Amazing service and hospitality! Great, helpful staff that will go out of their way for you!

Clean, reasonably priced and a central location. Parking was not great.

Had a great stay in July 2018 during the OSCON conference... Neat and clean rooms.

Restaurant was great! We visited the restaurant at the Wasco location in Portland. Good food, good drinks, reasonably priced. Amber was super friendly and helpful!

They r over priced
They charge $5for the bottle of water in your room they don't have early check in they charge for the previous day if u chk in before 3pm rooms were OK but not $200 a night OK when Their remodeling so their is dust
Also its s valet only parking which they charge u $20or %26for and they lost my keys
However the up side the staff was mostly very nice

Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. During the holidays they have a complementary hot cocoa bar and gift wrap table. Decent pool. Found an old slipper under the chair in the room, but other than that the room was spotless. Don't use the valet though. Caught him smoking weed outside during his shift

By far one of the best Courtyard I've stayed in. Everything in my room worked, clean and renovated. Friendly staff. It didn't have a normal Bistro like most Courtyards. Instead a full restaurant with great breakfast options! The bar was also pretty open.

Overall very nice hotel, friendly staff, nice lobby including free water. However the walls must be extremely thin in this hotel as you can constantly hear your neighbors talking. Valet parking is unfortunately the only option and can get quite busy at check out times.

Very good service and comfortable rooms. A bit dated but generally a nice place at a fair price and in a convenient location. Would recommend this hotel to other travelers to Portland.

Cleanest room ever: white top blanket, no musty smells, great walk in shower, bright bathroom lights with magnifying mirror. Just wish for larger shampoo/conditioner sizes or more of them.

Negatives - it does say parking is available however its valet only and at $29 a night. Overnight street parking is not an option. Location is bad, its next to two very busy streets and traffic is loud. The resturant is very over priced for basic food that can be found down the street for a cheaper price and better tasting. The bar was ok just because of the lack of variety and hours. What real bar closes at 11:30?
Positives- The room was great, the gym was small. The brightest spot of the hotel was its staff. They were all happy to help and had great attitudes.

Pros: friendly staff + shuttle service. Cons: windows were paper thin and I could hear everything going on outside all night long + no free breakfast

Aside from the construction going on, it's a very nice hotel! Visited a friend for a bit and it was super clean and quality!

The hotel was very nice, very clean. I was there for a one day seminar and the banquet room was very nice and the restaurant had delicious food... the best fries I think I've ever had!

Not a fan of this hotel. The location is not in downtown and the rooms have a budget feel with soft beds and loud air conditioning.

Was there for drinks with a friend who was staying at the hotel, the people seemed nice and the service was attentive!

Only problem I had was having to pay for valet parking or pay for street parkimg.

Your Standard Courtyard Marriott. They also charged me for Parking even though I had no car. So check your bill.

They remodeled and took dressers out. As well, they took most of the tubs out; you now have to request. The remodel itself is really well done.

The rooms are both comfortable and clean, the staff is really friendly, and the food isn't half bad. Expensive, but what hotel food isn't?

Nearly perfect. Audrey and Brittany are the best problem solvers. Breakfast Buffett is extensive! Strudel, cereal, scrambled eggs, Western Omelet, sausage, bacon, scones, coffee, juice and the list continues. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows supportive of my spine and neck. More nights to follow. I got a room overlooking the courtyard. Say hi to Krysten the Valet.

Spacious, clean rooms and accommodating staff in spite of ongoing construction, made our stay pleasant and comfortable.

I didn't actually stay here, but I had a great experience with the front staff! I had reserved a room through Expedia and had cancelled through the website as well. After the I was suppose to stay there had pasted, my card was charged for a nights stay. When I called to ask about it Sierra at the front desk was super helpful and nice about everything! They refunded the amount without a fuss and were great! I will definitely go stay with them the next time I'm in Portland!

The central east-side location and friendly staff make this place one of the best in Portland. What it lacks in bells and whistles, is made up for by the staff and amenities. Food was alright too.

Pretty standard hotel experience. Only thing that was interesting was that there was a couch when browsing room photos online. Room was clean and the gym is good as well. Just close enough to downtown Portland area. If you stary here I would recommend renting a car. You can park on the street as well after 10pm to avoid valet.

The lobby is updated but rooms are not. Great complimentary shuttle service around Portland. Thin walls made it easy to hear things outside the room. Overall comfy.

I loved my stay here. Its decor is pretty classic - not trying to be hipster. Breakfast was great, room service dinner arrived in 20 minutes and was tasty. The front desk lady felt bad for me when I told her about my horrible flight and she gave me credit for 2 free drinks!

Great remodeled hotel but the highway noise was loud and the location is questionable. I would not walk around here at night.

Hotel is a bit older, but has everything you need. Well kept.

There was a large amount of construction going on while I was there.

Too expensive in bar and restaurant. Housekeepers were wonderful and restaurant waitresses were great, not so much in the bar

Decent pool and very modern hotel. It was to the point and clean. We stayed there before our trip to Crater Lake. It is near Voodoo donuts so ensure you get one with a cup of coffee.

Construction was going on but they limited it to reasonable hours. Staff was very nice, especially Josh, the bartender.

Very nice looking hotel; landscaping is beautiful in the entrance, lobby area looks really nice and the restaurant area has great indoor and outdoor seating. The room we got was smaller than I expected but it was very clean and the cleaning/room service staff are very friendly

Rooms were very nice. Well attended too and the restaurant was fantastic.

Room was clean and it was within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops. Be prepared to hear random honking and annoying cars from outside though (not the Hotels fault)

The location of the hotel is good. The staff was professional and courteous.

I live here in the course of my professional trip to Portland: everything OK at reasonable prices, staff is very friendly, helpful and competent. Access by public transport is very good for American standards: MAX, 3 lines and tram in the immediate vicinity.

We stayed there for our first wedding anniversary, after staying there for our honeymoon last year. The king jacuzzi suite is marvelous!

No hot tub. Overall great experience. Near Moda center so perfect for Blazer games.

Clean hotel which was close to convention center and downtown.

Nice stay. Convenient location. I enjoyed the Blvd restaurant and the breakfast buffet with made to order omelletes.

This was my first stay at a Marriot, I usually stay with Hilton. Having said that I am shocked how similar they are. I would compare this to a Doubletree for Hilton lodgers that need a reference.
No issues, friendly staff, clean rooms. Price is below average price for the area on the whole and half of what the Doubletree downtown is charging.
Parking is outrageous but that appears to be the norm no matter where you stay in Portland.
The breakfast, lunch and dinner menu is very good, but as with most places, charge way too much for breakfast and offer very little variety from morning to morning. It doesn't take long to skip it or opt to go somewhere else.
Still, kudos on the whole
