very good there behaviour. pullman hotel shuttle left me they help me to go airport

We arrived at 4 o'clock in the morning and waited until 2pm in the cold in the lobby to receive us. Then the rooms were also cold and the air conditioning could not heat enough.

stay here for 3 days 2 nights, the staff is not friendly, but the service is good and fast, the rooms are clean and spacious, the water is ok, but the amenities are lacking, the view is good, overall is ok, but far from nowhere ... want to fad, just when you go

Very clean, great location and the staff are very helpful ( when I asked where I can go to enjoy my time the front desk clerk show me the locations on computer and what I can do there at night as well brought a taxi and explained to him in Turkish language even asked me to call them if I need help when I am hanging out).
That location mix between Turkish hospitality and great service of Marriott.

Nice business hotel, good value and friendly service

This hotel is very near from ist airport. And also has a hotel shuttle bus(free of chage!!!)~! The driver was so nice and kind!!

Very nice hotel with all what you need, bar restaurant spa gym anything!!!!
The only negative is that is a bit far from taksim :)

In the middle of the city. Away from tourist places

A very bad place very very not advised in it at all .. Working staff is never cooperative and do not try to meet your requests even if it is simple in addition to the number of simple workers 2 Reception and carrying bags only one hotel of 18 floors I see their services and classification of hotels less than two stars .. Their style of communicating with customers is bad ... worse than the experience of the Merritt Hotel

Clean and quite place, good staff as well but there is no Prayer room and no services close by

I was a little left 8 years ago. There's not much difference since then. It is especially good when there are no Arabs coming for hair transplantation, you don't feel nauseous.
A hotel to stay

Took the unpleasant staff 2 hours to find us a room, all restaurants in Istanbul were closed by that time and they didn't have room service, so we spent the night starving. The room wasn't clean, not enough towels. Breakfast was a joke. Shame.

Found all my reservations ready. Nice and clean room the only thing I'll recommend this place for one or couple of nights travelers as the area far from city goods

Hotel not bad . Breakfast need more items . Reception very slowly during cheak in

I stayed on the 4th. Today, the 21st of the month and still cargo cargo did not. They said that they were shipping 3 times. In my last conversation, the security officer tied to the security officer.I received the answer and did not cargo again. What a disgrace.

I liked the fact that it was 1 tenth the price of the Ritz yet almost as good

The drain in the shower was blocked; the water came up til your ankle. No toilet brush.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff had lots of smiles. The Omelette Chef had a great hospitality gestures and was very professional with a smile.

checking out was expedited and the arrangement for the airport shuttle was great. The shuttle was full so the hotel staff went out of their way and arranged for a taxi promptly and covered the cost. This was done very professionally. All the staff involved were very pleasant.

My rating is based on the fact this hotel is no longer close to the Istanbul airport and the fact the name of the hotel didn't change. This is very deceiving.
Yes they changed the hotel details to show the distance to the new airport but it's not clear enough. Please change your name and drop the "airport" from it.

Of the very special hotels that I have been to in 2016 close to the airport is excellent service only a little far from the tourist attractions

Love that it is close to Ataturk international airport. Great location after a long flight to rest and recuperate for the fun ahead the next day. There are a lot of kedap restaurants around. The gym and indoor pool is great too, if you need to get a workout in.

Friendly staff and great views. Gym and really nice swimming pool. Would recommend.

I contacted the hotel a few days before our booking to ask them if they can let my friend check-in before my arrival since my arrival time was 15 hrs later than my friend and the booking was under my name with my credit card. The customer service was excellent, they let my friend checked in with no problem. Ensar, the receptionist who was working on the day is amazing. He took care of my friend's check in and he recognized me without asking. I really appreciate their help and being so very thoughtful. Also, convenient location with transportation service. Free shuttle bus runs from the airport to the hotel. The only downside is from the hotel to city central is not as convenient. Take the free shuttle back to the airport and then take Metro from there is probably the best solution. Would definitely choose this hotel again if I ever visit Istanbul again!

Shower is inadequte. Poor flow. No air conditioning in the lobby.

I was a bit dubious about this hotel due to it being so inexpensive, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were gracious and kind, and gave us a wonderful room on the top floor.

Service was exceptional. Check in took less than 60 seconds but included personal touches. Rooms are modern and clean with comfortable beds.

He was from Turkish Airlines, was waiting for his flight, a very worthy place.

We didn't choose this hotel. Turkish Airlines chose it for us when we were late for our flight. This was however the best thing in the whole miserable day. The staff is wonderful, polite and helpful (for me it's quite common in Turkey, they are a wonderful people). The breakfast was really tasty and there were quite a few options to choose from. Thank you for your hospitality.

Rooms are comfortable spacious but service quality is low. I had to ask for slippers and stuff that should have been in the room.

The hotel is quite tired. It is dusty and there is no fresh air (ventilation about anything). Well, far from the center.
But how to wait for the flight will do.
