I was a tenant with crown management for about 5 years. As a lifelong renter, they were the best landlords I've had to date. They keep their units updated in area where many landlords do not invest the money to do so, and charge very fair amounts for rent. Whenever I submitted maintenance requests, they never took more than 24 hours to have someone out to my unit. They also do nice things from time to time to show appreciation for their tenants, such as not increasing rent at lease renewal due to the circumstances of 2020, and giving their tenants tasty cookie boxes during the holidays. I would definitely recommend Crown Management to anyone considering renting one of their units.
