Crown Management Inc. Review

I was a tenant with crown management for about 5 years. As a lifelong renter, they were the best landlords I've had to date. They keep their units updated in area where many landlords do not invest the money to do so, and charge very fair amounts for rent. Whenever I submitted maintenance requests, they never took more than 24 hours to have someone out to my unit. They also do nice things from time to time to show appreciation for their tenants, such as not increasing rent at lease renewal due to the circumstances of 2020, and giving their tenants tasty cookie boxes during the holidays. I would definitely recommend Crown Management to anyone considering renting one of their units.

I have rented from Crown Management on two separate occasions, and both experiences have been outstanding. Wendy and Patrick are an exceptional property management team, handling administrative AND maintenance details with efficiency. The properties were both clean and well-maintained with new appliances, and any issue that I DID have with maintenance-related items were handled right away. The new online Tenant Portal makes it even easier to pay rent or to file a maintenance request. The locations of their properties are great, the prices are reasonable, and Wendy and Patrick are flexible and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again!

Crown Management has made my renting experience wonderful! They have the most gorgeous listings so you will not be disappointed. I have noticed their listings go quick so if you're interested I highly recommend jumping on them if you can. The renting process was super easy and you can do everything electronically after seeing the unit. I rented from Crown Management for nearly 2 years. They were very efficient with the application process and very clear about the process. I had a great experience with their management team. Any service issues were handled immediately with no discomfort to me. They have remodeled most of their units and they are very high quality and beautifully done. I would highly recommend working with Crown Management as your property manager.

Patrick and Wendy are truly professional property managers who also really care about their tenants and the properties they manage. They are not only extremely responsive and accessible, but they add a personal touch to interaction with them that makes you feel extremely comfortable. As landlord representatives they keep everything in order, but at the same time manage to make tenants not feel like they are on the losing side of that. In the beach communities of San Diego, that is not often the case, and creating that win-win situation for both tenants and landlords alike should be the #1 goal of any property manager to begin with!

Crown Management is the best rental company in San Diego! The communication and attentiveness they provide to us tenants can not be beat. I find myself constantly "bragging" about how awesome my property management company is to just about everyone. I have not had one negative experience with them. They are helpful and always available. Anytime I've needed ANYTHING (maintenance, repair, etc.), they respond and have everything fixed within 24 hours. Another plus is the amazing upgrades and unique touches they put into their apartments.. accent walls, rock bars, lighting, new appliances.. I could go on. I love Crown Management! Thank you for taking such good care of us Wendy and Patrick!

I was coordinating a cross-country move so found the number of Craigslist scams very deterring. Wendy at Crown Management changed ALL OF THAT. She was extremely knowledgeable, communicative, forthcoming, and honest. She helped me learn a great deal about the rental market in San Diego. I can whole-heartedly recommend her and this company for anyone considering a rental unit in San Diego - the communication and transparency I received are among the top in all my years of renting. Highly, highly recommended.
