Good central stay with good breakfast comfy beds ,pillows amazing.

Average. Room small, had to ask for service on multiple occasions. No baty robe as offered in description.

Doesn't sound like any social distancing at this hotel, why is your security allowing people into the hotel for visits when people are suppose to be in quarantine? sounds like abit of a joke at this hotel

Comfortable and in a convenient location, but not what I was expecting for the price per night. Could use a significant update to the interior design. I was surprised that the bathroom did not even have an extractor fan.

Excellent service but dated rooms. Breakfast offering was not up there with the new hotels around Auckland.

This is the best buffet breakfast I've ever had in NZ! There is so much variety and they have a selection of fresh fruits that you can juice yourself! Not only is it great food but the barista coffee is also included! Such great value for money especially when you consider all the drinks included. I recommend to get there before 9am so you can enjoy all the food without having to rush.

Really nice hotel located around the corner from the tower. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean. The price is also reasonable for a hotel of this quality, and the service is excellent.

We prefer to stay at crowned plaza akl city...great staff ...right in the heart of the cbd.and close to the motorway if you looking for a quick getaway ...highly recommended. ..

Nice hotel. Easy parking. Catering could be better.

Good hotel. The bar is well stocked and the food is good. Beds are comfortable. The view is nice going up the lift and from the rooms (was on the 18th floor).

Only downside was the aircon in the room dried you out a bit, pretty normal for a aircon room.

Great location, but strangely combined with parkig house and mall.

Happy and satisfied of our stay here. It s at the center of practically everything we needed plus it s walking distance to the Quay.

Went there for the first time attending TANSA ball. It was a great venue with elegance and plenty of room to accommodate for all the attendees. Food provided was amazing and all facilities were impeccable. Great experience and would recommend to others.

Wi-Fi is terrible. You can hear the toilets from some rooms. Kind of funky smell. Centrally located and room service food is decent.

Nice IHG hotel, in a great location. In the middle of Auckland CBD, walking distance to most attractions. Virtually next door to the Sky Tower.
The front desk team are friendly, fast and efficient. The team at breakfast is great as well.

I was supposed to check in Crown plaza as I was going to stay only for 6 hrs, Crown plaza took 3 and half hours to check me in as they had only 2 staff and when asked oh we cant get many peiple as it is expensive. I think i am generous so I gave two stars. I Will never like to visit such a sheet hotel again.

Great service from all departments required during our stay in isolation. Much appreciation and a big thank you to all the friendly hotel staff (in particular Semisi) the medical team, defence and police force for their autonomous support & assistance during this time.

Great location with good food selection and a nice lobby bar. Rooms are comfy and friendly staff. Bathrooms can feel a little dated.

A huge thank you to all the staff of Crowne Plaza and the support services provided by security, health, police, defence force etc. Just about to complete 14 days iso tomorrow. High level of support, care, provision of information and hand sanitisers and asks throughout the hotel. Very professional and of an extremely high level - from day 1 to day 14. All staff have been so polite and pleasant and am glad this is the hotel where i spent iso. Thanks again Crowne Plaza and would recommend this hotel highly.

Convenient access to everywhere. Clean and big room

Very disappointed as they messed up our booking. Many phone calls and document searches later proved we did have a booking with them.

Good hotel, great breakfast selection, location is absolutely brilliant... the staff are nice too. But the hotel feels dated. Despite that, This is our go to hotel for when we are visiting auckland. The cinema is also just across the street. Heaps to do around there.

Danny in his wheelchair and I checked in for a week, more or less everything was perfect, the restaurant staff were very attentive including the chef who said to Danny and I if we need anything just ask. The bed was a bit soft for Danny but other than that you couldn t wish for more. Thank you to all.

Lovely hotel, lovely location and lovely staff. From check-in to breakfast to checkout, all the staff members were helpful and pleasant to deal with. There was a waiter at breakfast whose name I forgot, but he was very good with my children as he was engaging in conversation and doing magic tricks for them! Moe the porter was very nice too. After helping with the luggage (5 suitcases) he didn't expect a tip, so when I gave him one, he was extremely grateful. Nice to know that the staff at Crowne Plaza aren't only helpful for tips.

Room was clean with two comfortable queen beds. Air conditioning worked well even during a heat wave in Auckland. On site restaurant was solid but very pricey.

Great rooms and view, kudos jinny. Continental breakfast only a few choices other than that all is good
