Horrible business to deal with! Stay clear of this lot who play smoke and mirrors with clients . Only gave one star as no option for anything lower than that. They absolutely work on the assumption that in the long run the client will tire and just go away . They have more moves then a chess board and apparently they are licensed as some sort of a middle insurance negotiation business. In truth they act for companies that hire them to run you around in hope they don t have to pay out on a claim you may have. How this is all legit is beyond me . Good luck with anybody dealing with this rotten apple just read the website and yawn away at the sheer snake oil.

Shonky company to say the least. They have a "deny claim" attitude and is not prepared to listen to my issue. In this day and age you'd think they'd at least hear about my situation, not just say, there's no claim here. How would they know if they haven't asked me for any real details?

Just finished a web redesign project with Proclaim. They're an excellent business to work with. Purposeful and progressive, they provided thoughtful and intelligent direction while showing great faith in me to get the job done.

Licensed to Lie - I had three different claims managers in three weeks ( high staff turnover it seems), none of whom returned my calls or were ever available. Got the runaround getting quotes for damage to my car before being told later they refused responsibility. False info in their investigations - shonky dodgy unfair tactics one would expect from back yard underhand middleman leach operations. If you have to deal with this lot I suggest going straight to your own insurance company and let them deal with them.

I have been calling and leaving messages and still No one has returned my call. I am very dissatisfied with this company already.
