Cracker Barrel Review

Our server was Jocyln? She was extrordinarily awesome! Made the night unforgettable!

The server kept pushing some contest on us. She said she'd get a prize if we ordered the new coffee. When she realized we weren't going to order it, she came over every 5 minutes to see if we were finished. We felt very rushed. Not a good experience at this location. We love Cracker Barrel though!

I usually don't give five star unless they deserved it.. Well they deserved it today.
My son & I both got the Country Boy steak breakfast. It was great. Thanks Cracker Barrel. For making great day 4 me.

I have always wanted to check out one of these establishments and I have to say it was long overdue. I stopped here because my kids needed to get some breakfast and wanted something special. Let s start off with the environment; it appeared to be a lot of locals there that knows each other they greeted each other and went about their day. The atmosphere showed a great pride of their town/city. The servers; not only mine they were delightful, just friendly and made made you feel special as if you were the highlight of their day. The food and service hands down just right. I honestly would not mind stopping here again. I would most definitely recommend and advise anyone to give this place a visit.

Triple check your Togo. I had her go back twice and I still came home missing stuff. Waited awhile and just wanted to get back to hotel. Front staff extremely nice.

Always a wonderful experience. The food is great, the staff is helpful to each other and to guests. I never feel bad for having my kids and the staff is always great with them as well. The store is almost always crowded but it's to be expected with all the original sodas and unique candies that you can't find anywhere else. Cool products too, along with classic toys! Just awesome

Food was great!! They were very efficient and cleaning well after each party left the tables. They were also cleaning the door handles and all employees were wearing masks. Our waitress was Susan very friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you for a wonderful meal and shopping experience.

The food is good, service is ok most of the time.... Today I showed up with my three year old, waited 10 minutes and nobody came to acknowledge us, I then took my child to the bathroom to come back to the table which had been cleaned and reseated....

It's a good place to eat but dot order take out unless you have about an hour to waste

Waiter brought wrong drink to table...steak was cooked very well done when it was ordered as medium, the ocra was old and cold. Chicken strips for kids looked like they were bought at a walmart, the mac and cheese looked like it had be slightly burned, and the floors in the dining area needed to be swept and mopped badly. With all this it was not worth the 55 bucks to pay for my family of 4. Store was semi busy but that is really no excuse. Will probably not be back for a long time.

Staff is very efficient and professional. It was really busy but they seated us pretty quickly.

Best Pancakes Ever!!! We have visited a lot of Cracker Barrels, and this one was excellent! Deanna was a great server and the food was wonderful!

Guy waiter could not remember would got what at our table. Could use more training.

Didn't make it to the table, started with a very bad experience with the hostess, Jony R....all my wife asked for was a window seat and it went downhill from there. 5 stars for the manager and the waitress Kim, I , the husband, choose to leave...if I don't feel welcome then I can just go 13 miles down the road to the next one.....Sad stop for our family....really shocked by the hostess actions and rude demeanor.

Barrel have a good food just like home cook just like grandma use to do

Slow service, sausage looked and tasted weird. Smallest biscuits I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. Good coffee.

I went in tonight at 7pm. It was quite busy, but I was in no hurry. I asked to speak to someone to place an order because I wanted to buy breakfast for my 12 employees for the next morning. She pointed to the manager ( a tall older gentleman) that was working the busy register. When it came my turn in line I gave him my request and he looked perturbed and told me to step aside and would get someone to take my order. Through his microphone on his smock he requested someone to come take my order and for assistance at the register. Two ladies came up and began yelling at people in line "NEXT." Several were startled. The manager then came over to me and said what are you wanting? I said I would like to order breakfast for 12 at 7:30am. They open at 6am. He said I know you want breakfast, how do you want it? He still appeared perturbed. I said however you normally cater for 12 and asked how they did. He snapped back that they cater all the time and smirked at me and said I'm asking HOW you want it served. He was short with me and rude. I told him to forget it and I would go elsewhere. He needed a smoke break obvously.
This surprises me for A MANAGER at a CRACKER BARREL :( I am disappointed and my employees will be, as well. Be happy you are busy! Job security!

This location has really gone down from how it used to be. The quality of the food and service is disappointing. It's sad that we have to go to Mt. Juliet or Gallatin to have a great experience.

First time in here coming from Modesto Ca and the Food so good and the price is perfect

Service was descent food (fried chicken, beans and mashed potatos) where over cooked

Always delicious!! Try the Camp Fire beef (during summer season). You can't beat corn-on-the-cob, roasted carrots, and yes, even roast beef!! It's yummy, and you won't leave hungry!! But, just in case you have a bit more room, you can't beat the Crack-in-the-Barrel desserts!!

This is one of their flagship stores. Wonderful gift shop!

Great food and friendly people! Sometimes there's a wait but it's well worth it!

My daughter and I visited here knowing whatever we ordered we wouldn't be disappointed. Almost a year ago the grilled chicken sandwich served with fries and slaw was taken off the menu while new items were added. I loved this combo plate and hadn't had it in months. Just decided to ask about it and to my surprise I was told yes it's off the menu but only had to ask for it so with that I ordered my beloved grilled chicken combo it was soooo delicious. We came during a very crowded time but didn't have to wait long to be seated or get our food. All was Great. Can't wait to go back.

Food is excellent, staff is super friendly, great atmosphere, ample parking.

It's Cracker Barrel.....what's not too like. Food is always right and service is on point. The general store is always fun walking thru.
