Crown Melbourne Limited Review

Saw a great show at The Palms - Marina Prior and David Hobson - but unfortunately Crown had people in the front section of seating jammed in like sardines. Probably sardines get more room. Absolutely ridiculous - won't go there again.
Congratulations to Marina and David - 5 stars - but appalling seating decisions by Crown pulls rating back to 3.

What can I say about Crown Melbourne it's always a great place to go

Went to see a movie as part of a function, bathrooms were spotless and the theatre was neat and tidy. Popcorn was very nice and the sound and screen was amazing. Would definitely come again.

Pretty cool with 101 things to do and great ease of access to all facilities inside, a tad pricey but that's about expected.

Busy this time of the year with their beautiful Christmas Display showing every 1/2 hour

Great location and so close to trans and trains. Views along the river are great. Top place for watching sports and having a meal.

This is the best place to stay in Melbourne because it has everything in one place. 1 casino, 3 hotels, so many restaurants, cafe and bar, shops, cinema, arcade games, karaoke bars, and all of these is a bridge away from the CBD and cross the road from Melbourne convention centre. The hourly fire show at night is excellent too!

Excellent facilities, very helpful staff, HUGE variety of entertainment options,,, the only negative --- this place is massive and needs better signage, thank goodness for the helpful staff.

Food in the food court is amazing. Especially the salt and pepper squid. Can't speak for the rest of crown as I don't gamble.

This resort boasts one of the world's larger casino gaming areas, substantial river frontage high end dining venues and bars, a 5 * hotel, multi level cinema complex and multi level nightclub complexes. It is easy to get totally immersed wether by the hour, day or week ! There is so much to do.

One bad experience is enough to warrant this review. We're all paying customers at crown so we should be able to park at the main complex, not the multi level so far away. Instead, it's reserved for gold and platinum. What a joke.

Must visit during Xmas time. Food court with good collection. Would say reasonably priced for the location.

Lots of fun here for the whole family. They have fun photo set ups for different holidays like Christmas or Chinese New Year. The casino of course. But I love visiting the arcade and bowling with my family (all grown ups). We love the basketball games in particular but there are many fun skill tester games to compete with. And some of luck of course! Lots of good food options too that cater for cheap and cheerful to fancy schmancy. Noticed they also had some great show coming up too. Entertainment to the max!

Crown Melbourne is absolutely stunning! It's had all the shops you need, you can shop till you drop. You also have so many choices for food and drinks!

As someone that has frequented quite a lot of casinos, CROWN CASINO is what a casino should be !!

Big, loads of gaming and food options and n awesome atmosphere.

I only wish they had happy hours where you could get Jugs of beer, but understand that it's best not to have over rowdy patrons ;)

Probably shouldn't share my "secret" but I park at Crown when I attend Wednesday theatre matinees in Melbourne. Only $6 for the time I'm there, can get early cheap lunch from Margo's, have a little flutter on the pokies, then catch the free City Circle tram to the theatre. Fabulous...

My boyfriend and I stayed at my boyfriend and I stayed at The Metropol in mid April and we had a fantastic time our room was spacious the view was amazing and we couldn't get over the smell of the lobby.

Crown Promenade is getting a bit tired now so may be the last stay. Rooms are okay but the restaurant is just about non existent now, doesn't even open for dinner you have to dine outside the hotel. For the money there are better options.

We went especially to see the Christmas show and was not disappointed.

Awesome place to visit with friends or for party. Casino, bar, jackpots and many more facilities available. Best place for hungry people as a separate food court is also available there.

Food court was fabulous. Casino was very small. Definately a place to take large groups or family for a sit down meal. Plenty varieties of food to choose from.

Damn! You'll see the whole Melbourne here on Friday and Saturday night. A beautiful resort with huge amounts to do as it's located right in the city. It also has a long crown mall next to so there's plenty of shops to get lost in. I don't really like the huge casino, which is probably there huge money maker but besides that it's a spectacular resort to visit and or stay.

This location and property has a special place in my heart. Lost of amazing memories. Centrally located, this property offers superior experience from comfortable beds, great customer service, amazing food. Love this place

Good place to visit in the weekends and evenings. They always have events and is actually quite lively during festivals like Chinese New year, and during winter with the gas fire balls shooting up at night. Plenty of places to eat from food Court to fine dining. Good walk by the Yarra River too. Easy to access by 2 lines of public transport.

