Really good hotel and nice service. Quality is there for an acceptable price

Every thing was great, but the breakfast is very poor.

I got this hotel from a turkish airlines flight conection, the sercive and the room was way better than the airline services... hotel staff and acomodation were very pleasant and confortable. When I arrived at the hotel was late (because of too long airline management at airport) and the restaurant was closed, but the waiter/barman Mr. Mehmet was very kind and helpfull and asked to the chef to prepare a food as I was starving. The meal was great. I recommend.

Had a very nice stay. Is away from city but closer to airport. Free shuttle available from airport.

Heating system is not working well..and the room supplements not available

Under a hotel of the Marriott chain, you imagine something different. Room very mediocre and worn. Good equipment but in bad condition (most lamps did not work, bathroom mirror hung on the last screw) lobby bar very uncomfortable very bright and looks like selbstgezimmert. Worst was the breakfast restaurant. Tables full and dirty. The floor was stuck, dirt and leftovers on the floor. Food not labeled. I honestly would not recommend it. For business trip 2-3 nights you can do it

Check-in issues that probably are more Marriott's issue than the hotel's. Property was pretty clean and rooms were large. Bathroom big. Perfect for a quick sleep if you have an overnight layover.

I do not like the general ventilation system, I wish the window of my room would open and fresh air in during the corona time. A little more sensitive about cleaning, the inside of the refrigerator was not clean.
The door lock system in the room was broken, it was difficult to get out of our room and lock it at night.
The staff is smiling.

Very well, they are very attentive to customers. You can ask them whatever you want they answer your questions.

Even though I stayed for 1 night, I was satisfied with the price and performance ratio. Would definitely recommend if you want to be close to the airport.

Staff was amazing, but this hotel is one of the junkist looking courtyards I've been to. Room was an upgrade because I have status and the staff was so nice. The TV was small than my laptop display. WiFi wasn't so good. AC didn't work at all. The bed was super thin. It did however have extremely long pillows.

I stayed in this hotel 3 times and will definetely go back. If you want to stay in Europe part of Istanbul, this is an excellent choice. It is quite, clean and extremely secure.

We also loved our free shuttle to metro and airport. The driver was extremely helpful.

Well secured, good service, bar, gift shops, and dinning available.. rooms are very clean and spacious.. had a very nice stay..

The worst hotel for the Marriot can even be called a complete fiasco. I think the hotel is very uninterested in the hotel and it is a lot of effort to find your own stuff and to carry your belongings, moreover, there is a very long hall because the welcome at the door is zero when you unload luggage at the door. you have to carry yourself after the reservation of the hotel card to take up your own room to remove the stuff in person, you're dealing with a lot of fun, you're dealing with a very funny!

One hotel that is not far from Istanbul International Airport. It only takes 15 minutes, the place is clean, makes you sleep well

Inside is clean but the exterior is filthy. Kinda wrecks the view of the city. Dinner was not really available, no menu, was just served some rather unhealthy and unappetizing food. I stayed here on a overnight paid by turkish airlines due to a missed connection. So maybe that s why the food was so bad.

Although a bit outdated, it was very clean and well-maintained. The quality of service is high.

cosy hotel a very freindly staff especilly Mr Ounor and Mrs Mubra they are very cooporative.

I barely stayed here (less than 12 hours), but the rooms were clean and aesthetically pleasing

Bathroom equipment requires some refreshment. All the rest is perfect.

I also chose it for the name because I wanted to stay in a Marriott hotel, and the reviews on the internet were good, but when I was in the room, I was quickly disappointed with the need for a refurbishment. In the bathroom, one is a simple one Shower (no rain shower) but with mold)) if you have showered is the whole bathroom under water the glass separation is much too short. There is a crack in the window in the picture window, this should not only be replaced but also cleaned from the inside. On all furniture was a dust layer ((then broken tiles to see the furniture are partially broken.) From the room I am disappointed.

I stayed at this place just for one night when I happend to miss my connecting flight from Istanbul to Venice due to delay on part of Turkish airline so to begin I was not on right state of mind as this was my first ever experience to stay at some intermediate destination. Just to explain a little this is the hotel which Turkish airline uses to accommodate its guests in case of delayed flights. The hotel is modern multi story building in new part of Istanbul so if you are in search of history it is little far. Staff at the hotel seemed disconnected and not warming at all means they guide you only of you ask for otherwise they assume that you know all. Rooms are nice and clean with all the basic needs to stay. Food was just fine. There is shuttle service from hotel to the airport with real good frequency which is real plus for people who need to travel to airport.

I searched for 3 hours to find the hotel of such a big brand with the location on the map.

If there is no slippers in the double room, there is only one towel, there is not a single bottle of water to drink, and if you can't even find a person at the reception when you arrive at two in the night, the place you stay can only be a hostel. This is about our experience at this hotel as well.

Stayed here with my wife on 19 November 2017. The staff were polite and warm. Love the stay and the food was marvelous. Before we left my wife and took a tour in front of the hotel, there was a beautiful olive tree. I took a few fruits and a wildly grown seedling under the tree..I hope you don't mind.. Tqvm for the hospitality...

The shuttle service was good, 15 minutes to airport. The room was clean and when I turn off the airconditioner it was a quiet place to sleep.

Good service, Very Clean rooms and hotel. Food can improve. Very close to the airport and the industrial zone behind.

This hotel is disgusting. The carpets are stained and ripped, the skirt of the bed is stained, and the bathtub has black dirt on every corner of it. I asked room service for slippers TWICE and did not receive them. The room smells awful, and the TV is extremely small.

Confused with this 4-star hotel, at 7 there is no breakfast, even though we have to leave the hotel early. Don't imagine the breakfast menu for 4/5 star hotels in Indonesia. Hr ptama and the two breakfast menus are still the same .... the corner of the fried egg uses sausage, potato nuggets, and rice like porridge. On the other side there are tomatoes, jalapeno, apples, oranges ... just eat it without any salad dressing. The cheese has several choices ... drink vending machines. Standard rooms, lack of hospitality, the hotel is lonely and lonely around it. Kl me, don't want to stay there anymore ...

Placed for one night Turkish Airlines, with a long docking. Numbers free, with a necessary set of household accessories. In the evening we went to the sauna, swam in the pool. Breakfast is hearty and varied.

The crew behaves badly with children and pupils ...but about place is nice

So I just went to a wedding. I can't comment on everything. A clean and tasteful environment. The refreshments were very fresh and quality. The waiters are competing to offer you something to enjoy. It's worth everything.

There is nothing extra, the advantage of being close to the airport can be predicted, but there are hotels closer to it.

Booked it for it's free shuttle to artutuk Airport then New airport opened early April 2019 50 km away so ended up taking expensive taxi. Room service non existent as to order and then collect limited range of food, still the garage opposite had a good range of foods for all the so called, 'airport hotels' nearby.

It's a great location over looking Freedom Square and a 10 minute walk to the old town, but I would recommend the Marriott Tbilisi over the Courtyard. It's only a couple of minutes further walk and much nicer.

Very far from the centre and not spacious enough rooms for a highly rated hotel ! Disappointing!
