I'm a big fan of Cracker Barrel BUT the lebanon location is routinely a disappointment. Between the poorly cooked food and the clueless staff, I usually decide to just make the drive to Mt Juliet instead. I'm told this location does a lot of "training" since it's so close to corporate. I don't understand why they do this...you'd think they'd want their home location to be the flagship restaurant! But compared to the dozens of other locations I've eaten at, this one ranks at the bottom.
