Always a great time, Tommy is an awesome owner, fantastic host. We will really miss this place, cause we are moving to Florida.

This place has been here for a long time and is a well known gem. I just read about it being one of the top 10 waterfront restaurants in Michigan and had to go back when I was in town. It's been many years since I've been there and the food is still absolutely fantastic!

This doesn't happen without attention to what's important and listening to customers. The owner tells me everything is made fresh daily with high quality and fresh ingredients. Yes, even the crab cakes are made by hand every day! If you are looking for a great fun atmosphere, an awesome meal and an outdoor or indoor waterfront experience this is the place.

Great meal but I felt a little uneasy as the server was pulling her mask down to talk to us while we were unmasked at the table. Certainly Crews will work this little issue out.

We usually go here in the summer, but still a great view, even without boats going by! Clam chowder was excellent! Ahi tuna was good, not the best I've had. Service was great. Nice place overall.

It was nice to side by the river on a beautiful day. Service was mediocre. Salad was supposed to have mixed greens and it was iceberg lettuce. Want ANY dressing for your salad?? $1.50 for a tiny cup. I can see charging for extra dressing, but who eats a salad without ANY dressing?? VERY overpriced for what you get.

Always great food and service. Extensive wine list. My favorite menu item is the baked brie

Love going here with our daughter and her husband. Always have a fabulous meal. Can t wait to relax and eat on patio again this year.

AMAZING food, love the atmosphere on the patio and the musician made it that much more enjoyable!!! DEFINITELY recommend for a little lunch/dinner getaway to unwind! Can't wait to go back!

Great place right on the water. Nice outside seating. Great wait staff. Good food. Perch is great. Been coming here for year's.

Came in on a friday night for the "in the water" theme night and was not disappointed. They had the lionfish on special and backed up a drain to create a splash pad. Needless to say, my kids took off their shoes and splashed in the water while we enjoyed view and apps. Excited to see what they do in the winter. We'll bring our skates!

The chowder is great! Friday and Saturday only though.

Tiffany was a FABULOUS server and the Parmesan Whitefish was DELICIOUS!!

Had to sit at the bar as the restaurant was basically reserved for St. Patrick's day. However our waitress was so extra with service it was worth it. The burger was thick and delicious and steak was a sizable amount! Will return again on a new Groupon soon

Food is always great, nice portions, friendly staff. Makes you feel like home.

The burger was good and they had live entertainment out on the deck. A nice experience. Will definitely return.

Walked in, no hostess, went outside asked waitress if she had a table in the shade, she told me that maybe I should ask the hostess that's her job.....i told her no need to be a smart ass, she walked away, we went to Bumpers .....geesh

This place is an average restaurant with premium prices. We started with a bowl of clam chowder, which, though excellent, wasn't much, it was more of a cup of chowder that happened to be in a bowl. The Crews salad cost $10, and a $10 salad should be a meal unto itself, but this wasn't even close. The tuna nachos are an affront to all that is good about tuna. They should be banished from existence, and their creator given a lesson in flavor and texture. Long story short, only eat here if you're getting a big discount. Otherwise, it's a terrible value.

If I could, I would give 10 stars for Crews Inn. Outstanding food and service. Great atmosphere. Barb was an excellent server and very open and friendly.

Our dinner took three and a half hours. There was no light outside when the sun went down, we ate with our phone flashlights. The music was too loud to hear table conversation. The food is over priced. Do not recommend.

The $19 dollar lobster roll was soggy and just tasted like mayo.

Not very good got the Fish Taco with chips the toco was very bland and chips were stale.

Very good food and wait staff very friendly and courteous. Good prices and Tommy is the best. Keep up the good work.

Very good apps, drinks, and dinner. Great place to watch the boats go by and relax. Service was good!

Hassle-free outdoor seating, fine perch sandwich, nice conversation with the only other patron and bartender. I'd expect things to get chaotic here on a weekend. Got any complaints about the staff/food/drink? Maybe don't go on a Saturday during peak hours.

Will only go for drinks for now on .. Ceaser salad is small kinda like a side salad . The calamari is only 6 pieces for like 14.00 . We had a appetizer and two meals and left hungry 60 bucks later

Great for a drink but the food used to be MUCH better. The bus trips and river cruises are excellent.

We were doing the bus tour & this place, minus a rude female bartender was just great! The food was wonderful, fairly priced & the manager or owner made sure our experience was enjoyable. I would go back without question, but avoid the rude female bartender.

