Everything was very nice, I would recommend to anyone, a wonderfully successful and sweet hotel meals wonderful prices and good view

The hotel is very good. Rooms are big, modern and cozy, with tea and coffee set. Very comfortable. The staff is very nice and pleasant. I liked everything.

It is worn, the rooms are dirty and it has become an Arab hotel. I have stayed at Marriott TA only by name.

Great hotel with high security and lovely staff, especially staff working at caretta Spa is very skillful.
Location is very close to the Airport(8mins drive) and they have shuttle service.

Treatment of pleasant and good facilities. It is relatively close to the airport, and there are more hotels and places to eat at a normal price. It would be good if they gave the bathroom utensils, because they shine by their absence. No toothbrush, no toothpaste, no razor blade or bath cap, things that any hotel in that category would have to offer you in the bathrooms in the room.

The biggest problem is inspection inside and outside and the machine is open to all of the lobby

Rooms are realy nice and the staff friendly. Food is average/ low quality.

As a company, we had a quarter meeting at this hotel, the meeting room was well ventilated, the meals were nice according to the hotel performance.
The most important deficiency may not be important for some but it was the lack of a mosque.

The service and staff at the bar is the worst I have ever seen in a reputed hotel anywhere in the world.... Even worse, when we complained about it to the lobby manager he simply looked helpless and didn't even bother to make any amends..... We left the bar after waiting there for more than 15 mins unattended and walked to the bar of Radisson hotel near by.... !! Why shouldn't we stay in Radisson next time...... Incidence date 13th Jan 2020 time around 8:15 -8:30 pm.

Very good place to stay near airport. All staff are professionally and very kind. They are very helpful. All service goes very well.

Bad service. They wanted to charge us to use plug adapter. No light in corridor for couple of days. Room carpet is not clean. Too far from downtown. Id only stay there if there is business close by. I wouldn't even use it as transit hotel. Airport shuttle is limited time with huge gapS in service from 11:30 to 6:00PM and 10:00PM to 5:00AM!! Uber has problem going to airport so inconvenience.

An Express hotel, close to the Ataturk Airport. Ideal for short stays.

It is practically far from everything, especially now that there is no Airport close to it. The conditioning system is very bad.

Hotel was good, but in the middle of nowhere, although close to airport. To get to anywhere, you have to get to metro, located at airport. They have a shuttle running every hour, but no location at airport or hotel on where to meet shuttle. Also, staff is not very well informed about national holidays or what is open on Sunday and what is closed. Finally, they didn't have enough cash to exchange money for me, so I did some changed by them. The hotel itself has nice rooms and a decent lobby. A lobby store is open 24/7 for those who need any snacks in the middle of the night, although priced steeply higher, just like the hotel restaurants. It is a good hotel for one night if you're transferring via Istanbul with room sizes being good. I prefer staying in Taksim where everything is close by and available. High speed internet available at a surcharge which was not mentioned or expected.

The hotel was provided by Turkish Airlines for free, since the transit at Istanbul Airport exceeded 10 hours. In this format - for free for the transit period, the hotel is very good. But it is, of course, located not in the historical part of the city and not on the banks of the Bosphorus. On foot you can walk to the Metro supermarket and stock up on jeans a bit if there are sales.

Room is nice although there is a broken reading lamp on 1 of bed but else are in good shape. Breakfast are superb full range of food.

The rooms were nice but we had to stay here because of THY delay. the chicken would have been given at lunch, and he was warmed up in the microwave and was more than disgusting. A hotel with a 5 star must offer a chicken return to its customers and it should not be given stars to heat it up in the microwave. disgusting and disgusting .......

My room was very dirty. Especially the bathroom. I did not like at all. I've never seen anything worse!

I went 5 years ago. In 5 years, the quality went backwards.

Great hotel near Ataturk airport. Room was clean, staff professional and it is very secure. Its far away from the tourist sites so not recommended for exploring as everthing is far from this address. There is a Macdonalds and Starbucks a few mins walk over the bridge (don't use Google maps directions, just cross over the bridge). They offer free shuttle to the airport but not to Sabiha Gokcen.

The rooms are large and spacious, I would recommend many amenities available (pool, fitness, bar etc).

You're coming down the road, drinking a tired tea in the lobby. You can't print in the room, you pay in cash / kk.
It doesn't matter, you go to your room to relax, open the door and see what you see when you enter your room: someone in your bed?
The reception is apologizing for fixing and giving a new room.
When you come to the floor, you have a smoker at your doorstep.

It is not exactly a hotel for vacation in Istanbul quite far from all tourist attractions.

The room they put me in is normal in terms of the style of the room (including the amenities, minibar, etc.)

The hotel has always been good and offers a great stay package, with the breakfast and airport drop. Service is, as it should be, generally good, though the rooms are now starting to show some wear. My most recent stay had a hiccup in the sense that the check in took place after a wait of over 15 minutes. All this while two people at one desk were looking on. While one person was probably handling an issue, I wonder what the second one was doing besides listening in? The time is takes to check-in, is a key factor in setting the service standards of a hotel. On this point, the hotel had a serious service delivery failure on 24th November.

Well, this is not Marriott at all (((old 3-star hotel. Everything in the room is old: bedding, towels, plumbing. The smell in the corridor. But the prices in the restaurant are very high. Overall disappointment.

The beds were quite comfortable, easy to access. The room was quite clean but the bathroom did not come to me very clean. The staff were quite friendly and concerned. There is an interesting topic; There is catering tea and coffee in the room. There's a kettle, but there's no water um I've read the other comments, it's not just me ...

Good hotel for business trip or waiting for a transfer. We got generally free of charge under the Turkish Airlines placement program. So for the price-quality ratio I won t say)). In fact, very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Although the hotel itself and the rooms are a bit tired. Somewhere the bulb does not work. Somewhere the mixer is slightly staggering. The room has everything you need (from iron and board to the kettle) but the kettle did not turn off automatically. In general, the hotel is tired)) All this is trifles if you are in Istanbul on business or a span of 1 or 2 nights. For tourists I do not recommend. The location is convenient along the way to both airports. But if you want to take a walk in the area there is nothing to watch. There is no metro in the walking. The historic center and a half hours on their own (30 minutes to the metro 60 by metro). The rest is buzz. Quiet spacious and clean room. A cozy bed and a hot shower and rest. That's what you need on the way))

I came in around 1am with no reservation. It cost me, but I was taken care of well and even given a shuttle to the airport after cheking out. I would stay there again, but I'll make a reservation next time.

Room lighting could be better. Clean and neat otherwise. Breakfast buffet spread really insufficient.

Far from city center one of the nerest hotel to the new airport

Very modern hotel with expected amenities. Was clean and as expected. Had to pay for things like wall adapters, etc.

Got allocated room here as compensation for being denied boarding on an overbooked plane. Smells mildew everywhere, but the room itself was huge.

Very close to airport and it is used by Turkish Airlines for overnight for business class and Star Alliance Elite and Elite Plus members, when layover is more than 9 hours.

The smiling face and interest of the entire team and especially the front office team make the guests happy. A pleasant stay is guaranteed.

Fine as a transit hotel with Turkish Airlines but not close to anything a tourist might be interested in. Food better than some of the other close by hotels.
