Really disappointed with this Marriott property. I'm a Titanium member, and this is the first negative review I've ever felt obligated to leave. I gave the property a chance to make the situation right, and the front desk person refused to elevate my concern to the General Manager. Contacted Bonvoy, but they referred me back to the hotel. I'm still a loyal Marriott customer, but I would not recommend this property.
