Went here for lunch earlier today. Had an incredible waitress named Samantha who was super nice! I had the Crews Burger and it was extremely good. Fries were also great. Would come back again for sure!

The food is a bit overpriced. For example, they offer a 5 piece coconut shrimp dinner for $22. I've been to another restaurant with the same priced meal but you get way more than 5 coconut shrimp. The waitress was a bit rude near the end, making us feel like we were being rushed out of the restaurant. However, we enjoyed watching the boats on the water as we sat and ate our meals which were delicious. Would I go back? Perhaps, but only to watch the boats, enjoy a drink and an appetizer.

Little Gem on the water! Arrive by car or boat! Tom is the host with the absolute most; charm, good looks, great service and excellent chefs! Food is outstanding and they organize outings from the restaurant to community and music events. My new favorite place!

Nice place, but very disorganized at the front of the house. Way too long to get a table, not fast at turning them over. Inconsistent service and a little pricey. I'd expect more just for the prices. Positive was the bartenders! They were super friendly and on point, if you sat at the bar, that is!

Food was pretty darn good but really poor service, every request seemed to be like just a huge problem, we asked to move to a different table for a better view and after a 10 minute wait we got a "well I guess we can do that" not really impressed overall by any of the service but as I said good was pretty good.....cool by the time our waitress brought it to us but heaven forbid I tell her about that...

I really wasn't impressed with this place. Service was extremely slow, prices were over priced, and the food wasn't that great. No one was there and we waited a while for our food. I won't be back. Not my kind of place. Bummers landing next store looked much better.

I didn't think for the price it was worth it. Chicken picatta was not very flavorful, actually it was kind of bland which is hard to do considering that it should have a bold taste. My husband had to use steak sauce on his filet which he normally never uses a sauce. The poutine was the best thing we had. Our waitress was un-sure of the types of tequila that they had and had no idea if they made a mai tai, when we got drinks they were not very tasty and beer could have been colder. For 200$ for 4 I expect better. Our waitress was very nice but her inexperience showed.

I'm especially partial as I did work here several years ago..lol..but I'm still picky..service can be stuffy..Tom Moon and his wife do offer a hometown inviting environment..the view is fantastic..inside and outside dining.food is always great try burger for nice lunch with a view..prices are moderate but match the area being on water..offers boat docking..best consistent dining on water..yes every year there is a new trendy water spot but crews is always a mainstay to us..try perch or any seafood specials the unique sauces include mango salsa..yum...

Probably one of our worst experiences ever. We were sat without menus which is not a huge deal. Our waitress stopped by and asked "what do you want to drink?" Not hi how are you, or welcome my name is.....we then asked for our menus. 15 minutes later the host brought us a menu. After another 15 minutes the waitress finally came back to take our order. After some time my wife got her salad served with the wrong dressing. The waitress let my wife know they were out of clam chowder which was to be served before my entree. No worries things happen so I elected a salad as well. After my wife had finished her salad my salad arrived brought to me by the boat attendant not wearing a mask and also not having washed his hands. Im not picky or pretentious so I happily smashed the salad. At this point we're about 40 minutes into our dining experience. We had our daughter with us and upon ordering our food we asked to have her food out as soon as possible. The waitress came back to the table and let me know that they were out of prime rib as well. Very frustrating not that they sold out but that it was brought to my attention after 50 minutes. Seeing that there was no food in sight I asked the waitress for the check to pay for our salads and my wife's beer. That was the last time she visited our table. 15 minutes later I asked the busser to grab the manager. Tom the manager came over and explained they were short staffed. Completely understandable given the pandemic as I as a General Manager of a restaurant am experiencing the same staffing problems. As I was speaking to Tom the chicken fingers finally arrived. Just over an hour. By this time our 16 month old was mid melt down and ready to go. I asked Tom for the check to which he offered to take care of it. Long story short communication is key. If our food is going to take an hour let us know. If you are to busy to serve us let us know. All in all we went home hungry and have no plans to return to this place.

Fish and chips are pretty darn good - Not greasy. The wells on the river are in great shape and are wide with good views. However, the prices are almost starting to lean towards the higher side but I do understand, as I'm sure that business slows when cold weather arrives.
