Cracker Barrel Review

The service was outstanding, even though were busy food was prompt.

Came in with a group of over 30 people, including one over 90 years old and one newborn. The management was able to make room for us at several tables.

Two waitresses were assigned to us, Stephanie and Brandy, and they were able to serve us without complaint. The manager took time to split all the checks properly, as most of our groups were mixed around different tables.

Food was brought out quickly and hot. We never felt rushed, but were treated with respect and courtesy.

I would definitely return to this location with a large group again.

The food is already good. And our waiter, Micheal, was very good. Top notch service!

Excellent service, delicious food, great atmosphere and it's always a bonus to shop the gift store after a wonderful meal. So glad we have Cracker Barrel in our town.

The food was great but the hostess decided because my daughter and grandchild were not present at the time she wanted us to wait ..
Because hhhj out do not see the ppl at the time dose not mean they are not running late ..
She kept asking if she was here yet and wanted us to wait I have never heard of waiting untill your whole party is there to be seated ..

Great homestyle cooking. Consistently good food, with enough items on their menu to please everyone. Seating to accomodate a large party. Country atmosphere. Nice gift shop.

Time to start thinking about expanding your restaurants, tired of feeling like I am dining at one big table...

Not the original but the oldest functioning Cracker Barrel in the U.S. Staff are wonderful and a great example for any restaurant to follow.

Food was very good as always. I was disappointed in the servers they seemed to be a little grouchy

Good dinner and service. One of the better Cracker Barrels around. I believe it is because it is a training store for corporate.

Long wait for breakfast but worth the wait. Waitress was fantastic.

Was out of meatloaf but we decided to stay and order something else. When we were done eating they brought us a meatloaf dinner to go. Staff was so friendly.

The management can be rude when you bring up that your meal is incorrect. Don't order anything under medium well and think your going to get it right and eat with your party. The waitress and waiters are what keeps this place going.. not the management.

Grilled chicken salad was good...Sydney was excellent!

Worst experience in a restaurant ever. I've never had to send food back or complain at a restaurant until I went to the Lebanon TN location. Overcooked my food and over seasoned. The worst gravy I ever tasted. Tasted like flour gravy. And the service was horrible. Was gonna tip $10 at first but because of the service, rudeness, and unprofessional cuisine they got 0. Will never go back.

Need more fresh foods.Too many canned foods as sides.Need more healthy foods.Too many fried foods.We go there often but only get fresh items.Why only 1 soup of the day?Why not add some fresh fruits to your salads several times a year.Need some variety. Menu never changes.Too much salt in food.We can add more salt if want to.Salt is bad for high blood pressure.

Food was bad cold an had meal with no drink had to catch other waitresses to bring tea an waitress kept pulling our plates out from us before we were thur bad bad bad meal. Not good experience for us.

A favorite for Saturday breakfast. We had 23 in our party this time. That is a challenge for anyone. Always enjoy the Country Store and the Americana theme.

This restaurant always has great food and service. Been here many times over the decades and I think it's the best restaurant in town.

This is the third time I have eaten at a Cracker Barrell . The store is were there money is made . The food is good but it is like what I find in most dinners from town to town . My last meal was grilled chicken with green vegetables good , not a show stopper service was good and the staff was helpful .

Nothing better than eating breakfast or burgers. Friendly people on top of everything.

Jessica Jackson is by far one of the best waitresses ive ever had! She made me laugh, i felt welcomed and the whole experience was just great!!

Our waiter was poor. I hold CB responsible for poor training. Trout, catfish and Haddock were fine.

Had my favorite, blueberry pancakes with eggs and grits, almost ordered bacon but I didn't. Tried to drink the coffee black, failed at that too, I'll eventually get there. I've read black coffee is best

My daughter and I had lunch and my chicken and dressing was ok, but my daughters food was piled up all together and the okra was soggy. It needed to be separated into separate dishes. It will be a long time before we try it again.

Jessica was my hostess and her perfect attitude and gentle smile turned my bad day into a pleasant one. Service was on point.

This is one place that doesn't try to rush you out of there!! I took my 20 year old grandson there to catch up. I hadn't seen him in almost a year.

What a joke for a restaurant... Had family in town to visit and they would not even sit us together.

Food was great. Service was excellent. Facility was clean and well arranged

You may have to sometimes wait about 45-minutes before you can get seated to eat. But, the food and service is worth waiting for!
