I called this store for help purchasing a bookcase and mobile for our baby s nursery and was referred to the furniture department. I worked with Erin who was extremely kind, helpful, and professional!! We were initially on the fence about purchasing these items due to both being on back order for quite some time and hefty shipping fees, but she was able to work with us to improve both of these issues!
