This is a must experience restaurant and brewery. The beer is absolutely delicious and the food is so good. The decor is impeccable. Its such a fun experience for all ages. So worth the drive. It even has halls that you can rent.

Great selection of craft beers, post & beam dining room (upper and lower level seating), COVID spacing, delicious menu items, varied selection from apps, salads, mains, pizzas and desserts. Great destination venue.

Had an amazing time with my family today at the Cowbell Brewery. Busy place yet not too loud. Great atmosphere. AMAZING service. The food was delicious and the beer was great too (and I don't drink beer very often).

Fantastic looking building and that's where it stops 8 bucks for a 16 ounce glass of beer. when you order a starter and a main course and the waitress says would you like him at the same time you know there's a problem eating outside was the best bet inside you couldn't hear yourself think for everybody trying to talk over everyone else. They're Tomahawk Steak at $99 is worth $19.9 small far from what it, Hawk looks like. not unless you got Platinum Card in an unlimited budget

Unbelievable beautiful, impressive building inside and out. Absolutely knocked my socks off! We tried the beer it was great!! I would definitely call this brewery a destination. Now for my suggestions the bar area is too small (I have been in breweries 1/20th the size with the same size bar. There is not a proper area at the bar if you want to purchase a drink and walk around. The restaurant is too open, if you want to ensure customers cannot just walk in and sit down and then be told you can't sit here or at the high tables in the bar area without a reservation. Possibly have a staff person at the front desk to do tours. The tall bartender was really friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant could have better customer service training.

Absolutely stunning architecture! This newly constructed brewery and restaurant is a great example of modern construction fused with traditional materials and appearance. Unfortunately I wasn't able to taste any of the wonderful looking food, but I did stop by the shop for a 6 pack. Excellent section of unique beers all brewed on site with Cowbell's distinctive recipes. They also sell beer in growlers (1.9L / 64oz), which require a $20 deposit.

The brewery looks great from outside and even nicer inside. The wood beam construction in the restaurant and in the brew house looks fantastic and adds to the feeling of a micro brew.

The beer selections are great and they taste fantastic, but I was a tad dissapointed with service and quality of food...and that's why only a 4* rating. The servers were nowhere to be found and the pizza came out cold, but the beer was good, so that's a plus.

There is a lot of young staff working and I'm wondering if they were just not paying enough attention to the customers.

Great beer, love the atmosphere. Felt like we were being rushed, even when I asked if there was a time limit, and were told no. My husband and I were on holiday, so wanted to sit, taste, eat and talk. I would understand completely, if there were time constraints.
Fantastic IPA flights!
Food was good.

Overall my experience at Cowbell was quite good. The brewery is absolutely beautiful from the outside, and the interior matches. It was quite busy for dinner, but we made a reservation. Our staff was friendly, but a bit slow bringing our drinks. The beer selection and quality was great; I loved the Nitro Oatmeal Stout. The food was tasty, although one person's side was a bit cold and another found their burger overdone. The portions sizes are larger than you might expect. Dessert was also very good.

Went to Cowbell on a Sunday evening with a party of 12. Reserved the table well in advance. Table was big enough for about 10 people. Asked on 3 occasions to add a small table for more room and no one would give us an answer (they had to keep checking). A couple beside us finished eating so we added their dirty table to ours for more room. Our waiter was speedy to take our drink order but waited 40 minutes for him to bring it back. We had to ask for a water 5 times and still took 40 minutes. He forgot beers, and he had to be reminded 3-4 times to bring them. We waited 2 hours for food to arrive. Although it arrived at the same time we were brought one plate at a time for the entire party...I think someone helped him with the last two plates. We drove over an hour for this experience. I will not return to cowbell and would not recommend it to anyone. The only reason I gave them the additional star rating is because the food was mediocre and beer was cold. Expected so much more and am extremely disappointed.

had a really great experience. was a bit shocked that the wait for a table inside was an hour, but they were able to give us a patio table within 15 minutes. was concerned about it because it was a bit cooler outside, but the heat lamps helped a lot. the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. wait times for drinks and food weren t bad. got the roasted chicken which was good, just a bit dry. the mashed potatoes and potato salad were great, it all looked homemade. the lamb burger was really good, and so was the caesar salad, but the dressing had a strong mayonnaise flavour to it. wasn t bad by any means, just noticeable. the waitress was even kind enough to flag me down after i forgot my leftovers on the table as we left. the tour was spectacular. such an amazing establishment. they are so involved in the community and doing such great things to reduce their carbon footprint as a brewery. i was extremely impressed to learn that a local brewery was making great contributions in the world of craft brewing. the beer selection was great, it was nice being able to get a flight of beers and try a bunch. and they even use biodegradable straws in their caesars. the story teller was very personable and friendly. impressed that the sparlings have created so many job opportunities for people in the small town of blyth. look forward to coming back to try their anniversary beer and trying some of the recipes from the craft beer cookbook they sell. also impressed that they don t use the normal plastic rings to hold their beer packs together. it s nice to be able to buy a pack of 8 beers with one of each kind that they offer from their series.

excited to see what they come up with next!

Absolutely stunning. This is the second time I've been and they've only been open for two weeks. There is a longer wait time as they just opened but I think that will level out.

Many beers to try (and expert advise at the bar) as well as mixed drinks available. Only self-guided tours are available right now until they have the full operation up and running. Would recommend to non-beer lovers and connoisseurs alike.

My boyfriend and I visited in October. We went on a tour and had dinner. When I booked it the lady on the phone was so so so nice! The tour was great! Our guide John was very kind and a great source of knowledge. We had a reservation for dinner right after our tour that we had to wait 20 mins to get a table. Make sure to book a reservation for eating as we saw 15+ people get turned away as it was very busy. The food was good and our waitress Laura was amazing!!!!!! We had the beer pie for dessert, which was good although I think it would be better with an oatmeal cookie crust not pretzel, just my preference.

