The whole stay made us relaxed and we enjoyed every minute of it! 5 star rating to the staff, they were well trained and extremely accommodating. Special mention to Alex, who was a staff of Azure, he gave us a very good dining experience.

Family getaway, there s a lot of activity for family especially to your kids you will not get bored if you decide to stay longer. Very nice staff its amazing ..such a wonderful experience

One downside. When I come here, the kids don't want to go home.

Food is great! I love their beef carpet from the appetizers section. For chocolate lovers get their toblerone (alcoholic drink). It's darn good. I also like their mojito. Rooms are good too. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is big! I am not too crazy with their breakfst buffet though. The food for me is on the average side although I would have to say their bread and pastry area is my happy place! Got to love their danish pastries.. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Superhotel. Very friendly people and top service. At the slightest problem, they are ready to help. Everything is clean, neat. Breakfast very rich and fresh. Slight downside is that the wifi in our room regularly dropped. Otherwise super!

One of the best seafood restaurants in Maktan area in Cebu

Great service, very good food in all restaurants, bar at the cliff, private beach, private ground floor rooms, 1km running course, full schedule of activities through the day (pool foam party, yoga, ...). What else would one want?

Here at Crimson Resort And Spa Mactan. The place is very clean and awesome. Tried the food (korean) which is my style, and it s very delicious.

What was supposed to be a beautiful wedding day and stay at a "5 star" resort ended up turning into a horrible experience for 2 of my close friends who got married at this resort. They chose this resort to host 60 plus guests over a few days, including my wife and I, and the experience and service for the wedding and stay was a disaster from start to finish. The management lacked professionalism and basic customer service skills when responding to the issues and concerns that were raised. I could provide a laundry list of complaints, but the Resort Manager, Didier Belmonte, and the Executive Assistant Manager, Cristoph Kuch, are fully aware. However, one example was the surprise bar bill my friends received the morning after the wedding, even though they had paid for open bar service. My wife and I will never stay here again and I encourage everyone to stay and spend their money at a more reputable resort that treats their guests with respect.

Mid size beach villa resort... Favored by Korean and Japanese tourist.

10 kilometers away from the airport, the general journey is 40 minutes, but the government has not improved most of the pavement facilities. The working hours are very traffic jams. It takes twice as much time. There are many Koreans in the resort, and the consumption is super flat! Say first class! A bubble pool party will be held on Saturdays, which is special! The place is neat! There are beaches that are self-contained, there are three restaurants, each with its own characteristics, and the quality of the food is surprising! If you have a 3 to 4 day holiday, you can let go of your mood! Rest awhile!

Great hotel! I also recommend marine sports on that day. The food at the restaurant is also very delicious. Basically only English is understood. There is also a Japanese staff, but I only saw one. Tourists were larger in Korea and China. In the case of a villa stay, the breakfast location was different from other guests, so we were able to dine slowly. I would like to visit you again if I have the opportunity.

Nice and they give you prizes for rating them. But it still is one of the nicest in Cebu

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay here with my family. The beach front is nice although small. Azure beach club price can be a bit on the high side but servings and taste make it worth your money. Rooms are very spacious as well. You can feel the luxury as you enter. Highly recommended.

The staffs are very accommodating, kind and hospitable. They offer a good quality of service that make us satisfied everyday.

It is advised that you book a room ahead so you can get the cheapest possible room rates. Staff is accommodating and hospitable.

Hi I've been using day use here. And I can see that the staffs here are really into cleaning there are sanitizing bottles everywhere. So I Can say that we are safe here to stay and just enjoy and relax with the amazing facility without thinking much about the virus. Thankyou crimson I really like it here.

The spa and gym, excellent! Staff was really nice. The kids corner are really great! Absolutely amazing.

Awesome resort. Deserve to give a dive star. Room is comfortable to slept ,soft bed and clean. Pool and beach are clean and nice. Good thing that they have crimzone for kids. Really have an amazing stay. Surely be back.

Bowl of ice arrived after we ate... We requested before eating. Room service is bad since we need to do two follow up calls until we decided to proceed eating hoping that it will arrive while eating but then again, it arrived minutes after eating. Sigh.

Gave 3 stars since i like the comfort room, bath tub + tv = relaxation.

I can see the staff sanitizing their things. The room is very clean. The staff are very hospitable and polite. Their service here in crimson is outstanding.

