I highly recommend crimson resort and spa because of thier service they offer a service with a heart the staffs were very much friendly the place is well sanitize specially in crimzone. The AUM SPA also is verry nice and so cozy the staffs were also lovely the place is very clean.

If you want to avoid the city traffic in Cebu, Crimson is the right for you! A 20-min drive from Mactan airport, this resort is the best place if you want to have an R&R time.
The service that they provide is just really good. The resort also offers variety of activities. And most of all, the food is great! They also have this cool bar that is being set up every night where guests could just enjoy a cocktail or two.
Crimzone is best for kids. They really have fun in here. Thanks to the staff whose accommodating. Xoxo
The room is very good. We swim in crimson pool is beautiful. My son like the kids area he like to play everyday. My son also enjoy and play the sand at the beach.

We enjoyed so much the bubble party today. Especially for my 2 kids. In crimson, you can do a lot of things. So many activities to enjoy for kids and adult. The aqua dance every day is so fun. Swimming pool water is well maintained and the floor is so clean that the floor is transparent.
The beach view is so good, especially the night view. Lots of beach fish.
If you take bread and release it, the fish gathers more by type than when you go hopping.

One fault is that the male staff who lends you goggles is friendly, but the female staff is tough.
1 hour is free when renting goggles, so there is little return time when returning, but male staff writes down the return time well even if it's annoying.
The female employee asked for one more time, so he was angry. It was a little ridiculous.
The room is clean. Beach is good and staffs are kind and helpful. Very nice view to take pictures. I will recommend crimson to my fruends .I will come back again.
Customer service was really bad. Not what you would expect from a 5-Star resort. Don't waste your money here.
Cozy place for a get away, with excellent staff and food
It is good to come as a family with children. The kids room is also large and well maintained.
The biggest advantage is that food and beverage are inexpensive within the resort. The swimming pool and pool bar are open until 9pm, so you can relax until late.
It's just like my second home away from ...nice and corteous staff. Looking forward to visit again.

This place is good! Went here since I was a child! The resort is big, it has villas, it also has rooms. The location isnt that bad at all, but during nighttime its really dark to drive to the resort.
Crimson Resort and Spa staff were accommodating and friendly. The bedroom and bathroom are well equipped and clean. I stayed there because of the covid guideline that we have to stay at a DOH- approved hotel while waiting for the swab test result.
Booking online was easy. Receptionist responds fast on email inquiry. They were flexible on pricing too. Food is excellent tasting and presentation is pleasant. The front desk personel and driver were very cooperative when we had to rush to the airport in a sort of emergency way.
I would recommend Crimson resort and spa definitely.

The place is nice, lots of things to enjoy. The rooms are cozy, three pools are enjoyable for family activities, a game room with snacks bar a place of family bonding, and restaurants that satisfies your taste.

Crimson exceeded our expectations. At present we are actually still at the resort, leaving on Sunday. So far, our experience is great. We absolutely enjoyed it here so much. The resort is beautiful. Spacious, clean rooms, beautiful infinity pool and crimsone for kids. Both restaurants serves amazing food. The complimentary breakfast at the Zafron Cafe serves different types of cuisines like ofcourse filipino dishes, korean, chinese and western dishes. What s best is: the buffet dinner was by far the best! Victoria made so many friends around the resort bit especially at the Safron Restaurant staff and her favourite Crimzone playground- she could stay there both at the pool and the playhouse all day long. The staff there are so attentive. I should mention that the service at this resort starting from the pick up at the airport all the way from concierge, check-in, restaurants, house keeping, room service, towels, crimzone for kids, fitness center, beach area and laundry service is aaamazing! What else, its only 20 mins from the airport. It truly feels like home here- and i can sincerely say i am proud of my fellow filipinos here at this resort. Victoria said she would like to stay here forever! She said she will miss her friends at the Zafron : Lynn, Bonita, Charlene, Apple... As well at the Crimzone: Tita Jenny, the OJTs: Kuya Rommel, Kuya Johnny, Ate Jinky, Ate Jas, forgot other names.. but everyone we met and encounter was aaamazing! Thank you Crimzone for making our stay wonderful and truly a worthwhile experience! We shall be back!

