon weekend.
I would like to thank the reception staff for their hospitality, their professionalism and especially for the good address for dinner. ... perfect room. The breakfast excellent, plentiful, well stocked, ....... THANKS.
We only stayed two nights and didn't have breakfast nor used other facilities of this hotel. But it is very lush in decoration, yet not overly decorated. It is very clean, has a large ballroom (I got a short glimpse at this beauty) and recreational rooms with seatbags, table tennis, darts, books etc. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet with a truly cute bathroom. I loved that there were art prints from Gustav Klimt all over the place. One of my favorite artists. The hotel and its rooms are in the style of Art Nouveau/Art Deco and very welcoming. I certainly recommend this hotel and could've definitely stayed longer.
Decent hotel with good facilities and near the North Station with good train links to Midi station and trams across the City. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast caters for everyone with good quality food too. This was a business trip so I wasn t too bothered about the cost, but it wasn t great value, as with most hotels in Brussels - it s a supply and demand thing I guess. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you walk towards the centre and not back towards the North station, which is a bit of a dodgy area.
Fine hotel. Don't expect beautiful design, the hotels interior is a bit outdated. Other than that, service is great as are the beds. Great place to stay for a business trip.
Our stay went perfectly without any hiccups. My son was bringing his beloved stuff toy and we loved that everytime they fixed our room he was seated in the middle of our bed as if waiting for us anxiously.
Friendly staff, well located hotel for a romantic weekend in Brussels. Clean and spacious room. Hearty breakfast for all tastes.
I was here for a work related conference for a few days. Nice interior, but outside of the hotel is underwhelming. Rooms are nice. Bar is a bit overpriced. Good conference quarters, with lot of options for room arrangements and group working. Buffet lunch was a bit of a disappointment on one of the days (fish tasted old). Restaurant could have better options for seating large groups. Lots of interesting places within walking distance.
Central location, great rooms and excellent service.
All perfect, the ideal bed, the perfect bathroom, the shower, iron and safe in the room works well.
Very nice. Good rooms. Great service and location. Will return.
Great hotel..good service..helpful staff.. one of the best hotels in europe.in terms of service.buffet brkfst s also good
Nice hotel but a bit dated. The breakfast is nothing special for this class of hotel. But a clean and comfortable stay.
Beautiful place rich in culture and history, plenty of dish choices and generally pleasant ambiance. A little on the pricier side, however not uncommon for the city. Recommend
Aircon not available due to season, so you're stuck with the heating preference of those below (I was sweating all night with my window open). Wifi was unreliable & while an iron was privided in the room, all it did was leak water over my shirts. Two stars given for spacious room and comfy bed - so at least the basics are covered and it may be more acceptable if it were at a lower price.
I have had a wonderful stay. My room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and offered a large variety of food.
Great location. Nice n clean as would be expected froma crown plaza. Staff very friendly & helpful.very welcoming.
It's worth visiting. Good location, clean and courteous staff.
One of the 'nicest' hotels I have been to in Brussels. Great architecture & lovely colours. Staff is kind and helpfull.
Top location in Brussels.
After having eaten there I had a food poisoning a very bad experience
Place is old. Very convenient location. The breakfast is not worth the price.
Nice, old hotel. Super friendly service! Very well maintained, very neat and clean! A renovation may happen in the future ...
Hotel is adequate and located conveniently near to Gare du Nord. It does start to show its age a bit, but everything was clean and staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out were efficient.
Disappointed. Room was average, breakfast was over priced and below average.
Hotel location is only a few minutes of walking from the Brussels Nord railway station, a Starbucks is outside the door. Check in process is simple and fast by kind staff. Room is clean and quiet, and bed is comfortable. Breakfast buffet makes me a happy morning. BTW, WiFi speed is cool.
Nice. Near center. Easy access. Have all facilities
Very good. Wonderful Hotel built in the Jugendstiel, in center near. Room spacious, bathroom a bit dated but otherwise in order and clean.
Breakfast very good
Nice hotel, near center of Brussels. Short walk to main square and lots of the touristy stuff. On a business trip, so close to office.
Comfy, good location, has a nice bar in lobby. Small but adequate workout room w basic equipment. Guest rooms r larger than expected. Bathroom is also large and well equipped. Service excellent. I am staying here on my next trip to Brussels
Art Deco style hotel. Very spacious rooms, nice staff and extensive breakfast buffet
Very dated hotel. You dint get a clean feeling when you walk in the rooms.
Location was close to the center. Nice hotel with good friendly service. Breakfast buffet was very tasty. Scrumbled eggs were a bit damp. Room was in perfect shape!
A good hotel, a bit far from the center, but comfortable and good service, good breakfast
I was on my business trip and stayed in the hotel for a longer time. The rooms are comfortable and I did not have any issues with the noise or something like that.
The staff was always nice and helpful.
I always enjoyed breakfast in the morning as there was great selection of foods and drinks for guests.
Overall I had a nice visit and the negatives were mostly minor inconveniences
Close to underground Rogier station.well maintained
Pretty awesome, metero right on the back door. Smells great too.
I have been there a long time and I already gave my opinion
The location is excellent. The hotel is very friendly. Clean and neat. The staff is ready to help anything.
Beautiful property with period rooms well-kept and clean!
Very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs were not made from fresh eggs. The juices, the fresh fruit and the bread variety was great.
Very good and nice hotel in the center of Brussels. Room was clean and tidy, breakfast was very extensive and tasty. Next time definitely this hotel again.
Stayed for work. I can't find anything to complain, hotel is nice and tidy. Breakfast is really good and you can survive until evening with it. My room was nice, though the view wasn't - another rooms window was just opposite of it so curtains closed. Room cleaning was really early at 8:30 - didn't let them in. You can skip cleaning and get a beer out of it which is nice.
The Corwne Plaza - Le Palace is centrally located and great for getting the metro as right next to the Rogier metro station. The hotel retains the classic style of when it was build but doesn't feel old. Rooms are spacious and comfy (the bed was the best I have slept on in a while). Room had a hairdryer, iron/ironing board, safe and a fridge. Breakfast is good and a selection for everyone. The hotel is also a short walk from all the shops, restaurants and tourist attractions at Grand Place. I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Brussels.
Very good lunch at the top and the bedding is very comfortable near the center walk 10 minutes
