Mr dress was perfect. My mum and I had been to many wedding shops before I found Swoon, but I can honestly say that first day we walked into Swoon we knew we had come to the right place. We were put at ease and they were so helpful, kind and understanding. It made the whole experience wonderful and I have told many people about them and will continue to do so.

Debora and Shannon were welcoming from the start, very helpful and knowledgeable. After I decided on my dress they booked me in with Sandra who is a very talented dress maker who does their dress alterations.
My dress needed a lot of changes and Sandra worked on it until it was perfect for me, she really can work miracles. If I had a problem or concern about anything they would be sure to have the answer. I went to Swoon for accessories and to sell my dress after. The staff have always been fantastic and I only paid 15 and they kept my dress for longer than they had to until it was sold. They responded quickly on email and when it was sold for a great price I was paid within 2 days. Excellent experience all round, lovely shop. Would recommend.
My 2 daughters and I visited Swoon last Saturday. Debbie and her colleague were friendly, helpful and professional.
The shop had a large selection of varied dresses . There were at least 3 buy daughter would have happily bought and felt wonderful wearing.
We had visited another local shop the same morning before visiting Swoon and we all agreed our experience at Swoon was the nicer of the 2.
Definitely visit this shop. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and a good selection of discounted dresses. Just a note that they do not allow photographs of the dresses. I wish they did as it helps me remember them! I like a dress when I wear it then start to doubt myself when I get home.
I fell in love with this shop as soon as I entered. I had visited many shops and couldn't believe how difficult it was to purchase a wedding dress and the amount of weeks/months you have to wait for it to arrive. I was fed up until I came across swoon on a Google search. I contacted the shop and was seen straight away. The service was outstanding and within minute found my dream dress (it was recommended by the shop owner, one I refused to try on as I assumed it wouldn't suit me). They where so helpful arranged the alterations and as I left it to the last minute with only 8 weeks to my wedding they went out of their way to ensure it was ready on time. Value for money and they have just sold my dress for me as well as I hadn't planned on keeping it so it was lovely to get some money back too. They made my special day just perfect. I can't thank you enough. Highly recommended.
