If you are looking for anything that goes with building or remodeling, then you have to check them out. You can do online auctions, which I prefer . Very organized when retrieving your items purchased. May have to wait a bit , if you go when busy.
I recommend doing these online auctions through them. You can provide at your convenience and check back later, or participate in the final event online in the co.fort of home. Plan on going to pickup your items within a few days.

These guys are great! It was my first time going and I stayed all day. It's obvious at the beginning of the auction that these guys are passionate for what they do and take their job seriously. They make the terms very clear, I think anyone could understand the process. I was standing next to an auctioneer and over heard a bidder ask about the process of getting a number and how bidding works and the man was more than friendly and helpful and gave the guy all the attention he deserved. The auction was not as fast paced as some I've been to but moved along great. I think it's because they had a couple rings going. All the auctioneers were very personable and helpful. I never felt rushed or pressured the whole time. They allowed plenty of time after the high bid when there were multiple items in a lot. Getting loaded with the palatalized items was easy, the guys were quick and helpful, I'd recommend bringing a hand truck or dolly of some sort if you are coming by yourself to make loading easier. Overall great experience and I will come back for sure! Also make sure you see the nice ladies in the food trailer and get some of those awesome onion rings!

Once a month bargains savings are outstanding for all your home improvement projects! Plus it's an auction...fun! But prepared to possibly make it a day especially if you have your eyes on a particular item!

We frequent these auctions around Ohio and sometimes in Michigan. Some of the auctioneers can be aggressive but I have had experiences with almost all of them before the actual event and they seem like good people. Here's my issue and it comes from Mansfield today. There are people waiting in a building for hours for big ticket items while the other building is sold. They finally show up to the other building. People are there for air conditioning units, dryers, furnaces wanting to spend money. Instead of selling the items people actually want to buy, the sell $5 light fixtures, $1 drill bits, and worthless junk. We ended up leaving as they decided the big items would be THE LAST things they sold. Whoever waits around for them would easily have another 3 or 4 hours and by that time they will sell for nothing. Great for the buyer but bad for the seller. Amazing considering how much complaining occurs by auctioneers. Anyway we left with our money and a wasted day. My suggestion is this organization find a way to be more logistical because right now and as of recent they are clueless.
