These guys undercharged me for the work they did and fixed 3 issues I didn t ask them to. Their attitudes are fantastic and I love hanging out there. There are a ton of interesting bikes there too. Bikes ranging from the 40s through the 90s

This place is the worst place you could go. I went there to simply get a mirror mount replaced and some how they messed that up the had my bike for over a month and they didn't have it ready. They told me they were waiting for parts to show up well that was a lie because they used damage parts from a donor bike they had outside. They left my bike outside for so long that the chrome pipes I have on rusted. The also some how bent my clutch lever. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

My 08 Sportster suddenly lost all power while riding so I had it towed over to these guys. Just a heads up, parking is a bit tight and they're closed Sundays and Mondays.

When I dropped it off, the technician that spoke to me was very helpful and up front. He informed me that they're not sure how long it would take them to find what blew the fuse but told me it'll most likely be done within a few hours once the bike is up on the lift. Unfortunately though it would be at least a week before they could get to it.

After about 8 days, they gave me a call letting me know they replaced the blown fuse, tightened up the wiring and ignition switch that contributed to the problem. The bill came out to be under $200, which I thought was fair, all things considered.

The guys here know their motorcycles. Definitely will come back here if I ever need anything else done.

My experiences with the staff has always been excellent. With Dennis and his team, especially Brian, they have been extraordinary with my general maintenance and answering my many questions. I've always had a great experience and learned a lot. I've felt like a part of their family. I will continue to go there as I always feel welcomed and helped no matter the circumstances.

After having moved out of town for several years, this Independence day weekend I visited to say hello with a different and newer bike and despite how busy Brian was he took the time to greet me and remembered me by name! Thanks guys! Can't wait to stop by again!

Denis and his team were amazing. Professional guys that are devoted to help with your problems. They saved the end of our motorcycle roadtrip in the states. Thanks again for everything !

Pulled a sheared bolt out for me quickly. What would have been a very expensive repair at the dealership cost me $50. They were also quite nice about the whole thing (they didn't spend their time making me feel like more of an idiot than I was for getting myself in the mess).

I've come here for years and have been meaning to write a review forever. Crossroads is one of the best shops in the area. The mechanics are competent and generally very personable. The owner, Dennis, is very personable and doesn't treat his customers like rubes or piggy banks. I once had a problem that a nearby shop couldn't figure out after keeping my bike for over a week. One of the Crossroads mechanics listened to my description of the problem, asked a couple of questions, and had the problem diagnosed within a couple of minutes. Great service and great prices. This area needs more shops like this.

This isn't my first time here, it has been a couple of years but I can say without a doubt that the level of service is top notch. Brought my 2012 Aprilia RSV4 in for a brake flush and oil change because the local Aprilia dealer's service is disappointing, which is another story all together. Everything was very well explained and they fixed and adjusted some things they saw that were unsat which was much appreciated. Bike runs great, and I couldn't be happier.

Professional and very friendly. Excellent work! I am an engineer an value precision measurements and tools. They have them and use them. Never trust a shop that doesn't check torque specs. They are also a great group of people.

Took my bike there once. They couldn't fix it. They didn't have the diagnostic tools. But they did give it an honest try. Had to fix it myself eventually. Read the blogs and turns out it was the fuel sending unit. This is a small hole in the wall bike repair shop best reserved for older and more simple bikes.

Great shop. Honest, friendly, straightforward advice. Precisely the opposite of a certain ubiquitous American branded service experience. Have brought my FLH here almost exclusively after the "free" oil changes expired. Highly recommended for a much more affordable, approachable, low-key and highly competent alternative to "branded" service solutions.

Pluses: can do just about anything with motorcycles that they want. Eg. Welded an exhaust instead of buying one. Graveyard/bones of bikes most modern people probably haven't even seen before. Downside crashed after brake work, LEO/court called reckless, who knows may have been mechanic, who's no longer there, but dismissed by court as possible 4/11 attack pre Boston Marathon bombing warmup and off swarming behaviors that day, am and pm rush/commute ...

