Old reliable. Same thing nothing changes but the quality of service. This one is par for the Cracker Barrel course.

Just got seated and waited 15 minutes and no one even took my drink order. Wasn't busy at all. Other tables were sat and orders taken without even noticing me. Never coming back.

Great food. Great service with a smile and a great atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon

Love the diverse menu and the down home atmosphere! I also love browsing the retail store part of this establishment.

Clean restaurant and good food, but 15 minute wait for 1 person when more than half of seating is empty?

Love eating here. They have great food. People are friendly.

We had a Rising Star as our waitress and she did great and food was as good as always!

Even though they were very busy the food and waitress were excellent. I asked for crispy bacon and it was perfect! I also started my Christmas shopping there. It was decorated beautifully but was really much too crowded.

They take no pride in what they serve you. I've talked to management but still no resolve.

If you want your steak well done and dry, just order it medium rare

This was a great place the waitress really work hard to keep my coffee cup full and that is something that's hard to do she really was great she work and the food was excellent

Saturday, January 19, 2019 | Server was very nice and efficient. For a change the food was plenty (not tiny portions), and was fast. Previous visits were a 1 to 3-star experience, but oddly the same manager was seen. Hopefully this is a change coming. Waitress in general, food quality and quantity, along with speed of service get 5-stars - but the paragraph below can't be overlooked.

When I arrived at the restaurant the table still had crumbs and our chairs had food stuck to it. The floors were dirty... all floors. An individual cleaning the tables was using the same dry washcloth and handling the condiments while handling dirty dishes. This is a regional Norovirus outbreak lying in wait. Store cleanliness and unsanitary practices get a 0-star rating. My final disposition, like many other Cracker Barrel's, a very unfortunate 2-stars.

How to change this? Cracker Barrel, as in Cracker Barrel Headquarters on Hartmann Drive, needs a major change when it comes to sanitation and cleanliness. A sanitary solution should be used to give all tables an anti-viral/anti-bacterial wipe down. The design of future stores need to provide handwashing stations. "Busboys" need to also stop at tables that customers have finished eating and remove plates, rather than waitresses. Waitresses do not need to handle dirty dishes, then turn right around and handle fresh food. This happens at each and every Cracker Barrel I visit in and out of Tennessee.

This was a joke.stood by the check in for 20mins.then the hostess sat us I n the far back because we said something about having to wait.sat down at our table waited another 10 mins this place is going to hell.

Cracker Barrel one of my first choices when I eat out. Breakfast, lunch or supper they can't be beat.

Food is always cold no matter which one u go to or how many times u send it back

Very dissatisfied. Food was somewhat warm. Our waitress came to us twice, never got a refill till the very end of breakfast. Not going back to this Cracker Barrell.

It's a typical Cracker Barrel. Ridiculously over-crowded, to the point of anxiety. We had to leave without shopping.

The staff was super friendly. We were on the road, passing through, and stopped for some sour cherry candies. They provided me with a free cup of coffee before hitting the road again.

Live with some grandmother's pancake breakfast !!! Mmmmmmmmmm !!!

Awesome atmosphere, Todd my server was on top of his game. And the Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout with three fixens is to die for. Only way it's any better is that your sitting in Mom's kitchen.

Always a great place to eat, and service is nice. Love looking at the store too!

Have ate at different locations, and wish the menu was a little different from location to location.

We were visiting the area, and stops by because we never had Cracker Barrel before. The food was really good and by the time they delivered it all I think there was 12 or 13 plates on the table. My wife decided to buy some clothes from the Cracker Barrel store, which I was somewhat incredulous about. They ended up looking really good on her and believe it or not those tops have garnered more compliments than her other things.

My grandson said "best day ever" after eating his meal. Loved it!

Across the board these restaurants are pretty consistent with food and service. Not a bad place to get a bite if you are hungry. Place was not dirty and service was average as well as the food.

My mother in law come in from Florida we eat there Sunday morning and she got food poison from the sausage. The employee that sit is had a very bad attitude.

This is by far the best restaurant for breakfast! Well actually for every meal. Love eating there every Christmas Eve with my family!

The store was different most times we walk in and dinning room is always to the left but this one was right turm to dinning room was surprisingly delightful.

We love the Cracker Barrel - as a National Chain it is a place we love to go and it never disappoints. This one was no different, with great service and delicious food. The lower star is because my husband did NOT love their fried chicken - He said it was like eating hockey pucks. But I personally did not order it - I always get breakfast food. :) And it is always delicious.

Breakfast was delicious!! I had enormous pecan pancakes with peaches on top, eggs, bacon, ham and sausage. The service was great!

Usually go to Cracker Barrel a couple of times a month. My favorite dish is the "Mama's french toast breakfast". One of the nice things about Cracker Barrel is that no matter what Cracker Barrel you go to the quality of the food and service is always consistent

We were tired from driving. Group of 8 decided we needed a great meal so we stopped at CB. Unfortunately we got waitress Cindy who must have been tired because she displayed the most rude behavior. The joke was who ticked her off. her service was terrible, luckily Nikki was also serving the table and helped the table. It wont stop us from visiting other CB restaurants.

The dumplings i had were under cooked, the fried apples were almost cold and lacking taste. I waited for over ten minutes to get a refill on my drink. And it was not that busy. Also, my server tried way too hard for her tip.

As far as cracker barrels go, this one is quite subpar. Maybe the cooks had an off day, but my experience here was not that great.

Our waitress was Makenzie and she was fantastic. Food was excellent and of perfect temp. Makenzie kept our coffee coming and served with a smile. I did count at least 10 other people she was assigned to.

Always a go to no matter where you are. Always a reliable restaurant to get great food, clothing, and gifts.

Amazing service and incredible food! I arrived at Nashvilles airport and headed straight to Cracker Barrel. They had a roaring fireplace and friendly servers and food was great.

I've had the best experiences at this store rather than previous ones. Had my birthday dinner here last year and the waitress made me feel very special
