Went for brunch, but really disappointing. We had expected more, and the plates where really simple and not so inspiring. The taste of food was OK and descent quality, but quite boring. We even went for the waitress recommendations of eggs Benedict and chicken and waffles. The bloody Mary was really good though.

Fantastic restaurant overall. Beautiful decor and great service. If you want a quieter area, ask to be put in the smaller back room. Pasta is unmissable here, as well as the starters. It was my favourite meal in Los Angeles.

This menu is bursting with flavor and creativity! I do love dinner but my favorite is brunch with those amazing "chicken" and waffles! Everything on the menu will take you on an adventure. So. So. Good.

THE ULTIMATE VEGAN restaurant of the United States. This is the place to take any of your non believers, too. Chef Tal Ronin (sp?) is a magician and delivers high culinary art that happens to be plant based and off the charts no matter how you eat. Do whatever you can to get in and eat here , book ahead, prowl for cancellations and take your chances as a walk in if you must. But you must try it once in your lifetime. Then, just TRY to stay away... I dare ya!

This place is the one place no one recommended to me but I'm the 1,001 review so it's clearly not a secret how good it is! The alfredo is delicious and creamy and very true to the taste of what you remember alfredo to taste like before you went vegan. The only 2 complaints I have I assume have been mentioned and that is price and portion size. The server informed me that most people order 2 dishes per person "like tapas" to share. But this hardly gave me intentionally shareable food tapas vibes and he also used the words "family style" which, again, it certainly is not with the portion sizes. I think the server was trying very hard to paint the picture of small portions made to share on purpose instead of just letting it be the expensive restaurant with small portions that it is. Otherwise, the waitstaff and hostesses were friendly, the decor was elegant, bathrooms were clean, and I enjoyed it so much I came back 3 days after my first time there.

Tried the Impossible Burger, and I was thrown off by the fries, not the veggie patty. Fantastic truffle flavor on the spuds but found that the burger was dry. I know it's not a meat product, but was hoping for something closer to fool my pescatarian palate. Prices are higher than expected, but what can you say... Beverly Hills.

This place is the bomb for true gourmet vegan food! Before of the vegan imposters! The chef used to be Oprah's personal chef!

The impossible burger is the #1 vegan burger out and this place serves it, in gourmet fashion.

Try the crab cakes, chicken and waffles, barbequed lentil salad and chocolate shake for sure fire delight! This place place may become your favorite place for taste bud orgasms! Yup!

The Impossible Burger was amazing -- I had read so much about it, was amazing to finally get to taste it. It's like the most sophisticated meat equivalent out there. The kale salad and desserts were fabulous too!

I heard so many amazing things about this restaurant, I had to give it a try!

I sat down with my friend and our server came to the table, somewhat frazzled, I didn't read into it too much. While asking questions about the dishes, our server seemed to be in a rush, making us both feel uncomfortable. So we quickly put in our order for the sweet and sour roasted eggplant, squash blossoms, tagliatelle bolognese, fettucine carbonara and key lime pie. Everything was out of this world delicious except the fettucine carbonara, as it was SOUR (heads up.)

Throughout the entire meal our server didn't make a complete stop, everything was in passing. Spoke to a manager to see if we could switch servers, everyone is entitled to a bad day... I get it. Manager displayed no empathy and server came back, still in a stressed state.

I'd like to re-experience Crossroads, but i am so turned off.

High-end dining. The food is incredible, servers are professional and friendly. The wait time may take 15 minutes but the meals are worth the wait. There's only metered parking surrounding the restaurant, so parking may be a bit of a hassle on the right day. Great place for a date or family gathering.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! If I could give it negative stars I would! I ended up paying $250 for 2 meals!!! First off they charged me $75 for an appetizer plate of pasta with alfredo sauce and a couple shavings of chocolate on top! Price was not listed on menu as it was a today's special and waitress did not tell me price. Everything is medoicre. Nothing tasty or special about any of it! We had 4 small plates(these plates are tiny people!) And 2 cocktails each for a whopping price of $250 with tip. The waitress was lousy! Other servers giving you the food. This place is all hype. I attempted 3 times to contact the manager, who by the way is never in, and only got a return message from a hostess saying he would contact me. Never did! The most expensive meal of our lives!!!!! I will post negative comments wherever I can on the internet about this place!

Unwelcoming hosts (a man and a woman, the former of whom was more interested in flirting with a waiter than helping either his colleagues or diners) who wouldn't acknowledge not honoring our reservation, instructed us to at the bar, where there wasn't any space. We waited 20 minutes outside in front, sitting on the bench. It's changed a lot since Beyonce et al started dining there. Our waitress was also unkind, making my guest and me feel as if we didn't order enough. Will never dine here again.

Pros: friendly staff, cocktails, comfortable seating.
Cons: forced valet, over priced, food quality/creativity.
Bottom line: with $14 Shakshuka, $3 for an additional (3.5" in diameter) pita and overall bland taste, set your navigation to the nearest Veggie Grill.

SO SO GOOD!!! Make a reservation in advance as it can get packed depending when you go. Amazing VEGAN food selections for any plant based diet or omnivore. Love this place. It can be a little pricey but that's LA.

This is the second time I've dined at Crossroads. ...