These guys changed my back tire in the process they dented my wheel and cut through my white wheel tape. Instead of telling me that the damaged my wheel they decided to try to patch it up with white TouchUp paint. I called them and left a detailed message and never received a call back. This was my first and last time at the shop.

This is a great old school bike shop. Friendly and fair! They did a small job for me immediately when I walked in the door a few weeks ago with no appointment, just to help me out. I have an old 76 BMW R90 I just called with a problem today to see if they could help. They could help, but they talked me through the problem and what to do before even thinking about bringing the bike in. A big difference than the just-for-money bike shops.

These guys replaced my worn out clutch in my 1992 Honda Nighthawk 750 after I burnt it up adding a vance and hines exhaust, K&N filter, and stage 2 jet kit to the carburetors. They even used the fiber plates and heavy duty springs I brought with me. Great guys. Very polite and professional. They even saved my old oil and reused it, saving me money!

Had a wobble on the front end of my bike. They diagnosed the issue and repaired it same day, and at half the quoted price. These guys are honest and fair, and I will be returning to them for future business.

This shop is bound to put all the local (and possibly STATE, LOL) stealerships out of business! They excel in every way. They have squeezed me into their very busy schedule on multiple occasions and performed an excellent quality job with a very reasonable price tag. These guys are among the best of the best.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. My bike had been sitting for 20+ years before I decided to try to get it running. 3 years, 3 mechanics, 2 shops, 2 states, and over a grand went in to it before I found these guys. They not only got it running, but got it running well, explained every single thing they did, and completely stand by 100% of their work. Even more, they take time out of their day to explain and answer any questions I have had... Even after they have closed up for the day. Save your self time and money trying to find a bike shop. These guys are the real deal, and beyond helpful. Won't go anywhere else.

Great experience. Called and Dennis ordered a battery for me. It was delivered the next day but they took the time to fill it and charge it. I picked it up and they offered help installing. I installed it right there and they took my old battery. Friendly, have me a fair price on the battery, and got it ready before I got there. I definitely recommend!

I'm a new rider in the market for a bike. Just happened to see this place roadside and decided to stop by. Talked to a mechanic named Bryan.VERY helpful and hospitable; we talked for quite a while, even after there closing hour. Very happy to find this place. I hope to do business with them in the future.

I dropped my Kawasaki Ninja off this morning to have its handlebars replaced, and even though Dennis and the other techs were very busy, they were able to fit me in, called me as soon as the job was complete, and charged me a fair price. I think I've found a new shop for all my motorcycle service needs!

I've been coming here for years now. The guys are great, their knowledge of bikes is second to none, and the rates are reasonable. Dennis runs a great shop, and I can t think of a better place to take my bikes. Excellent place!

Have offered their help and knowledge many times without charging me. They also did an amazing job on my new rim they put on. Thanks guys this is what all motorcycle shops around the country should strive to be. Highly recommended

I walked in with a few doltish questions and the mechanics were more than willing to talk to me and explain things despite the fact that I wasn't giving them any business. I can't say anything for the quality of their work, but I'd let honest/helpful people like them work on my bike any day.

Shop is very busy. I would call ahead. Dropped by multiple times. They are very friendly but were too busy to help. Seems like a pretty legit shop. Too bad they don't have enough help. Was told it would probably by five days before they could get around to changing a tire.

These are my dudes, I love these guys. Dennis and Brian are both super cool, my apologies to ever read this (i don't know everybody else's names). But anyway, they treat you like family once they get to know you a little, and Not to mention they do great work. PLUS They do that cool BBQ on Fridays, it's like that type of shop that is just a very rare find. They've had 2 of my Harley's now and will have any of my new ones too!!

