The hotel is located close to the Airport. Check-in done in a professional and friendly way. Everyone showed the high Marriott standard which I am normal be used to but there was one negative side during my stay. The breakfast was not as it should be. Not enough choices meat, cheese, fruits etc. Scrambled eggs not a good taste. Coffee hard to drink. I hope they will one day adjust it to the standard I now from Marriott.

It is a little far from things. But the stay is good.

The hotel is already a bit older but still fine. Rooms are ok. Dinner has been a disaster.
The view from the room is unique.

As a #turkishairlines customer I'm very dissapointed to be placed in this "Luxurious" hotel, because the customer service is very poor, The welcome at the reception is very poor, then the rooms smell the cigar for no smoke person is disgusting . I will not mention the rest but in my opinion Turkish airlines should track the welcome of their customers in this kind of hotels because they make our transit by Istanbul a very bad experience.
The Staff definitely don't care at all.

Large hotel complex near the airport. Cozy, quiet, clean. The room was great. Overlooking the city (but this is the modern part of the city with new buildings). The hotel itself is an inexpensive cafe-restaurant. There was no need to look for a place for dinner. Nearby there are other hotels where you can eat. To shopping centers and to the city center only by taxi, if I correctly understood the information at the reception. Stopped for one day (transit)

The menus are bad and the price is high compared to the surrounding hotels. The rooms are std different from a hotel. It was a consuming experience

Ur seems That Marriott administration doesn't hate control over thus hotel, cleaning service I'd too bad, door locks gets jam 7 times infinity two days, and swimming pool admin has her own policy up-to her mood.

The mediterranean restaurant is excellent with salads and Italian pizza. Staff professional and relevant. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel charges are reasonable. It is a very convenient place for group and company meetings and educational activities.

Poor decision and made terrible night for my family. Nobody is smoker but they send my baby to smoking room and smoking floor (open the door for smoker), I ask for helping but they say no more room for moving and only give air purify spray in my room!

We had a meeting with our hotel guest in the Lobby. Everything was fine.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. if you are Marriot Gold or more elite member, they treat you well with top notch and clean rooms.

Front desk service was excellent. Infact superb.
Nice clean and very comfortable room.
Value to $$$ they charge you per accommodation makes this motel a 5*.

Transportation is easy, it can be preferred for wedding dinners.

Some receptionists delayed my payment and check out for more than half an hour even when i told him having 10 min only to do it. Consequently, barely catched my flight, this not a good hotel services for such a name, need training for english languages more than they are now, like listening customer's inquiries and ready scripts and sentences for response, time management is very critical to deal with them.

Driver is risky getting a ride with and never answered me when i said thank you or when tiped him , no greatings.

Bad morning kitchen capten manager. Has a suspicious look at me and no style of acts or courtesy of speech when he can't find my name like an example.

On the other hand, there was a remarkable employees who deserved a five stars like other kitchen staff, doormen and security, receptionist named huluk his mentality and communication skills is great, Filiz for room service such a great employee and has a great ethics, thanks is Little to them.

The rooms are smoky. The food is also not very good.

Clean. Professional staff. Free internet and parking. Near the airport. Very suitable for families and businessmen. Away from touristic areas. Near shopping centers ike Mall of Istanbul & 212 outlet center.

Stay twice, the only issue was the breakfast prices, other than that, the best airport hotel in Istanbul!

It is located on the basin expres path. I'm usually hiding in the morning. The airport (ataturk) very close to the tourist. Especially those with a floppy eye.

Good hotel at a good price. All number, convenient. Did not like the fact that the windows were very dusty. The sun rises right on the side of the room, very beautiful, but the light barely penetrates through the mud layer of the frame)

Because of the repair activities, the smell of thinner enveloped all around. It is uncomfortable. They also softened the tap water very much, the soap doesn't go away. They were warned about these 2 issues. Other than that, it is clean, but the breakfast is very mediocre.

Great service, very cooporative people. I stayed here for 10 nights. Best service so far, although it is quite far from the main city. But the shuttle service fills the gap.

Good restaurant, but the hotel is just a basic one. Quite old and the comfort is 3/5 stars. Empty mini bar, just one water and you have to pay for it. No complimentary things at all

We arrived at 4 o'clock in the morning and waited until 2pm in the cold in the lobby to receive us. Then the rooms were also cold and the air conditioning could not heat enough.

Perfect service and very good hotel, i am very exited. When i will travel for sure i will come back to this nice hotel.

The air conditioners were not working enough and the lobby was extremely hot. The rooms were not cleaned enough I think the management should take hand in this situation. the friendliness of the employees was really nice.

Good for short visits when on transit. You can go round town using a taxi or Uber. The staff of very helpful and friendly.

A very bad hotel. I booked for two nights. Housekeepers never showed up. They gave me the wrong breakfast timings for two days. They charged me 50 liras for a high speed internet even though I didn't ask for it. And then they used my credit card again after 3 days from my checkout and they still didn't return the money. Avoid it and don't go there at any cost. I feel like I got robbed!