Perfect place to relax.. all the staff were very accommodating.. specially the staff working at crimzone (kid's place).. food were fantastic, I just wished they had more options for breakfast buffet.. the pools were big and the water temp really soothes your tired body..

it is so boring here compare shang-ri only less than 2000peso but the envirenment is so different . even the food is not good and expensive stay here two night we went to shang-ri two days.

I was satisfied with the price range. It seems that when employees come in and out by taxi, they check and care about security. The staff was friendly too. I do not think the rooms are that good, but there is a private beach for swimming. Hotel garden composition is good. Go to the room by cart and the room service is not a joke.
4 stars only because the pool was under construction.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. A few stood out.
1) Charlene is a server at the Azure Beach Club and is very attentive and helpful.
2) Ransom is an excursion guide we had on a island hopping snorkelling tour. Heis genuine and pleasure to know.
3) Via was with us on a city tour and was very helpful explaining the culture and history of the city.
4) The landscape crew do an awesome job maintaining the grounds.
The breakfast van get very crowded, so go early or after 830am to miss the crowd.
The resort is good for children.
If it's too big, it's hard to manage, and it's an infinity pool with adult pool kiddie.
I haven't been to a private beach yet, but it's too small.
The food is still fine and the price is quite expensive.
The lights are good and the pictures look pretty, but it's not a good resort for just playing in the water.
I went to Plantation Bay before, but I did not get tired of playing all day at the resort.
Shines when adults come. Recommended for kids.
It takes quite a while to get a taxi because there are a lot of people out there.

Very nice place, beautiful staff and very large room. Western and Eastern breakfast for all tastes and even lunches that were very good for a fee.
Very friendly and welcoming staff made this a wonderful experience despite the little hefty price (day use 3200php including taxes). The buffet is not as good as Movenpick resort which is the best I've ever experienced, but it's still good. The amenities such as pools, gym, volleyball court is top notch.

Beautiful, new, and amazing views! Their infinity pool is excellent. You have this incredible view while swimming or lounging by the pool. Our stay was so worth it! We will definitely come back.
It was fine. A bit scary cos they said that they sanitized the rooms thoroughly but they missed a cobweb on one of the lamps. Breakfast is also ok but their system is very time consuming.

Great size rooms, clean, accommodating staff, great breakfast buffet - there is a variety to choose from! Near the airport. A variety of activities to choose from in the resort. Close enough to the city but far enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature.

I just had a misleading information regarding the online booking, paid full for 3 adults and 1 child but as when i check in, i was asked to pay additional amount for extra person. I hope this will be corrected. For the staff/personnel, they are very friendly, helpful and very accommodating to us. Thank you for the wonderful experience. God bless and more power.
As it is a 5 star hotel, the price is naturally high.
However, the service is better than other 5 star hotels.
It is common for restaurants to serve light meals (chips, etc.).
Even though the staff was on their way home after the last order, they accepted additional orders and made them a service. (Of course, I'm sorry for the hotel and staff, so I'll note that it was an exception.)

Hi its realy nice here in Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan tho its too far to the city side but you will actually enjoy and relax with thier amazing facilities. As soon as we arrived, we felt their sincerity in ensuring that protocols are followed. Checking-in was quite hassle-free as well as the check-out. It was our 2nd staycation (first was 2013) and I must say, their service has significantly improved.
The staycation was our first during this pandemic and our daughters too. We needed one and we had a great one.
Food was good - Azure and Enye. The service in their restaurants is highly commendable. From housekeeping to room service, their staff were very warm and accommodating.
Overall, we were delighted by their service.