This is the second time I've dined at Crossroads. The first time was for dinner exactly a year before, which was superb. I highly recommend coming here for dinner and ordering, at least, the lasagna (or any freshly made pasta) and oysters if they're on the menu. There's many other items that are amazing for dinner, you can't go wrong. This visit for lunch was great, but not nearly as impressive. I had the chicken and waffles, mac and cheese, fingerling potatoes, and a club sandwich. My favorite of the meal was the club sandwich - it was undoubtedly the best club sandwich I have ever had. The bread was toasted to perfection and every ingredient in the sandwich was adding a delicious texture and flavor. This is what all clubs should taste like. The chicken and waffles was a slight disappointment. While I haven't found a vegan waffle that is as similar in taste and texture as a egg-based waffle, this one reminded me a lot of eggo waffles because it was a little bland and boring. The chicken was too familiar - because it was literally a fried Gardein nugget. Now, don't get me wrong, I like Gardein. But I really expected something flavorful and delicious from Crossroads. The batter wasn't too think and wasn't soggy either, but again I needed flavors. I like strong southern-inspiration in my chicken and waffles. The mac and cheese was great in that it was the most mac and cheese tasting plant-based mac and cheese I have had yet. However, it was still a little lacking in the inspiration. The fingerling potatoes were delicious. Really, what I wanted to order here was the Benedict. But they didn't have it because of the preceeding holiday the day before. My recommendation is to come here for lunch if you want something guaranteed to be good, but not mind blowing. Come here for dinner to experience the magic.

As a non vegan, born into a logging family. I tried a lot of dishes tonight and I was quite happy with the intricate flavors of the dishes, including the ones that I didn't like. There were dishes that I didn't enjoy and dishes that were amazing. I came a sceptic and left wanting more.

I absolutely love the food here. You gotta get here before 14:30 on weekdays if you want to eat lunch. Arrive before noon if you want to sit at the table, or else you ll be forced to sit at the extremely uncomfortable bar. A beautiful bar nonetheless!

My only gripe about this place are the chairs at the bar. The seating at the bar are these high stools with a bouncy seat. It s like sitting on a portion of a loveseat on stilts. Eating while sitting in these seats is beyond uncomfortable, unless you have a really tall back; compressed stomach, awkward placement of your arms... check it out if you don t believe me.
The lip for the bar is awesome since you can bring your legs in without having to sit sideways or with a man Y ; but the chairs... often I m hunched over due to the chairs. You can t sit upright in the chairs due to the low back of the chairs without slouching. Over all if I had to rate the chairs at this bar out of 5, I d give the chairs a 1.5 stars. 1 star for the look and a half a star for practicality.

Food: 5 stars
Staff: 5 stars
Ambiance: 5 stars
Dessert: 5 stars
Tables, booth, and comfort: 4 stars
Bar seating: 1.5 stars

Visiting from Nashville and spent most of my early day in crossroads. The bartender Chris was fantastic! I was alone the first hour or so I was there . He recommended great food and wine and carried on great conversation. I spent about 4 hours in there today and would highly recommend this place. The food and customer service is excellent!

Hands down the best vegan food I've ever experienced! It certainly comes at a price - and the portions are all tapas sized, not generous at all. But I guess part of the point of the restaurant is that vegan food can be upscale and refined as well, so I'll take the hefty price tag. The quality is certainly there, the fettuccine carbonara had an egg yolk (obviously not an actual egg) that the waitress burst for us and mixed into the pasta, which was incredibly realistic and delicious. Absolutely sublime. And for dessert, the drunken brownie was indescribable. Best brownie I've ever had, vegan OR non vegan!!

Crossroads is amazing. If you have the chance to eat here you are a fortunate person. Whenever I visit LA I try to make it in and I ve never been disappointed. The food is absolutely delicious - truly inspirational. You cannot go wrong on the menu. Most recently I had a set menu that was offered and it was a great four course meal.

It was my privilege to taste some of their delicious vegen food for lunch and dinner. Personally, I do eat meat but I could not tell the difference. In fact, it tastes better than the real thing. I could definitely live off of Crossroad Kitchen's meals. The chefs, staff, and management were all top of the class people!!!

Food is amazing. However the portion size is WAY off for the prices. Should be at least $3 - $5 cheaper for everything. $19 for a serving of Taglietelle Bolognese the size of your palm? And Truffle Potatoes the size of 4 of your fingers for $14? No.

Our favorites: warm olives with macadamia nuts, sweet and sour roasted eggplants, artichoke oysters, impossible cigars, asparagus with lemon tahini, special charcoal pasta with artichokes and of course amazing and delicious dessert Black Forest Ice Cream
Thank you again! It was a great pleasure

Crab desserts - so scrumptious

Good quick dinner/lunch spot. Food was fresh and meat cooked perfectly. The rice wasn't so good so I would recommend substituting with salad or french fries. It tasted/smelled like a rice bag. The french fries was also bomb (finished it before I was able to take a pic lol)!

I came here with a group of 6, and we ordered practically the whole menu to share. Every single plate was AMAZING! Absolutely beautiful food, some friends couldn t believe all of it was vegan! Our server was so friendly and engaging, it was truly a pleasure to work with him. You can order wine by the glass, half bottle, or bottle, and the craft cocktail menu is insanely creative and delicious too. Fancy drinks are a little pricey but they ve got a well rounded beer and cider menu for more reasonable costs per glass.

Was very good. Everything we got was yummy (except the greens with olive syrup (don't get that) place was expensive and you'll need a reservation. All the food was yummy, I don't think much was added to any of it by being vegan (as I am not vegan/veg) but a fun experience. Youll need a reservation and a little pricey. If you are with vegans, this is a great place to come together

I wish I could give this place 4stars! This place is perfection! They make thier own pasta. Everything is delicious! First wnt on DineLA. The place was packed but service was still good. The staff spells hard and keeps a smile on thier faces. They start each table with delicious crusty bread that you can dip into the olive oil they have in the table. My favorite is the pesto with burrata. Words cannot describe the rich deliciousness. They have a lunch special for around $10 with pasta and a salad. The other day my mom & I split a pasta and the salmon salad. It was beautiful!