Huge food, retail and a casino on the banks of Yarra river. Its worth a visit.

Food was alright but expensive. The place is extremely crowded but there is many good tourist attractions.

Ambiguous parking charges... Got deceived. On google and at their multi car park kiosk, it said 6/7 dollars for 5 hours on sundays apart from public holidays... When I went for payment, it came up with $21. Outright cheap way to make money.

Good value for money with many different types of foods. However, don't expect super quality foods as you get what you pay for.

One of my favourite places to go for a night out. An excellent collection of Restaurants, Pubs and night clubs. Next to Yarra River with excellent views specially in the night. If you feel lucky there is a casino for the gamblers. Nice collection of branded shops. Easy access to public transport or if you wish to drive, there is a huge car park at affordable rates.

My favourite casino in Australia, nightclubs on point, great cocktails, friendly staff.

Great place for premium or casual dining whist enjoying a drink at a wide variety of specialist bars. Layout very easy to navigate and floor staff always friendly.
Nightclub hours are a bit touch and go. Some nights can be troublesome, others can be quite enjoyable.
Hotels are very well maintained and the valet staff are amazing!

Great Vegas feel. Exciting. Shopping. Movies. Food, omg the food!! Something there for everyone... you can see it and feel it in the atmosphere. A must see when in Melbourne.

Great place with veiws and a good location.
Pool and gym were excellent well appointed clean and ready to really be used.
Pool was good for all ages and was large enough that everyone coukd use it at the same time. Steam room is a propper treat.

Ok. I don't gamble. I mean, living in a democracy is a gamble but who has a choice? I work hard for my money. If I'm gonna play roulette, it's going to involve a revolver, vodka, a retired Spetznaz operative, and a lot of opiates. This ball on the wheel nonsense isn't going to cut it. Still, the music at the club on Level 3(Therapy?) is mad good. They promise you R n B and boy do they deliver. The drinks are pricey but what have you got to lose. You live in a 'democracy'.

I love the variety of shops at the crown, from LV to Forever New. There is something to suit all budgets
Staff are extremely lovely and helpful.
There is a variety of restaurants to suit all taste buds & dietary needs, & also a food court for those wanting something simple
The arcade room & movie theatre make the Crown suitable for families & those with kids.

Got spoken to very poorly by an old man who was dealing at the roulette tables on Tuesday night around 6 - 8pm. Please teach your staff some manners, and to not be discourteous and "know it all attitude" to patrons. As a long time customer who spends a lot of time and money here, this experience has left me not wanting to return.

Beautiful place to stop after a nice walk on Southbank. Plenty of options for a nice meal... From hi class and elegant restaurants to a cheap and affordable food court. A must visit attraction in Melbourne

Great at the start of the stay excellent check in. But be careful when ordering from room service after 11pm they should tell you which they don't that the food comes from Margo cafe. We paid premium price plus surcharge of public holiday for sandwiches from Margo. $45 it cost. We thought from a five star hotel we were getting fresh nice sandwiches not
stale sandwiches which had been sitting in the cabinets. I had just come from Margo cafe . If I had been told it was from there I would not have got it . The swimming pool has been fixed spa has been fix at crown promenade.

Entertainment center, cater for all ages, casino lovers and game players... Also a good place for children game. Enormous variety of cuisines..love this place.

Best city view, great accommodation and close to all amenities

I have a soft spot for this hotel as I stayed here with my husband on our wedding night! Always a wonderful experience here. Excellent service, pristine well-appointed rooms, spectacular views of the city, great amenities, located near many attractions in Melbourne so if you're visiting you definitely won't need a car. Make sure to include buffet breakfast at Conservatory- the restaurant is beautiful and the food is outstanding. If you're looking for a luxury experience, I highly recommend Crown Towers. You will not be disappointed!

Crown Casino!! 25th Anniversary celebrations and decoration was amazing and beautiful. This is one the best casino in Melbourne to visit and a great place for renowned brand shopping experience. Try you luck as if you don t win at least you will have an experience!!

Room was great, but paid extra for the city view upgrades and the concierge gave us a room with a view of the roof next door. That was the only let down

It's an extraordinary place in Melbourne. It doesn't matter if you want to party, have a drink or just play some black jack. This place is open 24/7 and exactly right if you wanna have some fun!

Even if casinos and 5 star hotels swarming with tourists isn t your thing, you can avoid all that. There are some very good restaurants here.