I've been wanting to visit here for a long g time and finally did with a friend for dinner on a Saturday evening. We booked the tour beforehand which includes a pint of beer to bring along; we were the only ones on the tour that hour and Rob was excellent. He knew the history of the brewery so welll and made it very comedic and engaging.

The dinner was excellent, some of the best burgers we've had in a long time and the chicken dip with house made chips were great. The server was nice, but not very chatty, I also asked for my burger with no tomato and it came with it (not a big issue as not an allergy). All of the othet wait and host staff were very friendly even just when passing them on the way out. Look forward to returning again!
Definitely recommend the tour for your first time to learn all about their history and special processes of brewing the beer.

5 stars, hands down. Seriously impressed with what they have done here and what they continue to do each and every time I visit. Incredible food and drinks, fantastic facility, staff is wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The passion they have put into their business can't be missed!

Didn t know what to expect, perhaps pub type food but I was pleasantly surprised. Make a reservation, this going concern has hubbub that comes for miles. The salmon was hot, sweet and fresh with a juiciness if someone who knows enough to not over cook. I m a potato crazed human and the mashed has texture, skins and just enough butter. Broccoli was meh but it made me feel virtuous.

The smoked trout/Rossi app could be a main is it were just 1/3 bigger. It was fantastic. Let the server guide you into your beer flight and choose from there.

The food is good and the building is nice. But, the brewery tour is definitely not worth it. It is quite loud so you can't hear what the tour guide is saying. So save your money and take the self guided tour to all the same areas for free.

Stopped in for a bite and a flight. Wonderful scenery, and beautiful building. Great quality selection of beer. Service was quick and friendly and food was delicious!
I also love how they have the characters from their founders series hidden around the building/menus.
Their shop was neat as well!

Beautiful building, great atmosphere with delicious food and great service. Great at accommodating gluten-free allergies (separate deep fryer). Also they have lots of vegetarian options.

I ordered several cases of Cowbell beer about 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately a few cans came damaged, and I reached out to customer service. Within a hour, Jessica emailed me back (it was around 7pm-after hours) and made every effort to ensure I would be compensated for the mishap. They turned a negative experience into a positive one, and made a lifetime customer in the process. Great beer, great service.

Amazing experience! Beautiful location, great food and the server Hannah was very helpful! Guided tours are $10, self guided tours are free and you can interact with TVs for more information. Highly recommend the Smokehouse burger!!

Waited over an hour for our table which we had a reservation for. Ended up eating outside instead of inside but was provided free apps for the mistake. We get to the table and wait another half hour for drinks, an hour before we receive our free apps. Almost 2 and a half hours after arriving our food finally arrives. This place takes care of its locals first, don t bother travelling out of your way, not worth it at all.

During our stay in Blyth we decided to do curb side pick up from Cowbell. I ordered the kale salad and onion rings, my wife, the tofu steak and onion rings. We were really unimpressed. The kale salad was flavourful but the kale itself was tough. My wife s tofu steak came with wild rice, roasted root vegetables, grilled tofu with a chickpea relish. The rice tasted like it had been sitting for some time and had a bit of a fishy taste. The root vegetables were flavourless and were not fully cooked. The tofu was also flavourless and the chickpea relish was a poor attempt to give the tofu flavour. It was a waste of $22. I would hope that any restaurant that has only 2 vegetarian entrees would make an effort to impress. The onion rings were the only salvation.

Amazing beer (Shindig is the only lager I actually like), great food, awesome staff who are enthusiastic. It is worth your while to get the VIP tour and hear the stories behind everything as well as the details about the incredible building itself. Our "storyteller" Floyd is very knowledgeable and well-spoken. The chefs clearly put a lot of thought and care into crafting the menu with quality local ingredients. If I didn't live 2.5 hours away, I'd be here every weekend. Everyone who works here has a real passion that comes through in everything they do, making a visit to this place a uniquely enjoyable experience. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful place, awesome restaurant,in store sales. Better reservation ahead for the restaurant. Affordable prices. Free parking, free WiFi. Tour in site $10 or $15 include a pin of beer. Better if you watched on YouTube and save the money. Because Covid you can't go inside the production area.

What a great atmosphere!! We came for the beer!!
We were told wait was 15 mins. So, we toured the brewery! (Beautiful btw) Our wait ended up being 10 mins. Staff was great but seemed to be a little small town slower paced. However, it was busy on the patio and this place is still very new. It gave us time to enjoy our beers and chat!
Beer was amazing as usual and the food was great.

What a fantastic idea brewery meets restaurant!

We defintely are coming back!

Great destination craft brewery. Their taproom/restaurant is spectacular. The building itself is gorgeous and the food is wonderful. We started off with their Red Cat Bruschetta. My wife treated herself to the ravioli which was quite delicious. I went all out on a Wagyu burger (Unfortunately we ciuldnt bring ourselves to do a Tomahawk steak). Finished off the meal with a slice of beer pie and Almanac chocolate cheesecake. Definitely worth the drive to Blyth, On. Or if you're in the area.. a must to stop in!

INCREDIBLE BREWERY!!! The best one we have gone to by far in all of Ontario. The building alone is AMAZING. We started off with a flight of beers and went on a private tour of the facility. It was very informative. Our guide Keiran was so knowledgeable and hilarious! Dr. Perdue & the bobcat is unforgettable!

We had a blast learning about Cowbell's story and finished the day with a delicious lunch. Great food, great beer, great destination! Definitely recommending this to everybody.
