Room and facility price was average but I had to really shop around, otherwise it would have been a lot more expensive. Room was a little small for my liking and usual experience. Room service response was averaging 50 to 80 min on 4 occasions. Pillow comfort was terrible for myself and my guests. Original blankets and pillow cases were found dirty. Were later replaced for clean ones. My guests said all the stains were mostly dirt and dry toothpaste. I didn't comment, as I knew otherwise. Not happy! Overall experience with facilities on site just passed. Room experience was a fail. Overall experience for myself and my guests - not pleasant.
