The staff are wonderful and very helpful at the hotel we stayed a total 7 nights between 3 December till the 10th of December 2017 ,, Mr. Mehmet and Mr. Yigit were extremely nice and friendly with a lovely sense of humor ,, in general we had a great time in the hotel Rooms are wide and spacious high floor with a great view

A great stay experience with amazing staff and service; the Resident Manager, Hulya, is definitely the best. She is attentive and really helpful in recommending great places to visit, restaurants to try, etc. The apartment is clean and well maintained; with amazing view of the Bosphorus. Definitely will return for our next trip to Istanbul. :)

There is many facilities spa sauna and fitness.Staff are very helpfull specially Serap and Zuhtu very friendly by the way Aydin and Kurti best bellman and driver in Istanbul.You should go even one time

The tower is high and the accommodation is very quiet and the facilities are located below the hotel

The hotel system of hotel apartments where all the services and requirements of the sweet family was of two rooms and a lounge and one bathroom and housing was on the 40th floor and overlooking the city .. Close to the hotel Carrefour and restaurants and coffee and a place for Maasal. Internet is very fast and available in all hotel facilities

It was a special stay. Some thing I would recommend for families to stay in it based on the availability of all the attachments and at an excellent price. There is a washing machine, iron and kitchen with all its requirements, as well as some tourist places near the hotel, as well as restaurants around the hotel where there is Arabic food and there is Carrefour next to the hotel

The place is very nice and the staff is amazing. Specially Mrs. Dee. I highly recommend it for families.

Very very friendly staff especially Serap at the reception. Clean big rooms with sea view. Free water bottles at any time. Very nice kitchen with the necessary amenities. Hassan (bellboy) is very helpful as well.

They hosted me a nice host during my business trips in Sultanahmet.It is a very high-floored Sultanahmet Square with ground services and the staff were very relevant and polite people. you can go, I recommend it to everyone, it is a very nice hotel

We stayed there for 5 days,they are Appartment rooms so it was soooo spacious and nice..we had requested for a good view and the hotel manager was nice to accommodate us with it..
The front desk office supervisor ONUR BALCI was very nice and courteous and was very cooperative through out our stay wether it is to book a cruise for us or ordering our meal.They even have a shuttle bus which goes everyday to taksim,malls and other places..so it was a great stay :)
I will be coming here again for sure.

It really is nothing more than a pile of concrete. Even if the flats here are million TL, in my eyes, they are worthless.

The location of the hotel, the view of the rooms is perfect Istanbul with great views of the bogaz under your feet. Employees are very helpful and we would like to thank Aydin, Kurtulu and Sercan bey.

Housing here is the most wonderful thing, all the services around you and they have a bus for the most important tourist places, the only drawback is its distance from the metro stations