Had some work done there on my bike. Overall very satisfied. You can bring your own parts. Pretty reasonable pricing and turnaround time. Remember fast isnt cheap and cheap isnt fast. Parking there can get pretty tight.

I spoke with Dennis on the phone and he was extremely friendly, went beyond just answering my question to giving me some good advice for picking out a first bike as well as mentioning pre purchase inspections they perform at their shop. I'll definitely go here for all of my needs in the future, the customer service is top notch.

The gentleman who helped me buy a clutch cable was super helpful. He tried his best to talk me through how to replace it myself, which ended up saving me a lot of money. I'll be buying my motorcycle parts from them going forward.

This was a while ago and I forgot to write the review till now. My CBR954RR sat there for about a month without any work done to it. Just went in for a stator and rectifier change. They told me something else was wrong with it but they never figured out what it was. I had to pick the bike up because they were taking too long and they didn't even put the bike back together. Almost left without a few parts to the bike. The chain was rusted because it was left outside. I honestly do not recommend this place at all. People were nice but doesn't excuse the poor service.

Came in for an annual tune up. This is the second time I've done this with them and they also installed some new tires a while back. They're very upfront about what they're working on, good at what they do and friendly about it too. I'll continue to use this shop as long as I'm in the area.

So just want to start off by saying that the staff seem to be nice. Jake is a cool guy. I brought them my bike to be checked over. It ended up costing over 300 dollars and am really not sure what for. They changed the oil even tho I told them I had done it before. That's ok though, like whatever. In fact I would have been totally fine with the cost and whatever else but when I got my back it was making squealing noises until it warmed up and then it would fade in and out. Also started making a couple other noises. If I thought it would be worth going back to dispute this with them I would. And I know I'm making an assumption that they would not tale care of it or explain it.... or possibly tell me something else that they could charge me for. I guess the point is is that I was looking for a good bike shop I could trust to do good work and I can't trust these guys even though they are nice. So I'm bringing the bike now to another shop where they do it by appointment with a really quick turnover and don't leave your bike in the rain to rust. 300+ down the drain. Nice guys it seems just wish I could trust the service.from what I have heard from locals is that they are fairly judgmental if you don't have a beater custom rat bike. And I don't so maybe they didn't quite care to do quality work on my bike and decided to just poke around and call it quits... did not get the peace of mind through working with this shop

There is no other place I trust with my motorcycle. These guys are the most honest and upstanding (real) BIKERS I have ever met. The passion they have for bikes is greater than the passion Guy Martin has for the TT.

These guys are great. I had tires ordered and shipped there and they put them on no problem. My handlebars slipped slightly during the tire change and they took the time to fix it for free.

I had a motorcycle that was in need of drastic repairs, they helped in every step of the process. They went above and beyond to help me with my complicated problems. I would highly recommend them.

I have had great experiences with another bike shop in the area as well as a with a small time one-man mechanic in the area, but since this place was much closer I decided to give it a shot. Took my bike in as it was not starting and requested it fixed up. They were initially good with communication, but as the weeks dragged on waiting for parts communication dropped. I was fine with the wait and would not dock any stars due to waiting for parts. Immediately after picking it up and taking it a few miles home the bike wouldn't start again and was towed back to the shop. Their tone immediately became defensive as another issue was identified; apparently I couldn't have expected them to have fixed that as it was different from the $850 work they did the first time. Their analogy was that if you order a burger you can't complain about not also getting fries and a drink, never mind the fact that I ordered a bike that would start and got a bike that immediately wouldn't start. Didn't even have the courtesy to waive the second tow fee. Ended up spending over $1k on the work and left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Best place to get your motorcycle checked out, the owner Dennis and people who work there are pretty knowledgeable and give you reasonable estimate on time and price... I got my Yamaha bolt serviced here from the very first 600 mile service. It's been take care very well... would recommend this place when compared with dealers for maintenance service, sometimes if you go on prime time the wait time is longer but you will get your motorcycle before the given time estimate.
