Lots of crepe... not so much filling. Very thick crepe. Wasn t expecting to have to fork and knife a crepe... thought it was more of an on the go food. Disappointed. Not worth the price, in my opinion. Decor is nice.

Crepes were more like pancakes, but they tasted pretty good. The employee working at the time was very non-chalant and just kind of dismissed me: kind of made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Decor was nice, but the giant windows made me feel like I was on exhibit while eating but I wont ding them for that. All in all, I'd go back to try out another flavor, but I won't be rushing to go back.
Honestly. Was just trying to be quick and easy for a bite to eat in a short time frame. The guys small talk was uncomfortable and annoying. He said he was the 2nd best crepe maker outside of France his mom being number one. Well the crepe was awful. It was chewy and overdone.
Idk. I wasnt impressed. Maybe when they have been open for longer.
*go to bitter sweet instead!!* If you actually want your food, do NOT go here. Online stated that they were open at 10am and let us order online AND pay ahead. Instead, we got there at 11:15 (placed the order at 10:30), and to our surprise, no one was there. The lights were out with the gate down. We tried calling the lazy worker/company to remind them of the order we placed an hour before but their voicemail had not been set up. Contacted the mall itself, who said the worker called in late. Hm now we don t have food, have no idea when they will be coming in, AND have $30 taken from our account. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. Hire more reliable staff and fire workers that are too lazy to show up. Especially when they are apparently the only person working. Thanks for ruining my day ;)
Slow Saturday afternoon. We ordered 2 crepes, the peaches and cream & banana pudding. It took right at 45 mins to receive our order, with the crepes being 10 minutes apart. They were made 1 by 1 (they have 5 cook tops, only operating 1 at a time). The crepes themselves are disappointing. The batter they use has a stale cake feel after cooked. The peaches taste like they are from a can. Overall, disappointed with the service and product.
Great crepes in the center of Florence Mall! I love crepes and there aren't many places nearby to offer them, so I was excited to see them open in the mall. I have tried the apple pie and the peach cream cheese. The peach one was my favorite but I'm sure they are all delicious. Give it a try!
Product and marketing are really great but the customer service is bad :( too bad. Recommend hiring someone else or learn basic customer service skills like smile and don't argue with the customer. The most important is to bring an amazing experience for the customer to come back!