We bought a groupon to try something new. We were not disappointed and will certainly be back! Very nice ambiance and a wonderful river view along with lovely service. The food was impeccable! They served up some of the best prime rib we have ever had. I strongly recommend trying this restaurant out if you have the chance.

I eat there all the time, the smoked salmon is fabulous. Haven't been disappointed with any of my meals. Although the cocktails are a little pricey.

Service was slow, menu is awesome but very pour execution. Food was ok seemed like good quality but over seasoned and just not made with alot of care.

There food is good when it is actually in Stock. They're always out of food. Especially prime rib. Last weekend I went, they were out of every steak on the menu. Literally. Other than that great place.

Menu the same after at least 5 years and nothing that differentiates it except a dinner menu item that has beef chunks and artichoke hearts in Bearnaise sauce. No spinach for salads, just boring nutritionless iceberg lettuce. Crew's Burger is great.

Food is ok but a bit pricey. Staff are for the most part are indifferent towards customers and service is poor. A group of 8 of us went in on a Sunday evening. Place was empty inside and about 6 tables on the patio. It took 10 minutes to seat us. It was just crazy. Then it took forever to get service for drinks. I ended up having to get table settings and plates for the group. Very poor.

On the river...sat on the deck, iit was a beautiful day! Jensen was our server and she was very attentive We had pizza. Lots of meat and cheese. Great experience.

Loved sitting out on the deck on a beautiful afternoon. A crane came flying in and kept hopping on one pilon after another before finding a comfortable spot on the bow of a boat. Was pretty cool to watch.

Awesome place. Food is great along with an awesome view of the boats and Clinton River. Server wasn't the best but could have been an off day for the person that we had. Highly recommended you give this a try.

Granted this restaurant sits adjacent to the river offering wonderful views, but other than that there is little to boast about. The food is lackluster and the pricing is ridiculous. Ordered perch and had to pay extra just to get it pan fried. The coleslaw was soupy and the vegetable offering was a frozen medley microwaved. Sad the owner doesn't place more emphasis on the menu.

Best perch in the area by a mile. We had so much fun here. Great atmosphere and or bartender, Kristen, was amazing. I don't have enough positive adjectives for our experience, just fantastic.

Food poisoning was contracted from 2 people who ordered the fish.

Perch was frozen (not fresh) clam chowder had garlic in it (who puts garlic in cl am chowder ? Service wasn't that great and it wasn't because it was busy, we were about the only ones in the dining room and it was over priced too.

This is my first summer giving Crews Inn a try. They have a great outdoor area and I really enjoyed seeing the boats go by. I have ordered the fried perch several times now and it is always delicious. My husband has ordered the filet and it is always cooked perfect and tastes great. The prices are a little high but every place that is worth eating at costs more on the water. I have to say when it comes to service that sitting at the bar inside or out has the best service. Some of the waitresses there need to work towards better service. The last time I did sit in the dining area our waitress never put in our appetizer and our meals were coming out shortly after we received our soups and salads. that she forgot to put That is why they get 4 stars instead of 5 stars. The food and atmosphere is so good that I can't give them less then 4 stars.

I'm not Covid crazy, but the straws were not wrapped which kinda put me off, and the ketchup came in open air souffle cups. The turkey ruben was good, but my wife's burger was undercooked. The live music was good though.

Searched for a place on the water after golf and found this. Loved it! Gorgeous setting (restaurant and area). Had a table right on the water and fun to watch the boat traffic. No vegetarian-based protein options (reason for 4 not 5 stars) so just had a side salad, a salt crusted baked potato (Yummy!), and vegetables of the day.

$90 for 2 people, I expected more than ice Burg lettuce. Very dissipointed. It was nice to try, good steak but I won't be back.

Nice selection of sandwiches, good service too. Only one beer on tap though, maybe due to Covid

Aweful, Great Atmosphere, Couldn't ask for a better location. Food absolutely TERRIBLE. Including Service was Awful. No excuse for a party of 14 she had to wait on. Service and food still should be good. Steak sandwich absolutely the worst, crab cake sandwich tasted freezer burned. So sad, I guess if I was drinking it wouldn't have mattered how good the food was. Waitress had no time for us. Probably a great drinking place but not worthy of time for good food. So SAD!!!!

Nice setting, good deal boats and people watching. Downside was very expensive, about 35 bucks a head for the lunch menu. Disappointed at the lack of transparency on pricing.
