Crews Inn Restaurant Review

The food was delicious, but the service was not good. It told quite awhile for each step of the process, but the ability to drive in with the boat made it really fun.

Manager/owner was SUPER rude. Waitresss would not accept my id for a drink due to manager even with ID. Owner/ manager (black shirt, somewhat bald), threatened to tow my boat even though i tried to place my order and no one even brought 2 waters, when we had no waitress for 30mins. I normally have a great time but this owner/manager has absolute no respect for paying customers. we had to go to bumpers landing due to horrible service.

Went there for the Turkey dinner but they were all out of that and red snapper. I ordered clam chowder and it jad a very salty chicken stock base with lots and lots of basil. My Burger was not cooked the way ordered it although she did offer to recook it, But I did not want to wait and I knew that they would cook it too fast and it still wouldn't be right. She did take it off the bill

Best restaurant on the water! Kristen is the best bartender around! Tuna is amazing and so is the shrimp cocktail!

Its busy on the weekends so ho early!

I got the red snapper and I gotta say not as good as I paid. It was unevenly roasted my vegetables were under cooked and my potatoes were over cooked and the bread was hard and I disliked the sour sauce for my fish. I won't be eating there again

The food was standard and the view was nice. Nothing special

Served me the best perch had around here in a long time. Went early for lunch and used Groupon but service and flavor were spot on...no downside to our visit.

We had a family dinner here last weekend. Service was excellent, food was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the live music. Weather was beautiful so we really enjoyed watching the boats go by.

Went for lunch, crab cake sandwich was great as was potato soup and perch meal. Service was great too! Always a favorite

First time was lunch. Presentation on Ahi tuna nachos was outstanding. Great outdoor seating.

Food and drinks are amazing. Can not beat the view on the patio.

Food was disappointing and slow in arriving. We were a party of six and treated as a bothersome afterthought. This has never been the case before which is why we came here for my birthday, it was very disappointing.

Came in once and won't be back. Very bland food.. ahi tuna was not seasoned and the burgers are run-of-the-mill mediocre burgers. Service was even worse, our server was very rude.. walked away from our table while we were talking to her, argued with me about the tuna being bland. Food overpriced. I could spend that kind of money at a great restaurant and get great food and great service.

We went there at 6 the place wasn't busy so there was only one waitress who was nice until I asked for a refill on my coke which I waited 20 mins for. we ordered an app and two dinners the app was really good Henry Viii (we had a groupon because their food is over priced) but when got our food my alferdo had so much sauce my shrimp looked like they were swimming and little to no noodles I mean it was was like someone else starting eating my food my alferdo sauce was so bland nothing I could do to save it. My bf pech was really wet and super bland. Not going there until summer seems like it's only good then:(

Great place to eat outside on the river, a bit over priced for what you get, but you got atmosphere lol

Food was good, nice views, staff was pleasant and responsive. Also great to see owner/manager roll up sleeves and help out.

Sorry but, Bumpers is so much better. Came here on the boat and had to eat here because all of Bumper's wells were full. They first sat us in the corner of the patio with no view when almost every other table was open. We asked to change tables, which was no problem. the food was sub-par and service was a little slow. Not my favorite, Bumpers for the win.

Had the chicken sandwich w/all the fixin's. Sat outside, great service (place was jammed), reasonable pricing..... Tom does a great job.

Not impressed. Waitress seemed irritated that we had a $40 Groupon vouture. Ceased and antipasto salad were okay but $9 for a salad with no meat on it? The calamari was an absolute terrible, greasy mess. Not like any calamari I ve had before. The only thing that saved the entire meal were the crab cake appetizers. All I have to say is that if you re going to charge $20-$30 for an entree, your food should be amazing. This was not the case.

Been going for decades. Good food and drink, moderate prices, deck on the Clinton River with boat slips.

Great views on the patio, really good sandwiches and fish. A little expensive, but worth it.

Busy night, Jo Town was the entertainment. Food always great.

Ive always heard great things and decided to try it out. Im wondering if their seafood is awesome? We werent that impressed, unfortunately.

For a water side bar with fried food it s pretty solid

Great food and great service! We always like to eat here instead of bumpers. The food is not that great at bumpers so crews inn is definitely a better option. The service here at crews inn is great! They pay attention to their customers, check back quiet often to make sure your ok, food and drinks come in good timing. Upscale restaurant on the water. It's great to see one of these still exist. Very happy with this restaurant!

Great food and great drink. They also have a great bar tender named Tom. Really fun place to visit in the summer when the boats are out.

My FAVORITE summer restaurant!!!!! Love the food & watching the boats on the channel!!! Outdoor bar & sometimes music!!! Been going here about 30 yrs.!