Crimson is very good with fun and exciting activities. My son likes to play in the pirate ship slide also in the big trampoline.. Very satisfied

Service: Friendly and helpful. From the villa host to spa therapist, everyone has smiles on their faces.

Room: Ocean Front Private Pool Villa was excellent. While room can do with a few maintenance items, the views and privacy is fantastic.

Food and Drink: Villa breakfast is delicious. Lunch and dinner at Saffron is ok, dinner at Azure is good. Sports Bar snacks and drinks are good value. Drinks are very good.

Spa: Overall very good and enjoyable. The therapists were good, environment relaxing. Spa location feels separated from the resort.

Location: About 30 minutes from airport and was convenient with airport transfer included in villa stay. Close to statue of Lapu Lapu but a bit far out from other attractions. Beach at resort is small but makes for a good picture.

Family friendly: Very and offers good balance for both people staying with kids and people without. I would recommend couples staying in the villas for more privacy.

Our stay was an excellent break. We stayed in a villa and the views and sound from the nature were splendid! Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the villa, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service. The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. A wonderful mini-vacation!

Crimson is a home away from home. It's like going to vacation without being away from your place. It gives you that beach vibes, the feel of summer, and the smell of the sea.

I didnt experience the luxury my tita invited us to get breakfast food was delicious it was kind a nice ambience.

Everything was good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When you open it in the morning, there is a coconut flower pot, and there is a list of free activities for that day. It was nice to see the list and set the schedule for the day. (We learned to paddle boat. Also snorkeling. We had a lot of fun while feeding fish.)
Drinks and snacks in the refrigerator are free per year. Towels are generous.
Although it is 5 stars, it is more reasonably priced than My*Park, and the bed size in the same class is larger.

Great place, hope to experience more about this hotel which i want to explore but the price was way much i still have some more budget

Been here twice, first personal trip and followed a business offsite. Food at the Azura seafood bar was good, especially the Naan!!! However the service was a bit slow, and TBH it s a bit small and the beach isn t really a beach... However, another advantage would be the location, it s less than 20min drive from the Airport.

The rooms and the villas are really nice. The pathways going to the villas have signages as if you're living in a village. They have 3 restaurants, a gym, kids playhouse area, spa, infinity pool. They have a list of activities given to the guest e.g. yoga, pool games, fish feeding, etc. They have a lot of water activities like parasail, jetski, kayak, snorkeling, you just need to pay though.The guests would definitely enjoy even if they dont go out. If in case the guests would like to go to the city, they have shuttles which will drop them to the malls. The service is good. There was a time the serving of our food got delayed. As an apology, the waitress gave us free fruit platter. The food is great too. They have Buffet breakfast which serves continental and localfoods. The downside of Crimson is their short shoreline.

I been in quite a few top notch resorts on Mactan, but this must be the best one. Everything is just perfect in this resort. Very nice rooms and pools and fantastic food. You really feel that you're staying in a 5 star resort at this place. Ongoing building of a new pool these days, I have ignored that since that is just a temporary nuisance. Extremely well trained employees, they all make you feel that this resort is special and of highest standard.

Going there is tricky. Google Maps is an essential tool to guide you.

This awesome place offers a choice of a good swim at the beach or at their large pool. Plus the chance to chill at their beachfront resto and bar offering awesome views of nearby islands. Very touristy since I saw a lot of foreigners here. Their bar is stocked with their own spirited concoctions and finger food so you can pig out and get wasted anytime.

I got caught in a form party and was caught. I should have found out when I gave the double bed room to the twin bed room as an excuse to repair the bathroom ... This must have been due to overbooking, but I was passed through without notice, but I checked in to the room to play and relax. Card key wasn't recognized and sweated outside for a while. Canyoning, hopping and massage were all good in the Philippines. If you write a review in the Cream Zone, you will be given beer or ice cream. Don't raise your rating like that.

Delicious buffet and great pool. Liked swimming in the sea better, though. Great ameneties, but can do with a bit more cleaning in the shower areas.

South Farm and Crimson seem to be the best on different sides!

The quality of the buffet is very good, and tuna can also be served with sashimi if you ask. The staff is also friendly and family friendly. Pool is crowded with family, too, and bar of beach is good atmosphere for it. It is good for you to enjoy leisurely in about 2 nights without going out because the transportation facilities are bad.
