Courtyard Marriott, Wooddale Illinois Review

Property is always clean and well maintained. The entire staff is exceptional. Love this particular courtyard by Marriott.

Staff is nice. Rooms are clean and well taken care of. Some airplane noise in the rooms.

Nice place, good price. Time to downtown is pretty good, about 45 mins.

The hotel itself was very picturesc and clean. I really liked the courtyard design, it was like having a park inside of the hotel. We went for a wedding and the hotel was very accommodating to all of our needs even though it was a large group and we were up very late

Single bedroom was nice, I was visiting as a guest for a wedding nearby. My short stay there was nice and everything was clean

I had several charges on my credit card from the hotel, they couldn't see the charges on their end and they were so not helpful in resolving the issue.

Everything looked & felt clean . Front desk staff very helpful .
We had a terrible night because of our neighbors, had to call the front desk lady at 4am , she could shut them down but no sleep after that .
Wifey tried to iron her hair, the only plug that worked was behind the lobby desk to which we were not allowed .
Was told the duty manager would give us a call, but nothing at all .

We stay 2-3 times a year. Always clean. Staff always helpful. Close to train station.

This was one of those business trips that you dread, fly in at 11:00 pm, make it to your room by midnight and get up at 5:30 to leave for the morning meeting. The staff here made this brief stay memorable for me by providing a wonderful greeting at check in. They were running a promotion that involved spinning a wheel with various prizes. My spin landed me a free Starbucks which normally I would be excited about but since I was leaving so early it was of no benefit to me. The staff saw this and quickly nudged the wheel to the next "tick" over making sure I received 900 points instead. The next morning, I was wished safe travels and was out the door with a smile on my face.

Reasonably priced hotel. About 20 minutes from airport. They allow extended airport parking

Clean, great rest, decent price for quality accomodations. Breakfast kitchen and Starbucks in the lobby along with a bistro for an evening nightcap.

We went to visit family on Labor Day weekend and was told the staff was limited due to the holiday. So, for three days we had to get our towels and toilet paper. There was small pieces of glass by the bathroom door my daughter stepped on. Whenever we needed something we had to go down to the lobby to ask because no one answered the front desk phone. The service was obviously poor due to limited staff on a holiday weekend. That doesn t make sense.

Easy central location. Close to airport. Clean, welcoming lobby. Meeting rooms as expected. Cafe closes mid day so a quick bite or coffee between meetings not an option. Friendly staff.

Very nice rooms. Quiet but full service establishment. Staff and helpful and courteous. On-premise restaurant with bar is nice, food is good - especially breakfast!

Quiet and friendly. Generous checkout time, reasonably priced, clean rooms, full bar, close to the airport and several restaurants nearby. Next time I'm in the area I'll be staying here again most definitely

It's a nice hotel very friendly people, fridge is hidden by a bathroom which is kind of weird and it has no microwave in the room, they also need to have a 24 hr swimming pool and fitness center

Clean, comfy, reasonable price. The acai parfait breakfast is a bit spendy, but very, very good. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. Nice stay.

Generally nice place. Breakfast not included. Called receiption a few days later, since I missed my sun glasses. Promised to call back. Never did. Not sure if I stay there again.

Avoid this hotel until you have confirmed the remodel is finished. Arrived to find the rooms smell like the glue they are using the replace ALL the carpets in the halls. Entire 2nd and 3rd floors smell like an industrial solvent. Other parts of the hotel that have not been remodeled are dingy. Lots of other options in the area. Take one of those.

Good hotel. Nothing stood out as exceptional, but nothing was bad either. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was sufficient. My only complaint is that upon check-in and check-out, I had to stand at the counter for a bit and wait for an employee to show up.

Surprisingly great small hotel in Chicago, but away from busy downtown. The middle-size indoor pool and the hot tub are the pleasant extras here.

Loved it and will stay again! Very helpful staff and the rooms were brand new and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Hotel overall is very clean however the low rating is due to the staff being rude.

The rooms and hotel are very well decorated. The workout space and pool are clean, with towels provided. The bistro has nice, if expensive, food options. Room has a small mini fridge and tiny coffee pot, as well as a smart TV. Worth the price they ask for, in my opinion
