Like any restaurant, try to avoid it when it's real busy. But if you go during the slower hours, expect great food and great staff.

Good food with reasonable waiting g time and prices

Service was very slow. Gave me a tiny cup of soup. Never came back for desert. Very disappointed this time. No gravy on my husband's mashed pots or turkey.

Another great Cracker Barrell! I had the big boy breakfast with pork chops. Delicious!! Great service and great food!!

As usual, we enjoyed our meal at Cracker Barrel. I ordered catfish with fried apples, Cole slaw and cornbread. They have changed the recipe on the Cole slaw and I dont like it as well as the original. Now, it is more vinegary and that is not my favorite style of cole slaw. They are following covid guidelines and I really appreciate their efforts.

Off the change service. The food was delicious great place to dine in and shop.

Green beans like grandma used to make. The new social distance requirements were easy to follow.

Our server's name was Rachael and she was absolutely wonderful! The service was fast, the food was fantastic, and it had a very pleasant atmosphere. Rachael recommended the Sunday chicken and veggie of the day, which was cabbage that my family thoroughly enjoyed!

Never had a bad meal there, food is pretty consistent at all Cracker Barrels.

I believe our servers name was Kobe, and he was excellent!! It was late when we arrived, but that didn't stop the crew of this cracker barrel from delivering outstanding service. Food was great as always, but I can not say enough good things about our server. He was GREAT!

Cracker Barrel, yes a Great little oldies but goodies place to shop. The food could either be a hit or miss... It's all according to the chef that day I guess. I have been to more than one, so I don't dislike going there to eat. I Love their "Apple Cider" & "Apple Butter", now these are two Staple Items I must have when I visit!!! This particular one & The two I visited in Georgia, Conyers & Fayetteville to be exact, the meals I had were Great.

Wait staff overworked and managers in kitchen cooking. Service was excellent but food was only mediocre, not cooked as ordered and not all delivered at the same time.

I'm a big fan of Cracker Barrel BUT the lebanon location is routinely a disappointment. Between the poorly cooked food and the clueless staff, I usually decide to just make the drive to Mt Juliet instead. I'm told this location does a lot of "training" since it's so close to corporate. I don't understand why they do this...you'd think they'd want their home location to be the flagship restaurant! But compared to the dozens of other locations I've eaten at, this one ranks at the bottom.

Had a great meal. Got in pretty quickly today and the service was excellent.

If you're looking for a really good place to eat go here. Also you're find good old fashioned candy that reminds you of childhood.

why would you eat anywhere else?
The service was phenomenal, the food was great, exactly like I ordered, better value than Waffle House....
So yeah I recommend you avoid the rest and experience the great flavour, selection and genuine hospitality offered here. Katelyn is by far one of the best servers out there. Super job.
I'll be back.

I ordered a meatloaf never get it 22 min later the waiter came out and said you have to wait 35 min more and everyone get there dinner and there eating not happy

Cracker Barrel was good as always. Our server was on top of our service. Gravy was fantastic and love the hash brown casserole. Yum!! Great coffee!!

I did two large family to go orders and some add on to feed 26 people. It was ready on time and two employees checked it and made sure I had all my extras too. They then insisted on carrying to my car for me. Everything was great and I didn't have to cook! I was very impressed with the customer service.

Cracker Barrel always has the best food and service! And I also love going through the weird/wonderful/unique things in their country store. You can literally spend hours going through it all. It s a great place to eat with family or friends.

I walked in to place an order to go. I ordered the "Grilled Chicken Tenders Dinner". It comes w/6 tenders & 3 sides. A manager brought it out on a tray and we walked over to a small podium. She showed me my order, then bagged it. Usually it's in a bag already. I was very pleased. Too often, I take the bag back to work and discover the order is wrong in some way. This new system is great. I got what I ordered and the food was delicious! I ate til I was full and I still have enough food for lunch the next day. Great job Cracker Barrel!

Super busy place. The staff does a great job. Cant beat their food.

Clean, easy on and off I-40. The staff was very polite. Food was hot! The waitress was attentive.
