Koko was reasonable quality but j found it over priced for the food quality.

We come every Christmas to see the atrium show and visit santa. Lots of great memories.

Look the room was nice but the view was shocking, side of a building and dumpsters.
Also ice machine was broken so I had to travel the other floors to get ice

One stop for gambling in Melbourne, very geniune casino I have been so far.

Beautiful casino, but it's full of filthy people who look like homeless, I guess it's to be expected, casino crowd is often the same.

Love watching the soccer here. Of course food and beverage is always well over priced. Good seating and quick exit to and from the train station.

absolutely loved the place. In terms of ambience, the games that are played and the crowd that visits here, its a charm in itself. Getting addicted is indispensabke, but its your money, so spend wisely. The pillar of dollar coins does really look like an art in the infrastructural design.

Victoria s biggest Casino i was told that the revenues from this superb banqueting and hospitality centre contribute 30% in state revenues! situated on the south bank of the Yarra river with its iconic restaurants water and gas jets it s in a delightful location.

First visit due to wonderful friends providing a birthday voucher .Staff SO imformative efficient and friendly .Atmosphere lovely. Food just fantastic. Certainly will return.

I find this place too busy and too noisy. We ate at Rosettas in the Crown. It was over priced. My pasta was crunchy and flavorless. My pannacotta was very runny with no real flavour. My husband's steak was very rare, even though he asked for medium. Everything I initially ordered was sold out. However, the decor is beautiful.

Ate in the food court. A great range of food and quality. Several visits necessary to sample so many options. Atmosphere at options outside is better, with river viewsand less concentrated noise, but inside food court food was excellent.

Everything seemed a bit pricy, but it is the most luxurious part of Melbourne. Wonderful atmosphere, lots of helpful staff, super friendly. For food and drinks it depends where you go in the crown as different restaurants are good and bad depending. Great arcade across the road as well which is heaps of fun if you are looking for something different to do. Overall, definitely depends if you are into the atmosphere of a casino hotel and restaurant, and if you sre, this is one of the best places to go.

The absolute entertainment capital in Melbourne. What doesn't this hotel group have ( it's a group of 3 hotels interconnected) casinos , theatres , video game arcade , bowling alley , shopping , restaurants , bars and night clubs . Plus it's centrally located and rooms are well appointed . Can't complain about a thing

If you like gambling this is your place. Like all casino's, money grabbing place. Bar staff are friendly, casino security personal not. You are paying top dollars at the bars. Food at certain places were outrageous. They did have KFC, subway and McDonald's in the building. Take it as you will.

Nice place very big and bright, lots of different levels, games, tables and bars. Couple things bad about the place, such as: you are not able to cash out at cashier , you have to walk out to the atms. Floors dirty but the design on the carpet hides the filth take really long to get drink service to game tables.

Melbourne Crown - it's just the place to run your own imagination to be honest. Your own fantasy. Location of the venue is great with the flood of customers. Easy to get to via public transportation. The complex itself is enormous and a variety of activities to do. The staff is very professional in what they do, and they have to be 100% of the time while deali g with such a demanding lot of customers. I have no idea what there rooms would be or look like but if it's anything like the complex itself is it would be amazing.

Crown is a sumptuous hotel. The place makes you feel very special. Not a great fan of the $200 deposit on the mini bar and the $17 movie charges. It seems they try to get more money out of you at every turn even though the room costs you enough. Lovely floor staff really look after you

Absolutely incredible!! Staff are friend and very helpful! Security take their job seriously and are pretty fair, not too rough and rude with people as they are in Sydney. I'd definitely return for the awesome atmosphere!

How do you describe the Crown. We were upgraded to a loft suite, provided with chocolates and apples, and slept like logs on the amazing double bed. Aside from the pin drop central location, access to the casino and amazing dining, it was also a stone's throw away from the convention Centre. Service was amazing from check-in to the concierge to the cleaning. Highly recommend.

This casino, resort is beautiful, being 20Years old, it still looks as glamorous as the day it opened. Many levels of gaming, resort, restaurant's and shopping. The jewel of Melbourne.

1st time at the Crown buffet and I am sorry to say I was not impressed. For the amount of money I could have had an amazing meal on South Bank elsewhere. Even The Colonial Tramcar Restaurant was better value for money than Crown. Never again.

Crowns always such a great place to visit and just hang out, lots to do and see, absolutely huge , all sorts of bars, cafes, restaurants, different games to play, minigolf, nightclubs, and more! Absolutely love the vibe here as well, especially in the main lobby with the fountain feature.

Go to crown usually to eat, go cinemas or arcade. Staff are always helpful whenever i ask to get anywhere. Most things do feel overpriced but it's expected and not crazily expensive unless you seek those places out. Restaurants are usually nice. Cinema is clean. And for tourists, there's usually a few nice spots to take pictures. The flames outside at night are cool too

Clean, fancy restaurants. Can be quite crowded at food courts. The service was great, staff members were exceptionally friendly. The boys loved the food served at Lucky Chan.

If I've got the money and I'm staying in Melbourne, this is the place I'd stay. Excellent service, without having to have things like Hilton's Diamond Membership, etc. You get treated really well as a random nobody buying a cheap room. Since this review, I've gone back and stayed in the Villa, which was also amazing!

Gold Class at Crown. Very nice, a bit expensive, but worth it. Then lunch at Margo's. A great meal at a really good price. Very enjoyable lunch.

Best place to stay on your wedding night I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Spent my last night in Melbourne at the Crown Casino complex. 24hr eateries, late shop boutiques, casino, nightclub and a cinema! I enjoyed a late night feed and some culture in the cinema. This place has it all if you need to kill some hours or your wallet!

This is not the biggest Casino in the world but it something you would love in Melbourne. If you are fan of Soccer, Footy or any other sports then go and enjoy watching your favourite sports with the crowd that is always present at all times.

If you like to gambling then head with friends or alone. You win or lose well thats on you luck.

Was our first time to the Crown, first time to a casino. It ain t gonna be the only time that s for sure. We didn t need to gamble to be there. We still had a lot of fun, walking around, it s huge !!! Had a few drinks at the bars and just chilled to live music.
