Great jumping area, but not cheap. And with probably around 200 children jumping, and about 100 parents/caregivers watching, I was quite shocked that there are only 2 unisex toilets, which were tiny and in need of a clean BTW. What's up with that?

This is a fantastic trampoline park. It is always well staffed with well trained and helpful staff who interact with the kids well. It's always clean and the kids love spending an hour or two here.

Great place to go for a jumping session. Staff looked bored out of their minds and would rather talk between themselves rather paying attention to serving customers at the cafe. Staff helping inside the trampoline area were fantastic.

Lots of fun! This is my favorite trampoline park in Auckland. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. This is a great place for parties and large groups. We went with a group of about 10 people and had a blast. There is a small cafe on site as well. I will definitely be going again.

Good place to take kids. Lots of activities on trampolines, basketball hoops, dodge all, climbing poles etc. Modern and clean. Food and drink overpriced at Cafe next time we won't forget our water bottles.

I have been coming to jump for over 2 years and had not really had a bad experience until now. The Staff were horrible and very rude air conditioning was not working as all of the fans were broken also water from the tap was hot and undrinkable it was hotter inside than out and it was 27 degrees plus I asked for cold water and got denied overall bad experience and will not return

Fun for toddlers to grandparents. The pit is a hit for my four year old. An hour seems too short but your kids will be exhausted from so much fun before then. The staff are helpful and fun, and will show you some tricks if you ask. During week days is less busy, look out for the discount days.

Always a heap of fun. A few bounces into the hour long session, I realised just how unfit I had become during the covid lockdown and the following weeks.. so I most certainly got a good workout in, and reclaimed my ability to forward and back flip. All of the staff were friendly and helpful when asked for tips. One in particular stood out to me, Josh, he gave us the health and safety brief at the beginning like a pro, and out on the floor he had good banter and was really friendly and I got some good tips. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you.

Kids had lots of fun. We got there early so we missed the large groups of people that came in later. Its clean and safe for the kids. Downside, they only served cabinet food and was told it would take 2hours for them to get the pizzas or toasties ready.

Best trampoline place, safe, spacious and quality amentities.
Should be a 5STAR, however, For summer it is waayyyy too hot. Need to have better airflow, like open up some window at botg side of walls.
